Financial figures for the first half-year 2015

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announce the following:

According to the financial figures, the turnover in the first six months of
the financial year 2015 amount to Euro 228.7 million (previous year: Euro
212.9 million). In comparison with the previous year this means an obvious
increase of more than 7%.

Without considering effects out of the Purchase Price Allocation concerning
acquisition of Ozito Industries Pty Ltd earnings before tax reach a profit
margin of 4.2%. Including PPA-Effects the pre-tax yield amount to 3.8%
(previous year: 2.5%).

Forecast:

For the business year 2015, the Einhell-Group assumes an increase in
turnover to around EUR 425 - 430 million and profitability before taxes of
around 2% - 2.5%.
