Goldbach Group is set to withdraw from the existing business in the
Adriatic Region

Küsnacht-Zurich, March 6th, 2015. The Goldbach Group's board of directors
has ordered the management to enter into negotiations for the withdrawal
from the market in the Adriatic region. With this move, the company will
complete the review of its business portfolio as part of the verification
of the corporate strategy.

The business result achieved by the Goldbach Group in the Adriatic region
over the last year was unsatisfactory. Profits cut by almost half, ending
in 2014 at 5 Mio. CHF. In the board meeting of March 5th, 2015, the board
of directors instructed the management to make preparations to find a
solution with the local stakeholders to withdraw from the existing business
in the Adriatic region.
