Immerhin spricht man mal von einem NASDAQ-Listing
Weiß zwar nicht woher der Rainer das hat aber Chris Chu soll zumindest gräußert haben das es 120 Tage dauern würde vom Antrag bis zum Listing. Das ein Listing Zeit braucht sollte auch jedem klar sein. Auch bin ich der selben Meinung wie Rainer das ein Antrag ohne Partnerschaftsvertrag wenig Sinn macht. Da muss meines Erachtens vorher was kommen.
Könnte spannend werden.

Denke, dass Pinetree soviel verkauft hat, um nicht mehr als Insider zu gelten und einen Teil oder den Gesamtbestand an Poet Aktien außerhalb der Börse an einen Investor bereits verkauft hat.
Kann mich natürlich täuschen, aber normalerweise tauchen die Verkäufe von Pinetree unter Anonymus auf und Anonymus hat kaum noch Aktien am Freitag verkauft.
Was ich nicht verstehe ist der Handelsverlauf am Freitag.
Erst wurde versucht den Kurs zu drücken und dann stieg er auf 1,52$ und es wurden zig Trades zu 1,52$ ausgeführt, zum Teil mit richtig hohem Volumen. Im Bid tauchte außerdem ein Bid von 427k zu 1,51$ auf und wurde nicht bedient.
Für mich sieht das so aus, als ob man den Kurs auf 1,52$ deckeln wollte.
Meine Vermutung Optionen für den neuen CEO zu 1,52$ der ja im Mai bekannt gegeben werden soll?
Hab selbst am Freitag noch einmal zu 1,49$ gekauft und damit meinen Gewinn vom Verkauf letzten Anstieg auf 2,00$ wieder investiert.
Bin jetzt mit meinen max. Betrag investiert und neugierig, was in den nächsten Tagen passieren wird.

D.h. er kann nur richtig Geld verdienen wenn Poet erfolgreich ist, da er seine ersten Optionen erst in einem Jahr einlösen kann. Ein VP verdient bei Applied Materials sicher nicht wenig und er will sich sicher nicht verschlechtern. Um einen solchen Mann an Board zu bekommen muss ein Unternehmen schon gute Argumente haben und er wird sein DD gemacht haben.
Hab letzte Woche Freitag, wie schon geschrieben, bei 1,55$ noch einmal nachgekauft.
In ein paar Tagen ist Mai und ich denke wir werden in kürze auch hören wer der neue CEO bei Poet wird. Außerdem denke ich, dass der neue CEO dann den Vollzug der Meilensteine und die ersten Verträge mit Kunden vorstellen wird.
