PISCATAWAY, NEW JERSEY--(Marketwired - Sept. 17, 2014) - Mobile Broadcasting Corp., a company formed by Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:PROW), formerly Progress Watch Corporation, announced today that it has been advised by Briken, LLC that it is preparing to file a new application for a U.S. patent. The new application will cover claims for an expansion of the broadcast capabilities of the communications platform under license to the Company by Briken. Briken has recently been notified by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that a U.S. Patent will issue to cover claims covering its communications platform. Briken has a second application pending covering additional claims for its communication platform, also included in the license.

Ken Bland, the Company's chief executive officer and who is also the owner of Briken, stated, "We are optimistic that the USPTO will find the claims in both the pending application and the planned application acceptable for the issue of two additional patents. If and when issued, the additional patents will further extend our exclusivity in our field."

The Company is preparing to offer a user application that provides access to its patented communications platform designed to broadcast and view live video streams of interactive original programming directly between smartphones and other mobile devices which currently communicate on 4G LTE and Wi-Fi networks, as well as for viewing the Company's prerecorded live streams and video-on-demand programming (VOD).

The Company is in process of preparing a registration statement which, when effective, will enable Progress Watch to distribute a dividend in the Company's common stock to stockholders of Progress Watch on a record date to be established.
