Cisco Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 17, 2014) -  Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) announced that earlier today its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per common share to be paid on January 21, 2015 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 6, 2015. 

Cisco's previous quarterly dividend of $0.19 per common share was paid on October 22, 2014. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
