Hier nochmal ein Chart-Update:
Der RSI hat klar seinen Abwärtstrend verlassen.
Man kann hier auch schön sehen, wie wichtig der mögliche bullishe Schnitt des MACD ist - das war immer ein aussagekräftiges Kaufsignal.
Zudem deutet sich eine inverse SKS an.
Rein vom Chart her sieht das alles sehr gut aus. Lediglich der Gesamtmarkt bereitet mir wirklich große Sorge.

Dawson James Securities initiated coverage on June 12th. Their Conclusion:
Despite a recent litigation-related setback to a pending PDUFA date for proprietary pain-relief product Rexista, investors have much to look forward to with IPCI, including recent and upcoming new product launches from two large partners, additional products under partnerships with one of these partners, additional proprietary product development programs addressing large markets (Regabatin XR in the $5 billion neuropathic pain area) and additional generic R&D programs yet to be partnered, including two already approved products, generics Glucophage XR and Keppra XR. We believe these shares continue to be under-valued relative to drug delivery peers, perhaps due to IPCI’s more modest origins on foreign stock exchanges, but with recent positive news flow on new product launches and potential additional news flow expected related to R&D programs, we believe IPCI shares can bounce-back from some near-term disappointment related to Rexista, and thus we are initiating coverage on IPCI shares with a BUY rating and 2-3-year price target of $7.30 per share.

irgendwann müssen die spaggos ja mal mit covern beginnen und wenn ich mir überlege, dass wir ca anfang august das adcom haben, dann sind es noch 1.5 ( lass es 2 sein ) monate für die bagage um 2.2 mio shares zu covern.
wie das gehn soll wird sehr interessant bei dem dünnen orderbuch und sollten die zahlen stimmen waren die letzten tage stark naked short.

Ich habe mal wieder beim Unternehmen nachgehört, ob sie nicht aktiv eine Rolle bei dieser Diskussion spielen wollen. Sie konzentrieren sich jedoch derzeit vollumfänglich auf das anstehende AdCom für Rexista (O-Ton: "das Team arbeitet 7 Tage die Woche"). Persönlich bin ich davon überzeugt, dass das AdCom schon entscheidend sein wird. Zwar gibt es immer mal Fälle wo die FDA dann doch anders entscheidet, aber in 90% aller Fälle folgt die FDA dem AdCom:

Wir werden also die Rexista-Entscheidung wahrscheinlich schon im August erhalten!Und diese WIRD kursbewegend sein, egal wie es im Rechtsstreit mit Purdue steht. Persönlich bin ich davon überzeugt, dass wir unmittelbar nach einem positiven AdCom einen Deal sehen werden.
