Persönlich schätze ich die Chancen der Energold für einen grösseren Preis Anstieg als sehr hoch ein, das heisst aber nicht unbedingt, dass es garantiert auch so kommen wird.

Ueber Chancen, und Risiken bis hin zum Totalverlust sollte sich jeder noch unerfahrene Anleger vorher im Klaren sein, die ein solches spekulatives Investment im Minen Sektor darstelt. Die Erfahrenen unter den Anlegern sollten die Risiken eigentlich bereits bestens kennen.

Empfehlungen zu Energold scheint es auch von div. bekannten Analysten zu geben, die Ihr hier ersehen könnt.

Guten morgen,

ich kaufe sie über die Sparkasse. Über den Sparkassenbroker(online) geht es nicht.

Ich mache es folgendermaßen: Order per email an meinen Kundenberater (Anzahl, Bezeichnung, alles in einem Auftrag bis Monatsende, Limit - vermeidet Teilausführungen - sehr teuer). Bis jetzt ist es immer gut gegangen. Bei ca. 3.000 € - Aufträgen knapp über 2 % Gebühren (davon die Hälfte die Auslandsclearinggebühren). In der Summe ca. 1 % mehr als bei Handel in D. Aber weit günstiger als der übliche Spread bei wenig gehandelten Aktien und das Gebahren mancher Händler, die tagelang eine Aktie nicht handeln und wenn dann eine Order reinkommt, minutengleich ihre An- und Verkaufspreise "anpassen". Bei wenig gehandelten Aktien bevorzuge ich eine liquide Börse, bei kan. Aktien eben Kanada.

Energold Drilling provides proprietary “man-portable” environmentally sensitive (small footprint) diamond drilling to the mining industry. The 5 largest gold mining companies are among current clients. Energold owns a very profitable 50% interest in Kluane International Drilling and are rapidly building a 100% owned drill fleet with a focus on Mexico.



Over the next 12-18 months they also expect to add 6-7 100% owned new powerful deep-hole rigs capable of over 2,500m. The first is under contract scheduled to begin drilling in Mexico January ?06. Currently 24 rigs & growing. Expect that their 100% owned rigs will comprise 50% of the total in 2 years. With $13 million working capital and a vision in place - there is a rocket attached to EGD’s future.



President Fred Davidson is quietly building the company into a powerhouse.



Energold Drilling has some of the strongest margins of any publicly traded mineral/mining services company, bar none. In most cases increasing costs such as fuel and steel are passed on to the client, protecting profits.



EGD is also the controlling shareholder (30% - 6.6 million shares) of Impact Silver - IPT www.impactsilver.com (my largest holding) - and own gold properties in the Dominican Republic, some adjacent to & on-trend with Placer Dome?s newly announced US$1.35bn gold mine. Energold Announces 98% Increase in Year to Date Earnings

Energold Drilling Corp. ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:EGD) is pleased to announce record results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. Gross drilling revenues for the year-to-date are a record $18.8 million on 140,000 m drilled and for the third quarter are $7.7 million on 56,000 m. The Company recorded a year-to-date profit of $1.974 million ($0.09 EPS) (2005- $.996 million ($0.05 EPS)) and for the third quarter a profit of $1.197 million ($0.05 EPS). This is the largest profit for a quarter since the company began contract drilling. 



The Company continues to maintain a strong balance sheet with a net consolidated working capital position of $17.6 million and consolidated cash position of $7.3 million. Our balance sheet strength also does not reflect the current market value of our equity investment in IMPACT, of which the Company currently owns 6.6 million shares. Based on closing market prices at November 28th, the investment has a current market value in excess of $10 million or approximately $9 million more than our carrying cost. Energold has 22.2 million shares outstanding as of November 20, 2006.

The Company fully consolidates its 50.01%-owned Pac Rim Drilling S.A.C., 50%-owned subsidiary Kluane International Drilling and its affiliates. The Company's 17.5% interest in IMPACT Silver Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IPT) is accounted for on an equity basis. 



As part of the Company's expansion strategy, it has commenced offering clients a new form of business arrangement involving up-front client funding to cover a portion of the costs of constructing and equipping a new drill rig. The client receives exclusive use of the rig for a specified period of time. The Company repays the advance by providing a credit towards metres drilled. For clients, this provides a powerful exploration and promotional tool. For the Company, it provides increased expansion capabilities without the commensurate drain on cash resources. The construction of two wholly-owned rigs based on this new arrangement, has already been initiated. 



The Company is aggressively developing new markets for its services. It has recently mobilized a Series II portable rig to Argentina and has another Series II rig currently operating in Madagascar. In Mexico, the Company anticipates bringing the number of wholly-owned rigs to eight in 2007 while leaving the door open to increased additions dependent on market conditions. 



Investment in drilling supply inventories to support operations has increased by approximately $2 million in the past twelve months, from $5.6 million at September 30, 2005 to $7.6 million at September 30, 2006. This increase in inventory carrying value is attributable to; higher supplier prices, an increase in the number of drills, and larger field inventories. Because of the man portable nature of the equipment and the need to be self sustaining in remote operating locations, it is estimated that an investment in inventory of approximately $300,000 for each new drill that is put into the field is necessary.

The assayed, weighted average of the three assay tests for the six individual samples over the 4.80 meters (15.7 feet) were; 1792.9 g/t (52.30 oz/t), 800.1 g/t (23.33 oz/t) from the fire assays and 1327.9 g/t (38.74 oz/t) for the metallic screening assay.

Eine Klitsche ist NORONT RESOURCES vermutlich jetzt nicht mehr nach ihrem gewaltigen Bohrergebnissen.

Hommel wartet vermutlich die Konsolidierung zuerst ab, kauft sich selbst ein, und danach gibt er ein strong buy raus.

Ist jedoch alles nur eine Vermutung von mir.

Ich befürchte Du überschätzt die Wirkung von Hommel auf die Anlageentscheidungen seiner Anhänger etwas.

Mir ist zwar nicht bekannt wann, wo, und ob er bereits gekauft hatte. Auch ist mir nicht bekannt ob er die NOT.V bereits, oder noch nicht empfohlen hat.

Doch der riesige Anstieg am 1. Dezember ist höchstwahrscheinlich nicht alleine HOMMEL zuzuschreiben, selbst wenn er am 1.12.06 eine Kaufsempfehlung rausgegeben haben sollte wie Du schreibst, sondern dieser Meldung aus der ich bereits den Ausschnitt mit den Wahnsinnsergebnissen von 52.3, 23.33 Unzen, und 38.74 Unzen Gold pro Tonne über 4.8 Meter die NOT.V bei ihren Bohrungen nachgewiesen hat, war wohl viel eher die massgebliche Ursache für den Anstieg.

That's 7 times higher grade than I've ever seen in 6 years. The market cap is less than $50 million dollars. The trading volume today was worth over $10 million, U.S. So, I bought some.

It's liquid enough that I could tell all 34,000 who are sent this email, but my paying subscribers get to look at the companies I buy, so I don't feel it would be right to tell you the name of this stock yet. Die news von Hommel ist vom 4 Dezember, der grosse Kursanstieg erfolgte bereits am 1. Dezember. oder verstehe ich hier etwas völlig falsch?

Wieso soll eine Meldung vom 4. Dezember der Hauptgrund für den grossen Preisanstieg bei NOT.V am 1. Dezember gewesen sein?

Ich wollte dem traderjunkie mit Sicherheit nicht zu nahe treten, und ich weiss auch, dass seine Aussage, dass Hommel grossen Einfluss auf den Kursverlauf seiner empfohlenen Aktien hat völlig zutreffend ist. Ich sagte nur, dass der NOT.V Anstieg am 1. Dezember meiner Ansicht nach höchstwahrscheinlich nicht hauptursächlich auf Hommel zurückzuführen sei, weil ich diese Meldung, von der Hommel selbst schreibt sie von einem Leser in einer Antwort auf seine Coronado Empfehlung am Freitag den 1. Dezember als Tip zugesandt bekommen zu haben, und er danach erst einmal eingekauft habe.

Es sieht für mich so aus, als selbst Hommel am 1. Dez. noch nichts von NOT.V bekannt war, bis ihn dieser Leser darüber informierte.

Du lagst richtig, und ich lag falsch.
Jetzt sehe ich es endlich auch.

Habe den Chart nicht richtig angesehen. Der 1. Anstieg erfolgte am 1.12. und der nächte, noch grössere, nach der Hommel Empfehlung am Montag den 4.12.

Das wiederum sagt mir, dass der Hommel vermulich am 1. gekauft hat, und heute bereits seinen Einsatz auf kosten seiner Anhänger verdoppeln konnte.

Hast Du einen Draht zu Hommel?

Er könnte doch mal die Energold und die IPT.V empfehlen so wie es Moriarty heute gemacht hat.

in stockcharts sind 2 Gaps zu erkennen. Wahrscheinlich haben somit Hommel und seine Gefolgschaft recht teuer eingekauft (zu heutigen Kursstand gesehen). Mich ärgert dabei bloß immer, wie die populären Gurus die Kurse bewegen. Moriaty hat mich damals während der Wahl auch erfolgreich aus Fortuna herausgetrieben ...

Habe seit Januar eine Leiche im Depot, die ich damals nach mehreren Positiven Meldungen bezüglich eines möglichen Oel Fundes in Guinnea, und dem Einstieg mittels Privatplatzierung von Sprott, spekulativ gekauft.

Seit mehreren Tagen schon steigt die Aktie, jeweils bei Umsätzen von ca. 40000 bis 80000 Stücken hoch, fällt wieder runter, und steigt jetzt wieder hoch, und ist gerade daran ihr altes Jahres Hoch zu durchbrechen. Ich habe damals die CGX ENERGY INC *OYL-U.V* zu 45 Cents gerade auf einem Zwischenhoch gekauft. Damals gabs dann kein Oel, und natürlich auch keinen Erfolg für mein Investment. Der Kurs sackte ab auf 23 Cents und verlief danach lange Zeit in einer Bandbreite zwischen 30 und 40 Cents, unterbrochen von einem Spike hoch auf 56 Cents.

Nun plötzlich verläuft das Kursverhalten plötzlich völlig anders als noch vor kurzer Zeit. Ich möchte wetten hier wird eingesammelt, und neue positive News stehen kurz bevor.

Ich weiss jetzt aber nicht ob Sprott noch drin ist oder nicht mehr, vielleicht weiss es jemand, und kann weiterhelfen, da mir die Zeit fehlt es selbst zu tun.

Das Handelsvolumen war today über $10 Mio, und so habe ich welche gekauft. Wobei er mit today wahrscheinlich Freitag meinte, als er die Info bekommen hat.


Ich mail Hommel mal wegen IPT und EGD an.

Ich hab auch schon David Bond nach seiner Mainung zu IPT gefragt.
Er wusste zwar, dass Sean Rakhimov für IPT arbeitet. Hat sich aber noch nicht wirklich mit IPT beschäftigt. Im Moment ist er an ORKO und Sterling Mining dran.

Aus Kanada:

I was at the recent breakfast for IPT shareholders at the SF show. Moriarty was there and I got to speak with him at length about IPT.

Basically, he was truly blown away. He said "I have never seen so much silver in my life". Really!!

He is also totally impressed with Fred, the CEO. He had not even heard of IPT before this mine tour. He said he wasn't expecting much and boy was he surprised. One of the most interesting comments he made was that he thinks EGD will perform even better than IPT due to it's extremely aggressive growth plans.

David Morgan and Sean Rakimov were there as well. Morgan is now on board and gave IPT a very positive mention in his most recent issue.

Great news since so many of us are on board with these two.

Seit Threaderöffnung am 5. September 2006 in kleinen Schritten nach oben! Bisher ca. 30% Plus!

Energold versucht gerade einen Zacken zuzulegen.

Energold hat gerade eben die 1.40 CAD erreicht, und wie es scheint, will sie weiter nach oben ausbrechen!

Die Discountphase dürfte wohl bald zu ende gehen.

EGD.V ist zu diesem Kurs immer noch ein Strong Buy!!!!!

Mal wieder was aus Kanada.

People I´ve been talking with are even more excited about next quarterly earnings results. 



What the market doesn´t understand is that some of the newer drills are 100% owned so the Rev´s are going to spike nicely. 



Also, with Impact trading back above 1.80 the simple valuation of EGD is yet again WELL undervalued. 



I heard that Morgan was telling his subscribers to ease into this stock a few weeks ago as his pick for 2007, and wouldn´t be surprised if the recent pullback will provide him with a greater opportunity to tell the story. 



If anyone is looking for a steady company to plow with for the coming months, EGD fits the bill. This spring should be mighty friendly to shareholders.

Heute morgen ein wenig im letzten Q-Bericht von Energold gestöbert.
Ich muß sagen ich bin begeistert, werde mir heute asap ein paar Shares einladen.

Eine Company deren Marketcap die zu 80% durch Beteiligungen, Cash, Forderungen, bereits erbrachte Leistungen abgedeckt ist sieht man nicht alle Tage !

Ich hatte letztes Jahr einige AUG’s, eine kleine feine kanadische Investment-Bank, im Depot.
Die Konstellation war ähnlich, ein größeres Paket an Energy Fuels-Aktien, kerngesunde Bilanz mit hohem WoC und als Zuckerl noch ein paar eigene Properties.

Der Markt hat auch ein bischen gebraucht bis er die Story gecheckt hat. Aber irgendwann ist dann der Knoten geplatzt. Hier wird es nicht anders sein.

Jetzt könnten ja auch diejenigen Anleger die nicht in Kanada kaufen können hier in Deutschland bei Energolf einsteigen.

Energold im Ask des MM gerade mit 1.10 Euro drin. Das sind 2.5 Euro Cents mehr als in Kanada, doch im Vergleich mit Aufschlägen hierzulande, geradezu noch gnädig.

Wer noch keine Energold besitzt sollte sich sputen, sie dürften wahrscheinlich teuerer werden, sobald die neuen Quartalszahlen rauskommen. Es wird erwartet, dass diese wiederum gewaltig sein werden.

Preise unter 2.- CAD nähern sich langsam aber sicher ihrem Ende zu, zumindest bin ich davon voll überzeugt.

Energold Drilling Corp. ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:EGD) is pleased to announce that it drilled a record number of metres for both the fourth quarter and the full year 2006. Energold's rapid expansion of its drilling capacity led to these new records. Metres drilled in the fourth quarter were in excess of 49,000. For the full year, 190,000 metres were drilled, up over 61% from 2005.

Kurz zusammengefasst, frei, und unverbindlich nach SilberEagle:

Wenn die neuen Zahlen fürs Jahr 2006 kommen, gibts explodierende Gewinne, und stark steigende Aktienkurse. Für dieses Jahr 2007 werden bereits noch weiter steigende Einnahmen angekündigt, weil 4 zusätzliche Drillings in Betrieb genommen wurden.

Wir können wohl damit rechnen, dass bereits ende dieses Jahres Dividenden ausbezahlt werden könnten. Das Geschäft Energolds läuft mehr als nur geschmiert, und der heutige Kurs von 1.71 CAD, auf Grund ihres florierenden Geschäftsganges, und ihrer Beteiligungen an IPT.V, und den div. anderen Projekten in der Dominikanischen Republik, scheint mir geradezu eine direkte Einladung dafür zu sein seinen Einsatz zu vervielfachen.

Im Moment wird die Energold aus mir unverständlichen Gründen, immer noch belächelt, und verschmäht. Wenn die Energold mehr als 3.- CAD kostet, wollen sie dann vermutlich wieder plötzlich alle auf einmal haben.

Energold Drilling "strong buy"

Endingen (aktiencheck.de AG) - Die Experten von "Hot Stocks Investor" stufen die Aktie von Energold Drilling (ISIN CA29268A1030/ WKN A0HF5Q) mit "strong buy" ein.

Das Unternehmen führe vor allem Bohrungen für diverse Explorationsunternehmen aus. Darüber hinaus sei die Gesellschaft an viel versprechenden Explorationsprojekten beteiligt.

Energold Drilling arbeite seit zahlreichen Quartalen hoch profitabel und weise Quartal für Quartal hohe Wachstumsraten auf. So habe Energold Drilling nach neun Monaten im Fiskaljahr 2006 den Umsatz von 4,8 im Vorjahreszeitraum auf nun knapp 7 Mio. Kanadische Dollar (CAD) gesteigert. Der Gewinn habe auf 1,97 Mio. CAD fast verdoppelt werden können.

Energold Drilling habe sich für das laufende Jahr zum Ziel gesetzt, die Bohrprojekte von 25 auf 30 auszuweiten. Zudem wolle man in weitere Regionen Südamerikas und Afrikas vorstoßen.

Energold Drilling sei mit etwas mehr als 6,6 Mio. Aktien an Impact Silver beteiligt. Die Beteiligung erziele einen Wert von über 13 Mio. CAD. Darüber hinaus verfüge das Unternehmen über Explorationsrechte für Gebiete in der Dominikanischen Republik und per 30.09.2006 habe der Cash-Bestand bei 5 Mio. CAD gelegen. Damit dürften allein die Assets von Energold Drilling einen Großteil der gegenwärtigen Marktkapitalisierung abdecken.

So bin heute rein, ist zwar in den letzten Tagen schon einiges gelaufen, aber ich mußte mein Geld erst bei Lafayette Mining stehen lassen, die sind nämlich in den letzten Tagen ordentlich geschossen.

Ich hoffe mal, die 20 Cent, die mir hier durch die Lappen gegangen sind, werden nach Bekanntgabe der Ergebnisse für 2006 lächerlich erscheinen.

Glaube noch nicht dass der Kurs bei den 2006 Ergebnissen durch die Decke geht. In Q4 wurde ja, wahrscheinlich saisonal bedingt, weniger gedrilled als im Q3. Den großen Sprung erwarte ich erst nach dem ersten Quartal 2007 im April/Mai.
Schadet aber sicher nicht jetzt schon zu akkumulieren.

Energold Drilling Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EGD) ("the Company") is pleased to announce its 2006 consolidated results. Earnings for the year were $3,697,000 (2005- $1,087,000), which includes a "dilution gain" on the investment in IMPACT Silver Corp. Gross revenues were $25.5 million on 190,000m of drilling up 71% from gross revenues of $14.9 million in 2005 on 118,000m of drilling. Earnings per share were $0.17 up from $0.05 in the prior year. A dilution gain of $1,177,000, net of future income taxes, on the investment in IMPACT was recorded for the year (2005- $184,000). This "dilution gain" arises when a subsidiary issues its own shares to third party interests, which results in a difference between the Company's share of the proceeds and its carrying value of the subsidiary. 



The Company ended the year with a very strong balance sheet with a net consolidated working capital position of about $18.6 million, an increase of just over $5.0 million from its net consolidated working capital position of $13.5 million at December 31, 2005. Consolidated group cash and cash equivalents at the end of the year were about $10.8 million. A significant portion of our increased working capital position reflects our increased investment to $8.2 million in drilling inventories. Our balance sheet strength also does not reflect the current market value of our equity investment in IMPACT. Based on closing market prices at April 18, 2007 the investment has a current market value of $13 million or $10 million more than our carrying cost. Energold had 22.2 million shares outstanding as of December 31, 2006.

As at December 31, 2006, the Company shared a 50% ownership with partners in 17 drill rigs. 



The increase in the overall level of activity reflected the existing demand within the industry and the growth of the Company's particular niche within that industry. With the exception of Central America, every region experienced significant growth. The efforts of prior years provided the establishment of the infrastructure necessary to handle this increase and the Company is anticipating further growth in 2007. The Company anticipates the addition of approximately 6-7 new rigs during the period, and plans to more deeply penetrate certain existing markets while expanding into at least one new market.

Ich denke mal im Rahmen der Erwartungen.
"Optisch" gut macht sich natürlich der Einmaleffekt aus der Impact-Beteiligung von 1,1 MEU.
Wenn ich den normiere lag der Profit aus dem operativen Geschäft in Q4 bei 0,8 Mio $ oder 0,04 Cent per Share.
Das liegt um 1 Cent unter dem Q3 Profit. War aber aufgrund der schon verkündeten geringeren Anzahl an Drillings im
traditionell etwas schwächeren Q4 absehbar.

Das KGV auf Basis Enterprise Value, also normiert um die Impact-Beteiligung und die schöne Cash-Posi
von 11 Mio, liegt bei ca. 10.
Ich würde sagen momentan fair bewertet. Energold muß jetzt im nächsten Quartal den Beweis antreten, dass
sich das Wachstum fortsetzen läßt und dass sich die zusätzlichen Drill-Rigs in der Bottom-Line bemerkbar machen.

Great news; strip out the IPT gain and the earnings are $2.51m for the year, and with the third and fourth quarters counting for the lion's share of that total. Put that on a 20 P/E (like Major Drilling, fair enough too given the growth...) and you have the current MCap underpinned. Of course, they have $10m in cash and $13m in IPT shares, which is half the MCap. Still undervalued then at this price. If (as would be likely I think) this dips with a wider correction, or just summer doldrums, it will be a great bargain buy.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews -- May 15, 2007) - Energold Drilling Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: EGD; FRANKFURT: X9X) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced private placement financing (the "Offering"). A total of 6,830,000 units (the "Units") of the Company were issued pursuant to an underwriting agreement between the Company and Clarus Securities Inc. ("Clarus") at a price of $2.20 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $15,026,000, including 1,370,000 Units that were issued pursuant to the exercise in full by Clarus of an underwriter's option. 



Each Unit consists of one common share (each, a "Common Share") of the Company and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole common share purchase warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire an additional Common Share at a price of $2.85 per Common Share for a period of 12 months following the closing of the Offering. All securities issued under the Offering are subject to a four month hold period. 



Clarus was paid a cash commission equal to 7.0% of the aggregate gross proceeds of the Offering. Clarus was also granted 478,100 compensation options (the "Compensation Options"), equal to 7.0% of the Units sold pursuant to the Offering. Each Compensation Option entitles Clarus to acquire one Unit at an exercise price of $2.20 during the 12 month period following the closing of the Offering. 



The net proceeds of the Offering are intended to be used by the Company for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Company now has 29,805,352 shares issued and outstanding following completion of the private placement.

Energold Drilling Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EGD) ("Energold" or "the Company") is pleased to announce its 2007 first quarter results. Earnings for the quarter were $819,000 (2006 - $420,000), up 95% from the 2006 earnings, which have been restated to record a dilution gain on the Company's investment in IMPACT Silver Corp (TSX VENTURE:IPT) ("IMPACT"). Gross revenues were $7.47 million on 53,000m of drilling up 82% from gross revenues of $4.10 million on 32,000m in the comparable quarter of 2006. Fully diluted earnings per share were $0.04 up from a restated $0.02 in the comparable quarter.

The Company ended the quarter with a very strong balance sheet with a net consolidated working capital position of $19.6 million, an increase of over $5.5 million from its net consolidated working capital position of $14.1 million at March 31, 2006. Consolidated group cash and cash equivalents at the end of the quarter were $9.4 million and accounts receivable totalled $7.0 million. The investment in drilling inventories increased to $8.6 million at March 31, 2007. Our balance sheet strength also does not reflect the current market value of our equity investment in IMPACT. Based on closing market prices at May 25, 2007, the investment has a current quoted market value of $10.7 million. This is $7.8 million more than our carrying value. Energold had 22.93 million shares outstanding as of March 31, 2007.

Subsequent to the first quarter end, on May 15, 2007, as part of a private placement, the Company sold 6,830,000 units at a price of $2.20 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant. One full warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional share of the Company at a price of $2.85 per share until May 15, 2008. The Company paid an underwriter's commission in the amount of $1,051,820 and also granted to the underwriter 478,100 "compensation options" entitling the underwriter to acquire up to 478,100 units at a price of $2.20 per unit for a period of twelve months under the same terms and conditions as the private placement. The net funds received from the private placement have been added to the Company's working capital and will be used to enhance the growth of its future operations.

Schwer zu sagen ob das jetzt Kaufkurse sind ich würde eher sagen nein ist im Moment ist EGD eher eine Halteposition.

Warum oder weshalb eine gute Nachricht bringen um was zu bezwecken?

Ich finde den Kursverlauf von EGD wunderbar und Zeit hab ich auch.
Innerhalb eines Jahres von 1 Can$ auf 2,6 Can$ oder PLUS 160% in einen Jahre da sag ich persönlich DANKE ans Management weiter so da brauch ich keine kurzfristigen Meldungen.

EGD ist eine SUPER aufgestellte Firma in einen wunderbaren Sektor der noch viele Jahre solche Firmen wie EGD brauchen wird und deshalb wird EGD die nächsten Jahre auch wunderbar Geld verdienen können.

Ich habe eine Frage an Dich, wo hast Du die Aktien gekauft? Ich in Berlin. Aber mit den dortigen Kursen bin ich nicht so zufrieden.

Hi Puster

hab EGD in Frankfurt gekauft und das mit der Kursfeststellung in Berlin ist mir sowas von wurscht.

Der Chart von EGD sieht für mich saugeil aus ( 3 Monatschart )



Und den Rest hab ich vor deinen Posting schon gesagt. Ich werde EGD mindestens noch ein Jahr halten wenn nichts gravierendes mit der Firma oder dem Börsenumfeld geschieht.

Mir bringt dieses Traden nichts das ist mir viel zu stressig ich investiere lieber und schau auch nicht mehr jeden Tag was die Kurse machen bringt eh nichts man versaut sich nur machmal den Tag damit.

Also ich weis jetzt nicht mehr seit wann ich für EGD trommle aber
es gebt weiter bergauf und fast niemand ist hier bei WO investiert.

Und ich glaube es ist noch lange nicht Schluß. Keine 100% innerhalb 7 Tage ( das gibt es nur bei Frick Aktien ) aber stetig nach oben.

Auf dem Geschöftsfeld von EGD geht munter weiter jeder braucht Rohstoffe und was braucht man um diese zu finden genau das Equipment
von EGD.

Also noch viel Spaß noch mit EGD.

Hätte ich beinahe vergessen ich glaube wir sind auf ATH.

Kurs vom 21.06.07 in Canada 3,05
MK 25,4 Mill. Aktien x 3,05 Can$ = 77,5 Mill Can$

In der Kasse liegen zum 31.03.07 : 9,4 Mill. Can$

Netto Einnahmen 0,82 Mill gegenüber letztem Quartal 0,42 Mill = 95%

Gedrilled 1/07 53.000 Meter gegenüber 04/06 32.000 Meter

Und da gibt es Firmen die beginnen mit Star oder Russ die haben keinen Cent in der Kasse oder kein operatives Geschäft und die haben oder besser gesagt hatten eine Mk von über 300 Mill. Can$.

Da wird und wurde gekauft als gäbe es kein morgen mehr und hier gibt es einen Wert der nicht mehr ganz billig ist aber es steckt substanz dahinter und kein Schein kauft.

Ist keine Kaufauforderung nur mal zur Orientierung mir ist es eh lieber keiner dieser Lemminge und Trader ist in diesen Wert.

Am Montag in Deutschland wahrscheinlich wie immer unter Pari zu 2,25 Euro und dann rennt man wieder hinter Canada her.

Dere ich habe leider wenig bis keine Ahnung von Charttechnik könntest du mal etwas über den Chart sagen.

Puster und das hat EGD alles ohne Nachrichten geschafft da sieht man mal wieder eine gute und günstige Firman braucht nicht mit irgendwelchen Nachrichten den Kurs zu pushen.

es gibt noch eine ähnlich gewinnbringende Aktie, aber die dümpelt seit 1 Jahr seitwärts. Nun hat sie sich langsam genug ausgeruht. Eigentlich müßte sie jetzt wieder Schritt für Schritt langsam nach Norden ziehen. Ganz besonders deshalb, weil sie nun von Vancouver nach Toronto umzieht.

EGD bleibt weiter auf der Überholspur.

SK in Canada 3,50 Can$ +4,48% = 2,43 Euro



Und in Deutschland wieder unter SK.

Also EGD könnte die nächsten Tage wirklich etwas konsolidieren um Luft zu holen um in die nächste Kursregion vorzustoßen.

Wenn ich mir da andere Werte ansehe naja da bleib ich doch bei meinen EGD.

Also wie ich bereits einmal gesagt habe die 2 sehen wir bei EGD nie wieder dabei bleibe ich ( solange nicht der Gesamtmarkt um 25% fällt ). Die Konsolidierung bei EGD scheint abgeschlossen zu sein. Freitag SK in Canada 3,48 + 5,1% bei wieder steigenden Umsätzen ( nahe am TH bei 3,50 und nahe am ATH bei 3,52 ) ein gutes Zeichen. Und vergeßt bitte nicht die haben ca. 9 Mill. Cash auf dem Konto.

Mit 2 vor dem Komma meinte ich nicht unter 2 CAD. Sondern knapp
unter 3 CAD. Also 2,9....

Sowieso egal, erstmal dürfte EGD weiter steigen. Und auch diejenigen,
die EGD von wenigen Tagen in der Übertreibungsphase gekauft haben
(an die war mein Statement gerichtet) sind mitlerweile auch schon
fast alle im plus....

Ich glaube das EGD die nächsten Tage ein neues ATH machen wird und Richtung 4 can$ laufen könnte. Desweiteren bin ich mir sehr sicher das die mit den 9 Mill. etwas kaufen werden nur was weiss ich leider nicht.

ich weiß, Du brauchst keinen Grund fürs Steigen. Manchmal ist es aber sehr hilfreich für Investitionsentscheidungen, wenn man den Grund oder besser noch die Hintergründe kennt. Denn ohne Grund steigt und fällt keine Aktie. Irgendwo im Hintergrund wird immer daran gedreht.

Also wieder nahe am ATH und TH geschlossen und das allerbeste ist hier bei W.O. lesen max. 20 Leute mit keine Lemminge und Puscher oder Basher in dieser Aktie. Der Kursverlauf von EGD einfach wunderbar dabei muß ich mir in anderen Threads was von Sommerloch usw. anhören. Bei EGD gibts kein Sommerloch nur immer und immer wieder ein neues ATH.
Hab gestern 10% meiner EGD verkauft man darf nicht zu gierig werden.

Rest bleibt jetzt erstmals bis 4,75 Can$ im Depot.

Energold Announces Second Quarter Results Including Record Production and Continued Expansion

Energold Drilling Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EGD)(FRANKFURT:X9X) ("the Company") is pleased to announce its 2007 second quarter consolidated results including the best ever revenues and meters drilled for a quarter. Gross revenues for the quarter were $8.64 million (up 25%) on 64,000m of drilling from gross revenues of $6.9 million in 2006 on 52,000m of drilling and for the year to date revenues were $16.1 million (up 46%) on 117,000m compared to $11.0 million on 84,000m in 2006. 



Earnings for the quarter were $1,836,000 (2006 - $1,510,000), which includes a foreign exchange loss for the period of $1,206,000 (2006 - $275,000) and a gain on disposal of assets of $1,317,000 (2006 - $0). In 2006 the Company recorded a dilution gain on the investment in IMPACT of $1.06 million for the quarter and $1.39 million for the year to date, the comparable figures for 2007 were $23,000 for the quarter and $61,000 for the six months. Earnings per share were $0.07 for the quarter and for the six months $0.11 compared to $0.07(i) and $0.09(i) for the comparable periods in the prior year. 



During the quarter the Company completed a $15.0 million financing which added net $13.9 million to the Company's balance sheet. As at June 30th consolidated working capital position was about $35.8 million, an increase of just over $17.0 million, almost double, from its net consolidated working capital position of $18.7 million at December 31, 2006. 



Consolidated group cash and cash equivalents were $21.8 million at the end of the period compared to $10.9 million December 31, 2006 an increase of over 100%. Energold's very strong balance sheet does not reflect the current market value of the equity investment in IMPACT. Based on closing market prices at August 17, 2007 the investment has a current market value of $9.0 million or approximately $6 million more than our carrying cost. Energold has 29.92 million shares outstanding and fully diluted 34.9 million as of June 30, 2007.

The Company fully consolidates its 50.01%-owned Pac Rim Drilling S.A.C., 50%-owned subsidiary Kluane International Drilling Inc. and its affiliates. The Company's approximately 16.7% interest in IMPACT Silver Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IPT) is accounted for on an equity basis. 



The increase in the overall level of activity reflected the existing demand within the industry and the growth of the Company's particular niche within that industry. The efforts of prior years provided the establishment of the infrastructure necessary to handle this increase and the Company is anticipating further growth in 2007 both in existing markets and a number of new locations. Energold Consolidates Control Over Drilling Operations

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct 2, 2007 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

Energold Drilling Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EGD) ("Energold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has obtained 100% ownership and control of its drilling operations in Peru, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Zambia and Vietnam. The increase in the Company's interest in these operations results from an agreement entered into between Kluane International Drilling Inc. ("KID"), in which the Company held a 50% interest, and Energold's former joint venture partners in both KID and in Pac Rim Drilling S.A.C. ("Pac Rim"). As a result of the transactions, completed over the last two days, Energold now owns, directly and indirectly, 100% of both KID and Pac Rim. Its former partner acquired a 100% interest in Kid's subsidiary companies operating in Ecuador and Guatemala which have 7 drilling rigs.

Prior to entering into this agreement, the Company shared a 50% interest in 17 drilling rigs with its joint venture partners, effectively owning an equity income interest in 8.5 drilling rigs. Following closing of the transactions, the Company will have 100% interest in all of its 35 drilling rigs, including 10 drill rigs in which it previously only had a 50% interest.

Fred Davidson, President and CEO of the Company said:

We believe this streamlines the Company from a legal, corporate, accounting and financial analysis perspective. The Company will be also become more cost effective and management will be able to focus totally on their own operations.

We expect to order six additional drilling rigs during the next quarter and to have at least forty-one rigs by year end. We are actively expanding and plan to grow into one of the major drilling contractors in Mexico by mid 2008. We are also planning expansion in other countries. We now control all our operations and rigs, are well financed with a strong working capital position with very positive business prospects."

As part of the agreement, all amounts due to related parties and non-controlling interests will be settled in full. Following the closing, Energold will have no long term debt or long term liabilities outstanding, other than a small allowance for deferred income taxes. The Company will have the financial strength and capacity to continue with its planned expansion plans unencumbered by issues involved with managing joint venture operations. KID will recognize goodwill and a gain on the sale of its' previously wholly owned Ecuadorian and Guatemalan subsidiaries to Energold's former joint venture partners, net of tax thereon.

The Company expects that the implementation of this agreement should have a positive impact to net income in 2007 and in future years as the Company capitalizes on the strong growth opportunities that it sees in Peru, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Zambia and other countries in which the Company previously had to share its profits as a result of being involved in joint venture operations. To protect their mutual interests and investments, the Company and its former joint venture partners, have agreed to enter into a 30 month non compete agreement with respect to countries in which the subject companies were operating prior to closing.

Am Freitag in Canada unter steigenden Umsätzen ( 811.680 Stück ) + 5,41%.

ATH waren bei 4,14 can$ ( aktuell 3,90 d.h. 5% unter ATH ).

Ich glaube das wir sehr bald neue ATH´s sehen werden.

Auch heute wieder + 4,87% auf aktuell 4,09 can$ = 2,95 Euro

Und das beste an dieser Aktie hier auf W.O. schreibt und liest kein Schwein.

Hab ihr das auch schon mal bemerkt je weniger User in einen Thread schreiben desto besser die Kursentwicklung. Ich hoffe nur das bleibt noch einige Monate hier so.

Wir werden neue ATH´s sehen da bin ich mir zu 100% sicher.

ende der 80ziger Anfang 90iger gab es einen fond oder gar fonds die "ethisch" investieren wollten. das ganze war ein Flop und sogar von Betrug wurde gesprochen...
....heute hat Al Gore (wohl stellvertretend fuer viele) den Friedensnobelpreis fuer sein Engagement fuer die Umwelt bekommen...

und was hat das mit Energold zu tun?

am besten unter deren homepage nachsehen. Das "environmentally friendly, low foot print" concept ist nicht nur preiswert, sondern auch noch "en vogue" !!!

Das Zahlenwerk stimmt auch. Also dieses Unternehmen hat die Zukunft noch vor sich.
...man kann nach allem bohren, egal was gebraucht wird
...die meisten Metalle weisen ruecklaeufige Produktion auf (Konjunktur hin oder her) und man wird mehr von den (Basis)metallen zukuenftig benoetigen. Also wird weiter gebohrt werden
...das wachstum stimmt
... und die beteiligungen auch (z.B. Impact wird ist ein idealer hebel auf silber)

ich leg mich fest: in 2008 steht die Aktie zweistellig, >2010 3dreistellig. es sei denn die werden uebernommen oder echte Konkurrenz faellt vom Himmel

100% Zustimmung nur bei den Kursen würde ich mich nicht so festellegen wie du. KZ in zweistelliger bzw. dreistelliger Höhe würd ich nicht unterschreiben. Mein KZ für Mitte 2008 sind 5-6 Euro und danach muß man weiter sehen.

Ich bin ganz sicher, dass wir im nächsten Jahr von Quartal zu Quartal sehr beeindruckende Ergebnissteigerungen sehen werden.. und wie hieß es doch noch gleich "nicht die Goldschürfer sind reich geworden, sondern diejenigen, die die Schaufeln verkauft haben!! - diesmal braucht man nur die Entschlossenheit für einen Aktienkauf, also sehr viel einfacher reich zu werden

Falls ihr in diesem Segment einen weiteren Titel sucht mit fast wöchentlichen Auftragsmeldungen schaut mal hier vorbei... ich werde später für CABO DRILLING einen Thread aufmachen..

The third quarter saw the first of the six recently-ordered drill rigs arrive in the field. NRW kam im 2007 an die börse zu 2,3A$ dan gings hoch auf 3,55A$ und jetzt ist sie wieder für 2,55A$ zu haben.

Solche rundum service unternehmen dürfte es eine ganze reihe geben, die müssen erst den beweis antreten das man gutes wachstum aufweisen wird künftig. Da hatt EGD einigs voraus!

Fühle mich mit EGD ganz wohl, viel cash in der kasse, immer mehr eigene drill tools, gold steigt und wird auch fürs nächste jahr für volle auftragsbücher sorgen, dieses wachstums spiel lässt sich noch lang erweitern, EGD ist ja längst noch nicht in allen ländern tätig.
Dazu sollte IPT ein gutes 2008 vor sich haben wn man das so liest:

Other then the Casey research team the market is absolutely asleep at the switch about the potential of Impact. Casey has them rated as one of their few "best buys". It is sitting on massive district size silver producing claims in Mexico when Silver is exploding. Forget the fact it is has positive cashflow producing mining operations. I will be surprised if IPT is under $5.00 by mid-year ...I have been selling off mediocre holdings to back the truck up on this opportunity. My biggest fear is some hostile takeover bid comes in before we can get some value recognition in the share price.
The news release below highlights the extraordinary problem facing IMPACT.... TOO MANY TARGETS !! Most other juniors could only dream of having a fraction of the targets. Great to see mgt expanding the exploration resources and with a strong balance the can finance it themselves without diluting the o/s shares.

Note Impact's sister company is Energold drilling so they have the inside track to the hottest commodity outside of precious metals .... access to drill rigs!!!! Do not underestimate this when looking at other juniors...ask them about drill rig availbility...a lot of companies out their with great prospects but can't get access to a "truth machine" AKA drill rig. P.S. Energold Drilling -EGD along with IPT is one of my largest holdings.

Ausbruch auf neues Hoch scheitert an schwachem Marktumfeld
Nachdem sich Energold Drilling während der Novemberkorrektur auf der guten Unterstützung um 4,00
CAD vor stärkeren Verkäufen verstecken konnte, startete gleich zu Beginn des neuen Jahres ein rasanter
Ausbruchsversuch auf neue Hochs ohne Nachrichten. Möglicherweise hat sich hier ein Fonds
mit einigen Stücken eingedeckt, denn es gibt Gerüchte, dass Energold noch in diesem Halbjahr seine
Notierung an der „großen“ Börse TSX aufnehmen soll. Da dem neuen Hoch unter dünnen Umsätzen
jedoch kein Volumen folgte, war der Ausbruchsversuch zum Scheitern verurteilt und charttechnisch
orientierte Shortseller stürzten sich auf die Aktie. Doch auch deren Vorhaben scheiterte gestern spektakulär,
das Kaufinteresse war auf der Unterstützung so groß, dass die Aktie gleich wieder um 0,30
CAD zulegen konnte. Alles in allem keine Woche für schwache Nerven, aber eine gute nachträgliche
Einstiegschance für Schnäppchenjäger, denn Neueinsteiger können sich hier bis 4,30 CAD ans
