Jungs bleibt doch locker, es reine Charttechnik! Das RSI war gestern im extrem überkauften Bereich (im Tages-RSi ist noch etwas Platz, aber auch nicht viel).

Der Wert muss sich abkühlen,solange die Korrekturen auf immer höheren Tiefs zustandekommen (letztes Mal 2,30 USD, davor irgendwo bei 1,80)ist alles ok. Ideal wäre ein Tief bei 2,80 und anschließend geht es wieder hoch.

Also ich finde das Ganze extrem bullisch (man muss nur geduld haben!)

Novavax has signed initial agreement with Spanish Government to license proprietary, recombinant virus-like-particle (VLP) vaccine technology, to Rovi of Spain.

Rovi will use the VLP technology to create a comprehensive influenza vaccine solution for the Spanish government, under a new E60 million program. It is sponsored by the Spanish Ministry of Health and other government groups to develop pandemic and seasonal flu vaccines, and establish its only in-border facility.

Under separate agreements that are in the process of being negotiated by both companies, Rovi would receive exclusive licenses to Novavax’s portable VLP vaccine technology to commercialize flu vaccines in Spain and Portugal, and non-exclusive licenses in Europe, Latin America and Africa.

In addition, under a stock purchase agreement Rovi has committed to make a $3 million equity investment in Novavax at $2.74 per share, a 10% premium to the June 29, 2009 closing bid price.

Moreover, a non-profit Foundation, jointly sponsored by Rovi and the Spanish authorities, will be formed to support Phase III clinical development and other studies. In addition, the State of Andalucia will support Rovi in building a new VLP vaccine plant in the city of Granada and bring it on-line in 2012, at a cost of approximately E20 million.

Rahul Singhvi, President and CEO of Novavax, said: “We are honored to be selected by the Spanish Health Ministry and Rovi Pharmaceuticals to help develop pandemic and seasonal flu vaccine solutions for Spain. This influenza vaccine supply solution consisting of our VLP technology and portable manufacturing avoids the use of chicken eggs, creates vaccines for emerging strains faster, and promises less expensive, in-border manufacturing capacity. We continue to discuss opportunities with other pharmaceutical companies and governments to implement this compelling influenza vaccine technology around the globe.”

Luft anhalten und sitzen bleiben Wie gesagt, auch die US-Regierung arbeitet mit NVAX obwohl diese beispielsweise Sanofi Aventis 190 Mio. zur Entwicklung/Herstellung für Impfstoffe bezahlt hat. Novartis kündigt gross an kurz vor der Produktion eines Impfstoffes für die Schweinegrippe zu sein - 30 Regierungen haben bereits Bestellungen abgegeben etc. etc.. und nun kommen die Spanier und wollen mit NVAX....soll sich jeder selben denken was er will aber ich setze auf Novovax

ich frag mich einfach, wer denn immer wieder verkauft zu solchen Kursen?? Wenn doch da jemand einsteigt, verkauft er doch nicht bei 2.80 oder 3. Es sind wirklich nicht so viele Aktien im Umlauf, deshalb wundert es mich, dass die Aktienhalter immer wieder werfen.....tsssssss

gestern wahnsinns Volumen auf einen Schlag, heute fehlen schlicht die Nachkäufe. Die Infos kommen regelmässig aber jedesmal fällt der Kurs wieder ab. Nun, wir können nur hoffen dass die Kadenz der Infos steigt, dann wird dies auch was mit den 4, 5 oder 10$. Keine Regierung arbeitet mit "Kleinfirmen" zusammen, wenn diese nicht TOP sind. Novavax ist Top und die Zeiten von Einstelligen Kursen ist bald vorbei. Hätte nie gedacht, dass die Europäer auf NVAX kommen - nie. Indien klar und auch die USA, aber die Spanier.....neee da kommt bestimmt noch ganz Grosses. Denkt daran, der Virus kann rasch ändern und Tamiflu zeigt auch schon gewisse Grenzen seines Wirkens. Nicht zu vergessen, dass die PhaseII bei NVAX auch bald abgeschlossen sein wird. Die Firma ist meines Erachtens ein echter Blockbuster für die Zukunft. Gedult wird sich hier auszahlen denke ich.....

ja und mein Gefühl sagt mir,

das Novavax einen Impfstoff gegen AIDS entwickeln wird und
dann gibt es "Sell on good News" und die Aktie schließt endlich das Gap bei 0,60 Cents nach 2 Jahren........

Ja, das ist wo drauf die Longs warten

Ein bißchen Spass muss sein.....
