ACC awarded feasibility study by MAN Energy Solutions to develop power-to-fuel solution

MAN Energy Solutions has awarded Aker Carbon Capture a feasibility study to
develop a joint power-to fuel-solution. The study, which extends Aker Carbon
Capture's partnership with MAN Energy Solutions, investigates the full
integration of Aker Carbon Capture's standardized and modularized Just Catch 100
unit into a full power-to-fuel solution.

ACC awarded study by TES to capture 400,000 tonnes CO2 per year in Germany

Aker Carbon Capture has been awarded a feasibility study by TES, to explore the
implementation of a carbon capture plant at a waste-to-energy facility in
Germany. The planned capture capacity will be 400,000 tonnes CO2 per year. The
captured CO2 will be transported by railcar to the TES facilities at
Wilhelmshaven in Northern Germany to produce e-NG, which is electric natural gas
derived from green hydrogen and CO2. TES H2 is a global green energy company
leading the way in the production of e-NG.

"We are excited to be working with TES on this innovative decarbonization
project. By using recycled CO2 to deliver green energy to users, further CO2
emissions are being avoided, contributing to Germany's goal to achieve Net-Zero
greenhouse gas emissions by 2045. We aim to deliver our modular Just Catch 400
unit, which has gained high market interest since its recent launch", said Jon
Christopher Knudsen, Chief Commercial Officer at Aker Carbon Capture.

Ich habe immer den Eindruck, dass profssionelle Trader bei +— 10% den Markt durchjuggeln. Es ist schwer ein professionelle Tendenz dabei abzuleiten. Deshalb habe ich mich bereits vor einiger Zeit wieder verabschiedet. Daneben dann noch die immer ordentlich Geld Brief spannen. Merke immer wieder. Ist nix für mich.
Das Ganze ist kein Aker Thema als solches. Ich wünsche allen Investierten viel Erfolg. Das Thema ist definitv interessant. Ob mit kommerziellen Erfolg muss man sehen. Die Bewertung auch dafür ganz sportlich.

ACC signed pre-FEED contract for several power generation facilities in Europe

Aker Carbon Capture has signed a pre-FEED contract for a major European power
company to implement carbon capture at a portfolio of power plants in mainland
Europe. The planned capture capacity could reach up to 14 million tonnes CO2 per
year for the applicable sites combined.

The pre-FEED will assess the optimal CO2 capture and compression, as well as the
heat recovery potential and heat integration solutions for the applicable
plants. This will reduce the total heating and cooling demands related to
capturing and conditioning the CO2. Aker Carbon Capture aims to deliver its
bespoke Big Catch concept, which is fully integrated into the plants of the
customer. This includes both advanced heat integration, and downstream
integration enabling record-low energy consumption by making it possible to
reuse energy along the value chain.

ACC awarded feasibility study by major waste-to-energy player in France

Aker Carbon Capture has been awarded a feasibility study to implement carbon
capture at a waste-to-energy facility in France. The planned capture capacity
will be approximately 200,000 tonnes CO2 per year and will be based on two Just
Catch 100 carbon capture units. Year-to-date, Aker Carbon Capture has now
contracted studies, Mobile Test Unit campaigns and pre-FEEDs for a combined
capture capacity of 8.7 million tonnes of CO2 per year.
