    MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 24, 2015) - Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.A)(TSX:BBD.B)(OTCQX:BDRBF) - Pursuant to Bombardier's notice of redemption dated March 30, 2015 (the "Notice") relating to its outstanding 4.250% Senior Notes due 2016 (the "Notes"), Bombardier today announced the calculation of the redemption price for the Notes. The redemption price for the Notes will be US$1,037.624 per US$1,000.00 principal amount of Notes, consisting of the Make-Whole Premium of US$1,025.346 per US$1,000.00 (based on a Treasury Rate of 0.17% as calculated by Bombardier on April 24, 2015), plus US$12.278 in accrued and unpaid interest to but not including the redemption date for the Notes, all as calculated in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes.

    The redemption date for the Notes is April 29, 2015, as set forth in the Notice.
