    REDWOOD SHORES, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 29, 2016) - Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) announced the pricing of its sale of $4,250,000,000 of 1.900% Notes due 2021 (the "2021 Notes"), $2,500,000,000 of 2.400% Notes due 2023 (the "2023 Notes"), $3,000,000,000 of 2.650% Notes due 2026 (the "2026 Notes"), $1,250,000,000 of 3.850% Notes due 2036 (the "2036 Notes") and $3,000,000,000 of 4.000% Notes due 2046 (the "2046 Notes"). The offering is expected to settle on July 7, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.

    The 2021 Notes will bear interest at the rate of 1.900% per year, the 2023 Notes will bear interest at the rate of 2.400% per year, the 2026 Notes will bear interest at the rate of 2.650% per year, the 2036 Notes will bear interest at the rate of 3.850% per year and the 2046 Notes will bear interest at the rate of 4.000% per year. Interest will be payable semi-annually on March 15 and September 15 for each of the 2021 Notes and the 2023 Notes, commencing March 15, 2017, and payable semi-annually on January 15 and July 15 for the 2026 Notes, the 2036 Notes and the 2046 Notes, commencing January 15, 2017.
