akt. gute zustiegschancen bieten, hat man vergangenen freitag
mit cad 0,065 nahe am neuen 52- wochen- HIGH von 0,07 tags zu vor schliessen können !!!!

Ross hires Evolving Capital for investor relations

INVESTOR RELATIONS

Ross River Minerals Inc. has signed an agreement with Evolving Capital Corp. to provide investor relation services for the company. The contract is for an initial term of six months. The company has granted 200,000 stock options to Evolving Capital to purchase a total of 200,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company exercisable until March 24, 2015, at a price of five cents per share.

Andrew Delic, managing director of Evolving Capital, comments, "We have been aware of the company for several years and believe its El Pulpo property in Mexico to be of substantial merit."

In addition, the company has granted stock options under its stock option plan to directors, employees and consultants to purchase a total of one million common shares in the capital stock of the company exercisable until March 24, 2015, at a price of five cents per share.

The contract and stock options are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

....in 08.2009 wurde für das kanad. TAY- LP- proj. mit CCM ein JV- agreement geschlossen, so daß man selbst sich mit den daraus erzielten einnahmen auf das noch aussichtsreichere EL PULPO- proj. konzentrieren will........

Tay-LP Property Optioned To Canarc

Vancouver, BC: Ross River Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: RRM) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has optioned its wholly owned Tay-LP property to Canarc Resource Corp. ("Canarc").


Canarc can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in Tay-LP from the Company by paying $1-million in cash and/or stock and spending $1.5-million on exploration over a three-year period. Canarc can initially earn a 51-per-cent interest as a stage 1 option by paying $150,000 in cash and spending $900,000 on exploration over a two-year period.

If Canarc proceeds with the stage II option, then the final $850,000 payment can be made in cash or common shares at Canarc's election. If Canarc does not proceed with the stage II option, then a 51/49 joint venture will be formed with the Company.

The Tay-LP gold property is located within the Tintina gold belt, approximately 75 kilometres south of the town of Ross River in the Yukon. The property consists of 413 claims covering a 20-kilometre-long by four-kilometre-wide belt of gold prospects that were first discovered by prospecting in 1984 and enjoys good road access from both Ross River and Whitehorse via the South Canol Road and a four-wheel-drive access road to the old camp on Seagull Creek.

Canarc plans to commence a phase I exploration program including 2,000 metres of diamond drilling as soon as reasonably possible subject to Canarc raising appropriate financing. Initial targets will include step-out drilling from some of the historical drill intercepts to better define the structural, stratigraphic and intrusive controls on gold mineralization. Future exploration programs will focus on detailed ground exploration work, detailed drilling of the known gold-mineralized zones, as well as reconnaissance drilling of multiple, untested geochemical and geophysical anomalies within prospective targets.

This option agreement is subject to regulatory and exchange approval.

Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd. has completed a 470-kilometre, helicopter-borne VTEM geophysical survey over Ross River Minerals Inc.'s Tay-LP property. Cap-Ex will prioritize the most favourable targets for follow-up, including more detailed ground geophysics, geological mapping and diamond drilling in 2011.

Cap-Ex is earning a 50-per-cent interest in the property from Canarc Resource Corp. by making property payments totalling $230,000, issuing 200,000 common shares, spending $675,000 in exploration and maintaining the underlying option agreement in good standing until October, 2011. Canarc optioned the property from the company in August, 2009, and can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the property from the company by paying $1-million in cash and/or stock, and spending $1.5-million on exploration over a three-year period. Canarc can initially earn a 51-per-cent interest as a stage I option by paying $150,000 in cash and spending $900,000 on exploration over a two-year period. If Canarc proceeds with the stage II option, then the final $850,000 payment can be made in cash or common shares at Canarc's election. If Canarc does not proceed with the stage II option, then a 51-49 joint venture will be formed with the company.

The Tay-LP property is located within the Tintina gold belt, approximately 160 kilometres northeast of Whitehorse in the Yukon. The property consists of 413 claims covering a 20-kilometre-long by four-kilometer-wide (8,600 hectares) belt of gold prospects.

Previous drill highlights include 3.6 grams per tonne gold over 24.3 metres, 2.90 g/t gold over 11.47 metres, 3.92 g/t gold over 10.47 metres and 3.10 g/t gold over 11.00 metres.

Ross River Minerals arranges $250,000 private placement

NEW FINANCING

Ross River Minerals Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement by the sale five million units at a price of five cents per unit for total proceeds of $250,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half a non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles the holder to acquire a common share for a period of 18 months from closing at a price of 10 cents per share.

The proceeds from this private placement will be used for general working capital. This financing is expected to close by July 15, 2011. This financing is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
