+22.9% growth in 2021 Q2 revenue

During the second quarter, Solutions 30 reaches €216.0 million of revenues, an increase of 22.9% (19.8% organic growth). This strong organic growth is driven by major energy contracts signed at the end of 2020 in Belgium and by telecoms contracts signed in the first half of 2021 in Italy and Spain.
At the operational level, the priority was to invest in recruiting and training teams to take on the significant increase in workload of these demanding new contracts and to support the roll-out of new technologies in several countries.
On the sales front, the group is reaping the benefits from several favorable structural and economic trends: booming markets—driven by the digital transformation and the energy transition—and recovery plans of an unprecedented scale throughout Europe. In the second quarter, the group signed more than €300 million in new contracts with an average duration of three years, 50% of which were with new clients and 65% in the telecoms sector. The Benelux countries, England, and Spain substantially contributed to this performance.
Solutions 30’s consolidated half-year revenue for 2021 amounted to €441.2 million, up +20.8% (+17.5% organic growth) compared to the same period in 2020. Maintenance activities, which are recurrent, represent 58% of the group’s revenue. The group is accelerating its expansion outside of France, illustrating the relevance of its strategy to duplicate its success in France.

Ladespezialist Eneco eMobility und Installations-Dienstleister Solutions 30 weiten ihre Kooperation aus. Aufbauend auf ihre Zusammenarbeit in Belgien, den Niederlanden und Deutschland will das Duo nun verstärkt Großkunden wie Ford Deutschland und Jaguar Land Rover bedienen.

Mit 16.000 Technikern in ganz Europa, die jeden Tag 60.000 Kunden besuchten, sei der Dienstleister ein großer Player im europäischen Markt und könne große Auftragsmengen zuverlässig abarbeiten. „Im Großkundengeschäft geht es um Volumen. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit müssen viele Ladestationen installiert und eingerichtet werden“, so Laponder. “Darum ist Solutions 30 hierfür unsere Idealbesetzung.“

Dabei haben die Partner auch die europäische Skalierbarkeit ihrer Partnerschaft im Kopf: „Gemeinsam können wir in kurzer Zeit unsere Services in nahezu allen europäischen Ländern ausrollen“, äußert Robert Ziegler, CEO von Solutions 30 in Deutschland. Der Dienstleister deckt mit seinen Technikern nach eigenen Angaben zurzeit ganz Frankreich, Italien, Deutschland, die Niederlande, Belgien, Luxemburg, die iberische Halbinsel, Großbritannien und Polen ab.

The management board of Solutions 30, with the approval of the audit committee, at its meeting held on June 25, 2021, has decided it will submit to the vote of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 30 June 2021, a resolution to appoint PKF Audit & Conseil Luxembourg as auditor, succeeding EY whose mandate will expire on that date.

The tender process which has just been completed has led to the selection of PKF Audit & Conseil and will be proposed to Solutions 30 shareholders for approval. Upon completion of the tender process, the PKF Audit & Conseil teams presented the best technical offer and demonstrated their ability to conduct an audit of Solutions 30’s accounts and those of its subsidiaries according to applicable standards.

Subject to the approval of the appointment of PKF Audit & Conseil by the General Meeting, Solutions 30 will implement an adequate transition plan between the previous and the new auditor, with the support of Didier Kling, president of the Chambre Nationale des Conseils Experts Financiers (CNCEF or the French National Chamber of Financial Advisors and Experts) who has been mandated in the context of the conciliation procedure initiated before the Bobigny Court.
