Unterföhring, Germany, 18 February 2015 - The shares of Sky Deutschland AG,
Unterföhring, Germany, (ISIN DE000SKYD000/SIN SKYD00) are currently
admitted for trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange with concurrent admission to trading on the sub-segment of the
regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with additional listing
obligations (Prime Standard). The Management Board of Sky Deutschland AG
decided today with the approval of the Supervisory Board to apply for a
withdrawal of the listing on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange.

The withdrawal of the listing will become effective three months after the
decision on withdrawal has been announced on the internet page by the
management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (www.deutsche-boerse.com). The
withdrawal will not affect the listing of Sky Deutschland AG's shares on
the regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The switch will reduce the additional costs involved with the listing on
the Prime Standard.
