DO & CO sells the real estate Haas Haus
to Attila Dogudan Privatstiftung

DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft announces that she is selling to Attila Dogudan
Privatstiftung the real estate in 1010 Vienna, Stephansplatz 12 ("Haas
Haus") which she acquired in December 2014 for the purposes of investing
its liquidity temporarily and securing its flagship in Vienna. The sale is
made under the same conditions as DO & CO AG had acquired the real estate.
Thereby DO & CO AG regains the liquidity to finance acquisitions and
organic growth.
