194^th Annual General Meeting of Von Roll Holding AG held: All proposals of the Board of Directors approved

Au/Wädenswil, 25 April 2016 - All proposals presented by the Board of Directors at the 194^th Annual General Meeting of Von Roll Holding AG held at the Mövenpick convention center Zurich-Regensdorf on 24 April 2017 were approved by a substantial majority of shareholders.

The annual report, financial statements and consolidated statements for the 2016 financial year and the actions of the Board of Directors and Group Management were approved. In addition the reports of the statutory auditors were acknowledged.

The Members of the Board of Directors were reelected and Dr. Peter Kalantzis was confirmed as President of the Board of Directors for the next period.

The candidates for the Remuneration Committee, the independent voting representative and the statutory auditors were reelected again. The fixed remuneration proposals for the Board of Directors and the Executive Board were approved by the shareholders. No variable remuneration will be paid for the financial year 2016.
