Pink Elephant certifies USU Valuemation 4.5 in 15 ITIL(R) processes

IT service management software "made in Germany" is more powerful than most
international competitors. That has been confirmed by Pink Elephant, the
globally acknowledged and accredited assessor of the ITIL(R) licensor
AXELOS, which has awarded the new PinkVERIFY(TM) certificate to USU
Valuemation 4.5. Pink Elephant has certified USU Valuemation 4.5 in
accordance with ITIL(R) 2011, the latest edition of the ITIL(R) best
practices. USU AG was awarded the "PinkVERIFY(TM) 2011" certificate for the
maximum possible number of 15 ITIL(R) processes on July 16, 2015. There are
currently only 9 vendors worldwide whose tool has been certified for 15
ITIL(R) processes. USU AG is one of the few European vendors to offer
software, consulting on implementation and support from a single source in
the DACH region.
The advantage of a comprehensive suite such as USU Valuemation for
companies is that it caters for all relevant IT service management (ITSM)
processes in a single tool, as well as offering a high level of automation
across processes and maximum data quality thanks to access to a shared data
repository. Apart from "traditional" IT disciplines, USU Valuemation 4.5
meets the very high demands for user-friendly IT support with new
functionalities for self-service, ordering personalized IT assets and
services from a service shop or supporting mobile users and service staff.

According to PinkVERIFY(TM), USU Valuemation 4.5 meets the requirements for
the following 15 ITIL(R) processes: Availability Management, Capacity
Management, Change Management, Event Management, Financial Management for
IT Services, Incident Management, IT Service Continuity Management,
Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Release & Deployment Management,
Request Fulfillment, Service Asset & Configuration Management, Service
Catalog Management, Service Level Management, and Service Portfolio
Management.
This is the sixth time USU AG has gained ITIL(R) certification since 2007.
