Rund 90% recurring revenue deuten auf ein SaaS-Modell hin.
Außerdem ist man größter Anteilseigner von Softship (Thread: * * * * Softship AG 2008 Jahr der Entscheidung * * * * aktuell 0, 50 €).
Aktie ist wie für SaaS üblich sehr teuer, habe mir heute aber trotzdem ein paar Ansichtsstücke geholt.

Global logistics software group, WiseTech Global announced the acquisition of Prolink, a market leader in customs and forwarding compliance solutions in Taiwan. Prolink provides its automated customs compliance and forwarding solutions to over 350 corporations including DHL, UPS, Yamato, Morrison, Hellmann, Hankyu Hanshin, Dolphin, Evergreen, Pacific Star, THi, Leader-mutual, OEC and many of the largest logistics service providers in Taiwan and China.
