Ordina reappoints Stépan Breedveld as CEO and chairman of the Management Board

Ordina's Supervisory Board has reappointed Mr. Stépan Breedveld (1967) as CEO and chairman of the Management Board. The appointment will commence on 11 May 2015 and is for a four-year period. Mr. Breedveld has been the company's CEO and chairman of the Management Board since 1 September 2011.

The announcement of his reappointment will be put on the agenda of the next General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Thursday, 30 April 2015. The Works Council has issued its recommendation in support of the reappointment of Stépan Breedveld.

Pursuant to the Management and Supervision Act, which came into effect on 1 January 2013, Ordina has closed a management agreement with Stépan Breedveld for a four-year period starting from the moment of his reappointment as statutory director of Ordina N.V. His remuneration package is in line with the remuneration policy approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
