Hallo,
ich habe die Aktie vor vielen Jahren mal bei 0,42€ gekauft.10000 Stück. Nach endlosen warten auf steigende Kurse habe ich 2021 dann die Reißleine gezogen. Das Management bedient sich zu sehr am Gewinn. Hat mir nicht gefallen. Auch die ganze Rückzahlerei usw. Gehören mit zu den negativen Dingen. Ich wollte heute nur mal vorbeischauen, ob sich ein wieder Einsteigen lohnt. Eher nicht. Euch allen gute Nerven und Kurse hier.

Genau wegen solcher Scherze find ichs ganz gut, dass NKL nicht mit Fremdkapital die Debt vorzeitig zurückzahlt, auch wenns möglicherweise aufgrund der Erhöhung des Royalty Anteils sinvoll sein (hätte) könnte.

Bedingt durch aktuelle Nickelpreise und das jetzige Runterfahren von Ramu, wegen Erdbeben, wird dieses Quartal auch für Nickel 28 eine Herausforderung. Zum Glück gab es laut Bericht keine Verletzten, die Anlage wird jetzt auf Schäden überprüft.

Rückzahlung der Debt zieht sich wie ein Kaugummi. Aber ist halt so wenn die Kosten hoch sind und der Nickelpreis eher mittelmäßig bis gering ist. Spannend dürfte sein, ob die Firma nach der Änderung des BoD immer noch Aktien Rückkaufen will oder vielleicht nun doch "überschüssiges" Geld in die Rückzahlung der Debt steckt (was mir sehr viel lieber wäre)

Neue September Präsentation ist draußen. Die hat aber nicht wirklich was neues zu bieten. Erschreckend ist eher, wie euphemistisch vorangegangene Präsentationen waren und wie hefitg konservativ dagegen die Aktuelle ist, selbst bei vergleichbaren Nickel Preisen (siehe NKL slides bzgl. der Preissensibilität aktuell und dem, welches ich mal vor 5-6 Seiten von Mitte 2023 hier einstellte) Da liegen schon Welten dazwischen...

Well in my case it's rather easy. I didn't request any documents because I am actively not voting either side. Of course I don't like how management behaves but I don't like the idea of (with the company inexperienced) Pelham taking over a running business and taking a likely more risky way to finance repayment of the debt either. Even if this approach is generating earlier more cashflow. (and additional no word about dividends).
So I like the project and chances it offers but for me it makes not really a difference to vote yellow or blue at all. So I go along with whatever will be the outcome.

I was wondering how everyone here is voting and what documents they got.I only got the documents for the Blue proposal (current board), but not yet the Yellow One (Pelham's).
I'm curious to hear what the sentiment here on the board is. Personally I want to vote against current board, because they have already proved (in my view) they are not here for the outside shareholders. But I'm surprised there is no discussion about this topic here.
