Soul and Vibe to Issue 3rd Series of Limited Edition Stock Certificates That Feature Game Art

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - Apr 21, 2015) - Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB: SOUL), "The Company," a video and computer games company, announced today it plans to issue a third series of limited edition stock certificates that feature original Soul and Vibe game art. The Company plans to release five original art pieces for this third series, including two pieces that correspond to an all-new, and as of yet unannounced, Soul and Vibe game. Each of the five new certificate styles will be randomly issued.

Soul and Vibe's plans to release limited edition stock certificates based on game artwork was first unveiled in April of 2013. To date, the company has released two different series of limited edition stock certificates, both of which included five original art pieces.
