Hamburg - 26. September 2012: Evotec AG (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse: EVT,

TecDAX) gab heute bekannt, dass ihre Forschungsallianz mit Boehringer

Ingelheim einen Meilenstein erreicht hat, der eine Zahlung in Höhe von 2,5

Mio. EUR auslöst. Der Meilenstein wurde für die Überführung eines

Onkologie-Programms in die präklinische Profilierung erzielt.


Dr. Mario Polywka, Chief Operating Officer von Evotec kommentierte: 'Dies

ist der siebzehnte Meilenstein, der innerhalb unserer Allianz mit

Boehringer Ingelheim erreicht wurde. Er stellt einen wichtigen Übergang von

einer Substanz in die präklinische Profilierung dar. Wir freuen uns, dass

durch die hervorragende wissenschaftliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen Evotec

und Boehringer Ingelheim auch weiterhin erfolgreich Substanzen für die

klinische Entwicklung identifiziert werden.'

Habe gestern meine MOR-Anteile verkauft und in EVO umgeschichtet. Könnte mir vorstellen dass einige heute das Selbe getan haben. Ich denke mal dass morgen die 2,70 nachhaltig der Vergangenheit angehören könnte. Wenn dann noch eine Nachricht diese Woche kommt sind wir schnell bei 3 Euro

You will have successfully led CNS projects from inception into pre-clinical development and through this, will have gained a wider understanding of all aspects of drug research and of key technologies You have gained substantial experience in managing teams of substantial size, either in a project or in a functional setting.
