Tipp24 SE: CFO of Tipp24 SE to leave company at own request

(London, 3 June 2014) The Chief Financial Officer of Tipp24 SE, Andreas
Keil, is to leave the company at his own request. It is with great regret
that he is resigning from Tipp24 for personal reasons. Against this
backdrop, the company and Mr Keil have signed a contract termination
agreement which suitably takes account of both parties' interests. It is
planned, for example, that Mr Keil will continue to assist the company
until 30 September 2014 in order to ensure a smooth transition.

Andreas Keil took up his position at Tipp 24 SE on 1 February 2013 and,
amongst other things, was responsible for conducting a capital increase and
helping steer the relocation of the company's registered office to the UK.
Before joining the company, he worked for the specialist chemicals company
H&R AG and the French Louis Dreyfus Group.

Andreas de Maizière, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tipp24 SE,
states: "We sincerely regret that Andreas Keil has decided to step down
from the Executive Board of Tipp24 SE. Over the past 16 months, he has not
only performed his duties as CFO but also displayed great expertise in
steering the company's complex relocation process. On behalf of the
Supervisory Board, I wish him all the best for the future."


About Tipp24 SE: Tipp24 SE was founded in September 1999 and holds equity
interests in a number of companies in Spain and the UK which enable
participation in lottery-based games via the Internet, especially via the
websites www.ventura24.es, www.mylotto24.co.uk, www.tipp24.com and
www.geolotto.co.uk. From its foundation to the current day, Tipp24 has
generated stakes of 2.5 billion euros and thus contributed over 650 million
euros in taxes and duties. Following its successful IPO in 2005 (Prime
Standard), the company was admitted to the SDAX index in June 2009. In July
2012, German online brokerage activities were successfully spun off from
Tipp24 SE in the form of the company Lotto24 AG, which is listed separately
on the stock exchange. In February 2014, the company successfully completed
the relocation of its registered office to the UK, from where it plans to
drive the internationalisation of its business activities.
