CPI PROPERTY GROUP - DISPOSAL OF ASSETS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Luxembourg, 2 December 2014. CPI PROPERTY GROUP (the "Company") informs
that on 1 December 2014 its subsidiary entered into an agreement concerning
disposal of two projects in the Czech Republic to an outside investor. The
Company decided to sell these development projects, since they fall out of
its strategy. In share a transaction the group disposed of (i) a brownfield
project located at Kolbenova street in Prague 9 of approximately 5.6
hectares, and (ii) a land developable for residential project located in
Ritka, south-west of Prague of approximately 39.5 hectares. The aggregate
transaction price of EUR 20 million was paid at the closing.
