GAGFAH S.A. files for delisting

Luxembourg, 15 April 2015

The Board of Directors of GAGFAH S.A. ("GAGFAH") has resolved today to file
for a delisting of the shares of GAGFAH from the regulated market at the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors will further file for a
revocation of the inclusion in the over-the-counter markets at the other
stock exchanges where shares of GAGFAH are currently traded. Following the
delisting from the regulated market and the revocation of the inclusion in
the over-the-counter markets GAGFAH shares will no longer be traded at a
stock exchange.

The Board of Directors expects the delisting from the regulated market to
become effective pursuant to sec. 46 para. 2 sentence 3 Stock Exchange
Regulation of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange six months after its public
announcement by the management of the Stock Exchange.
