Freddie Mac Prices $1 Billion Multifamily K-Deal, K-056
MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Jul 29, 2016) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates), which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities. The company expects to issue approximately $1 billion in K Certificates (K-056 Certificates), which are expected to settle on or about August 10, 2016. This offering includes two new classes of K Certificates: Class A-M and Class XAM.
"Today's announcement features the addition of the A-M and XAM classes and demonstrates Freddie Mac's commitment to innovate and enhance the K-Deal program to ensure a continuous flow of capital for a dynamic multifamily housing market," said Robert Koontz, vice president of Multifamily Capital Markets at Freddie Mac.
