Dear Art-
We did a fair amount of due diligence in connection with our recent investment. This included a number of customer/distributor calls. ComCam`s technology is particularly flexible and adaptable. It can be used with a variety of networks and in a wide range of circumstances. While ComCam faces all of the challenges that a small developing company faces, we believed that the upside potential is quite dramatic. Our conviction is best demonstrated by our recent investment.

Könnte was in der Luft liegen...

ComCam Featured at Underwater Intervention 2006
Tuesday January 3, 7:48 am ET
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Jan. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ComCam International, a wholly owned subsidiary of ComCam, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCA - News; "Company"), a pioneering developer of Internet Protocol (IP) cameras, video micro servers, specialized viewing software and end-to-end network control solutions, announced today that it will be featured at Underwater Intervention 2006.
ComCam technology will be part of the University of South Florida`s Center for Ocean Technology (COT) display at UI-2006. It will operate from the US Geological Survey (USGS) research vessel G.K. Gilbert in the Port of St. Petersburg and in Tampa Bay. According to John Kloske, COT`s Operations Group Manager, "COT will be demonstrating the Mobile Inspection Package (MIP), with live data feeds to COT`s website, so UI show exhibitors can display the data in real time at their booths." Kloske added, "The MIP effectively integrates a suite of complementary sensors with a survey-quality navigation system. This integrated multiple-sensor approach enables the user to take advantage of the different sensors` strengths in difficult environments, thus creating a 3-dimensional data product that is geo-referenced, integrated and synchronized with imagery." The MIP was developed with support from the Coast Guard and the Navy`s Office of Naval Research.
Underwater Intervention 2006 is the combined annual conference of the Association of Diving Contractors International and the ROV Committee of The Marine Technology Society. UI-2006 will take place January 24-26, 2006 at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, Florida.
Don Gilbreath, ComCam`s Chairman and CEO, noted that "ComCam`s proven hardware and software technologies provided the functionality, efficiencies and customization necessary to meet MIP`s demanding requirements." Each unit`s size and weight performance plus low power requirements are unmatched, especially for mobile deployment. Equally critical, the I/O ports provide an easy means for multiple device and data integration. Further efficiencies are achieved through ComCam`s implementation of wavelet compression for underwater sonar and video data capture, a method more effective than JPEG and MPEG." Gilbreath added, "Most importantly, ComCam`s programmability allowed COT to add a host of specialized analytic vectors including roll, pitch, and yaw for both location tracking and control."

Monday March 6, 8:00 am ET
WEST CHESTER, Pa., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ComCam International, a subsidiary of ComCam, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCA - News; "Company"), a pioneering developer of Internet Protocol video-networking solutions, announced today that it has been accepted into Symbol Technologies, Inc.`s (NYSE: SBL - News)[2,3 Mrd. US$ Cap] PartnerSelect Program and successfully completed the Symbol PLUS Validation program.
According to ComCam`s CEO, Don Gilbreath, "Being a Symbol partner with Symbol PLUS validation brings ComCam into Symbol`s family of enterprise mobility solutions. In turn, we bring our video command and control to Symbol`s user base."
Symbol performed extensive testing of ComCam`s PocketC3 client software on Symbol`s MC50, MC70, and MC9062 mobile computing devices, running over a Symbol wireless switch LAN network and Cingular GPRS network. The bundle will give traditional CCTV users a handheld device for video command and control as well as allow current Symbol users to tie their existing security functions to their mobile devices."

US$ an der Börse bewertet.

WEST CHESTER, Pa., March 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ComCam International, a subsidiary of ComCam, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCA - News), a pioneering developer of video networking solutions, announced a new direct-to-fiber megapixel digital camera line with day/night capability. The company says that evaluation samples of the ComCam CF-130 camera are available now. ComCam will introduce the CF-130 at the upcoming ISC West show in Las Vegas, April 5-7, 2006.

According to ComCam`s CEO, Don Gilbreath, "This camera line is ideal for demanding applications where high resolution and long transmission distances are critical and electromagnetic interference is an issue. Its high resolution also makes it suitable for machine vision or industrial imaging and inspection, scientific imaging, microscopy, facial recognition and digital archiving as well as security and surveillance at power plants, substations, toll plazas, and rail lines."
The CF-130 camera line was developed in partnership with Cobra Electronics, a leading German manufacturer and designer of medical imaging products.

....Only SEC delays... They are very careful with new listings these days. ACC is OK with us and we filled an extension. Both companies are reporting now and we are hopeful to get a new stock ticker soon. We will put a press release when we can to set the dates of the events. All is OK but on the slow side including revenue generation that you have pointed out..

ComCam Securities to Delist OTCBB but Maintain Pink Sheets and Deutsche Borse
WEST CHESTER, Pa., May 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ComCam Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCA) ('Company'), a developer of enterprise video networking solutions through its wholly owned subsidiary ComCam International, Inc., announced that effective May 31 the Company's securities will be removed from quotation on the OTCBB for failure to report in a timely manner.
According to ComCam's CEO, Don Gilbreath, 'Since 2002 we have managed to juggle the costs and associated burdens of the reporting requirements of OTCBB issuers. However, we have been late three times in our financial reporting over the last 24 months in violation of NASD Rule 6530. Despite this setback the Company intends to remain current in its reporting obligations over the next 12 months at the end of which time we will be eligible again for quotation on the OTCBB. Until then the Company will still be quoted on http://www.pinksheets.com as (CMCA) as well as on Deutsche Borse (WKN 982493).'
The Company develops network video command-and-control products and provides solutions and technical services to US government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, research facilities and original equipment manufacturers, systems integrators and dealers worldwide. Its vision is to augment technologies not only to communicate better with each other but also to enhance human communications employing these technologies.

ComCam Validated as Motorola MOTOMESH(TM) Ready
WEST CHESTER, Pa., June 20, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- ComCam International, a developer of video networking solutions and a subsidiary of ComCam Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMCA), announced today that Motorola Inc. has tested and validated ComCam IP-based Video Surveillance Software, MicroServers, and IP camera products as "MOTOMESH(TM) ready."
MOTOMESH(TM) ready solutions offer wireless access "anytime, anywhere" to mission-critical data for first responders: police, ambulance, fire, military personnel. Motorola's mesh network architecture, originally designed for battlefield communications, uses Multi-Hopping(TM) technology to allow client devices to become the network. Intelligent routing enables connectivity at high vehicular speeds, and client ad-hoc networking with built-in position location capabilities.
Says ComCam CEO Don Gilbreath, "Imagine a governor on the move being able to view an incident live from the responders' perspective before local or cable news networks show up. This ability is not only possible but also affordable for city, state, federal and commercial venues. ComCam technology is encountered in wearable, in-vehicle, rapid deployment, robotic, and fixed configurations using ComCam C3, PocketC3(TM) and VideoLocker(TM). Additionally these applications have been tied into satellite, aviation, and marine maps for situational awareness. These products are a reality today."
ComCam develops network video command-and-control products and provides solutions and technical services to U.S. government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, research facilities and original equipment manufacturers, systems integrators and dealers worldwide. Its vision is to augment technologies not only to communicate better with each other but also to enhance human communications employing these technologies. PocketC3(TM) and VideoLocker(TM) are trademarks of ComCam International Inc. All other trademarks or registered trademarks belong to Motorola.

ComCam Part of Vessel Traffic Information System
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept 11, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- ComCam International, a subsidiary of ComCam, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: CMCA), announced today that with its partner Observation Technology "Obstek" of Ivyland, PA has installed and updated an advanced Vessel Traffic Information System (VTIS) at the control tower for the Pilots' Association for the Bay and River Delaware, Lewes, Delaware.
(Photo: http://www.ereleases.com/pr/2007-ComCam.jpg )
According to Don Gilbreath, ComCam CEO, "ComCam network video surveillance products are ideally suited to merge radar and radio beacon data for video targeting objects at sea. Our devices have been location aware since we first shipped network cameras and video servers in 2000. ComCam interoperability extends geospatial mapping, object tracking, analysis and external event vectoring and recording. Location and ship data from the Automatic Identification System (AIS) tracking now required of all ships at sea over 300 tons and many passenger vessels is easily handled by C3(TM) and the ComCam operating system CamNos(TM)." http://www.comcam.net
Gilbreath added, "Centuries of history and current technology come together in the first town in the first state of America. During WWII concrete towers accommodated 16-inch naval guns to defend our shores. Over time these structures have remained in the Cape Henlopen dunes. One has been converted into a command center for the Pilots' Association to manage vessel traffic within the North Atlantic trade route that carries millions of tons of cargo annually."
ObsTek, founded in 1986, converts sensor data into useful information for commercial and military customers. ObsTek solves complex problems for port security, port and coastal VTIS, and unique radar and systems solutions. Obstek products can be found throughout the world protecting offshore oil assets, ports, facilities with waterside exposure, and an entire country's coastline. http://www.obstek.com

One has been converted into a command center for the Pilots' Association to manage vessel traffic within the North Atlantic trade route that carries millions of tons of cargo annually."

ComCam to Be Featured in Trade Mission to Saudi Arabia
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ComCam International Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCJ), a technology innovator in IT surveillance products and solutions, will participate with the State of Pennsylvania's official trade mission to Saudi Arabia, November 1 to 3, 2008.
Don Gilbreath, ComCam's CEO, announced that 'we have retained the services of Peter Alois to spearhead our business development efforts in the Middle East.' Alois, a retired U.S. career diplomat with extensive experience in the Middle East, will head-up ComCam's efforts throughout the Persian Gulf.
