Es sind ja im Moment mindestens 2 Faktoren, das ausgeweitete PP mit grossem Anklang bei sueddamerikanischen Investoren und die minenfreundliche Humala-Regelung bezueglich der Fallobst-Steuer.

Lima 26.08.2011 (www.emfis.com) Der peruanische Minensektor sieht in den nächsten Jahren hohen Investitionen der Rohstoffkonzerne von über 40 Milliarden USD entgegen.
Wie ein nationaler Minenverband in dem südamerikanischen Land mitteilte, seien durch nationale und internationale Bergbaukonzerne für die nächsten 10 Jahre bereits Investitionen in den peruanischen Minensektor von etwa 41 Milliarden USD angekündigt. Zu den internationalen Interessenten würden Xstrata, BHP Billiton Newmont Mining und Gold Fields zählen.
Grade erst im Juli haben die einheimische Buenaventura und die nordamerikanische Newmont Mining die Erweiterung der gemeinsamen Mine Conga angekündigt. Mit Aufwendungen von etwa 4,8 Milliarden USD soll in den nächsten Jahren die dortige Kupfer- und Goldproduktion deutlich ausgeweitet werden. Dies sei bisher das größte Vorhaben im Minensektor in Peru, der aber für die Volkswirtschaft immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinne. Immerhin würden bereits über 60 % der Exporterlöse aus den Bergwerken des Landes stammen.

Natuerlich fehlt da oben nen R... in HerR 
.... Ich hab die letzten Wochen nochmal ordentlich nachgelegt. Trevali macht mir sehr spass, und Clencore hat gestern sehr gute Zahlen vorgelegt, was mich auf weitere Freuden im Rostoffsektor hoffen laesst.

Trevali Mining Corporation ("Trevali" or the "Company") announces that it completed a private placement of 7,873,059 common shares. Kallpa Securities SAB of Lima, Peru ("Kallpa") acted as agent in the offering of Trevali's shares to qualified South American investors on a commercially reasonable best-efforts basis.
The private placement was completed for gross proceeds of USD$10,392,437.88 at an issue price of USD$1.32 (CAN$1.30) per share. The issue price was determined by Trevali and Kallpa in the context of the market.
A cash commission of 7% of the gross proceeds of the private placement was paid by the Company to Kallpa as consideration for arranging the private placement. Completion of the private placement is subject to customary conditions including, but not limited to, the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and a day expiring on December 25, 2011.
The net proceeds from the private placement are intended to be used to advance the Company's Santander mine development project and for general working capital purposes.
The Company and Kallpa are currently working towards increasing the private placement up to USD$15,000,000 through the issuance of up to an additional 3,490,577 shares to qualified South American investors. The closing of this additional amount of Trevali's common shares is slated for the last week of August 2011.

All of the mine levels are characterized by excellent horizontal and vertical continuous 'mineralized-shoots' that are traceable over the four deepest production levels and extend to depth of approximately 170 vertical metres where they remain open for expansion the company confirms.
The Huampar mine contains a historic, non-compliant National Instrument 43-101, mineral reserve of 874,412 tonnes grading 1.3 g/ gold, 209 g/t silver, 3.31% lead and 3.63% zinc in addition to minor copper mineralization.
Site infrastructure includes a 600-person camp and a fully permitted 400 tonne per day mineral processing plant. The large 1,450 hectare land package has seen limited historic exploration and the company believes that there is excellent potential to discover additional mineralization with the ultimate aim of recommencing mining operations at the project.
