Paragon Technologies' SI Systems Order Fulfillment Brand Receives System Expansion Orders Totaling $2.8 Million

EASTON, Pa., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Paragon Technologies, Inc. (Amex: PTG - News), a leading supplier of "smart" material handling systems and "software-driven" warehouse and distribution center solutions, announced that its SI Systems Order Fulfillment brand received three orders totaling approximately $2.8 million to improve and expand existing automated order fulfillment systems originally installed by the Company at domestic and European customer sites. The system enhancements include additional high- speed, high-accuracy automated item picking technology manufactured by the Company, in conjunction with extensions and revisions to order fulfillment software for third party storage and retrieval equipment. The customer is a leading manufacturer of vision care products. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

(Amex: PTG - News), a leading supplier of "smart" material handling systems and "software-driven" warehouse and distribution center solutions, announced today that it has signed a Value Added Reseller Agreement with Voxware, Inc. (Nasdaq: VOXW - News), a leading supplier of voice-driven logistics solutions. This partnership enables Paragon to offer voice-driven applications Powered by Voxware(TM).


Voxware's standards-based, open software will enable SI Systems Order Fulfillment brand to integrate highly flexible and powerful voice-driven capabilities into comprehensive systems. This new voice-driven functionality will enable warehouse and distribution center operations to more effectively and productively perform tasks such as picking, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and returns processing. Paragon Technologies Amends Its Existing Stock Repurchase Program

$1.4 Million Available for Stock Repurchases


EASTON, Pa., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Paragon Technologies, Inc. (Amex: PTG - News), a leading supplier of "smart" material handling solutions, including systems, technologies, products and services, announced today that its Board of Directors amended its existing stock repurchase program by increasing the amount it has authorized management to repurchase from up to $14,000,000 of the Company's common stock to up to $15,000,000. The stock repurchases may, at the discretion of the Company's management, be made from time to time on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. Under the stock repurchase program, the Company may repurchase shares of its common stock from time to time in compliance with SEC regulations and subject to market conditions. The stock repurchase program does not require the Company to acquire any specific number of shares, and the Company may terminate the program at any time. To date, cash expenditures for stock repurchases under the existing stock repurchase program have amounted to approximately $13,605,000. Subject to the $15,000,000 limitation, of which approximately $1,395,000 remains available for repurchases, the timing and quantity of any stock repurchases will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
