MediClin AG: Jens Breuer joins the Board of Management

Offenburg, March 22, 2012 - The Supervisory Board of MEDICLIN
Aktiengesellschaft has appointed Jens Breuer (38) as member of the
Management Board of MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft in yesterday´s meeting. At
the latest October 1st, 2012, Jens Breuer, Diplom-Kaufmann and Tax Adviser,
will take over responsibility for finance and accounting. Until that point
in time Frank Abele, Chairman of the Management Board, will continue also
as CFO.

Jens Breuer has experience in auditing and he has industry knowledge. Last,
in a leading position he was in charge of controlling and finance at a
large provider of psychosomatic rehabilitation.

´We are pleased to have found a young and industry experienced person, who
will support the Management Board in its extensive tasks now in finances´,
said Dr. Jan Boetius, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MediClin.
