Board of Directors (Appointments and Changes)

Leonding (euro adhoc) - In its meeting held today, April 16, 2014,
the Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG resolved to
extend the Executive Board employment contract with Gottfried
Brunbauer, which had been due to expire on September 30, 2014, for a
further five-year period. Gottfried Brunbauer, CTO (Executive Board
Member since 2000) is thereby reappointed as a Member of the
Executive Board, with unchanged responsibilities, until September 30,
2019.

He will thus continue to be the Executive Board Member responsible
for the Municipal Vehicles, Aerials, Fire fighting components and
Customer services segments, and the Group-level functions technical
coordination, purchasing and logistics, innovation, and quality &
environment.

As hitherto, the Executive Board of Rosenbauer International AG is
thus made up of Dieter Siegel, CEO, Gottfried Brunbauer, CTO and
Günter Kitzmüller, CFO.
