BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - November 01, 2014) - JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU) today launches three new seasonal routes from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), providing Bostonians with even more nonstop leisure destinations across the Caribbean and Latin America. JetBlue now offers seasonal weekly services to Liberia, Costa Rica; Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; and Saint Lucia.

As the largest airline at Boston Logan, JetBlue offers customers more destinations and flights than any other airline, connecting the city with non-stop flights to 54 destinations in the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America. Earlier this year, the carrier introduced service to Detroit, Mich., and Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, Ga.

"With more than 125 flights a day, Boston is truly evolving into our second home and we are excited to offer a mix of business and leisure destinations to meet customers' needs. We also offer customers more destinations in the Caribbean than any other airline as we know how important it is to getaway and enjoy well-deserved time off," said Scott Laurence, senior vice president, airline planning, JetBlue.

"JetBlue's continued expansion in the Caribbean market brings the number of nonstop international destinations from Boston Logan to 40, which is up from 28 eight years ago," said Ed Freni, Director of Aviation for Massport. "We congratulate JetBlue for starting these important routes which will provide New Englanders new ways to escape the winter."

In addition to low fares, JetBlue Getaways offers customers the added convenience of bundling flights and hotels with car rentals and other amenities and activities. To take full advantage of these new routes out of Boston, check out JetBlue Getaways' vacation packages out of Boston and to Liberia (Costa Rica), Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic), and Saint Lucia.
