Bei mir gab es heute Information Overload. Komme erst jetzt dazu mir Piraeus anzuschauen.
Q1 marks a quarter of quality profitability, with normalized EPS of €0.21 and RoaTBV 16.5%, against full year 2024 targets of c.€0.80 and c.14% respectively
Auf Basis der Kennzahl KGV um die 5.
Net interest income amounted to €518mn, up 16% yoy, with resilient customer margins; time deposits cost stood at 2.1%
Meine Glaskugel lag auch richtig, 24q1 sieht besser aus als 23q1.
Organic capital generation of 0.8% before one-offs and distribution accrual; CET1 ratio at 13.6% and total
capital ratio at 18.4% in Mar.24, including 25% distribution accrual;
Hm, und wie viel Dividende ist das

Deshalb ist mein persönliches Kursziel auch 55,-€.
So ein Kursziel hört sich vielleicht verrückt an, aber ich bin hier Long investiert.

Diese kleinen Dellen interessieren mich eigentlich nicht. Nicht bei Long Term Aktien.

GR hat es geschafft. Piraeus hat es geschafft.

Da ist extremst viel Luft nach oben!
Ob in 3 Jahren, 5 oder 10... egal.

Nach dem starken Lauf tut eine Konsolidierung gut.

The Greek economy is forecast to grow nearly 3% this year, approaching its pre-crisis size of 2009 and far outpacing the euro zone average of 0.8%.

Man wird weiterhin Geduld brauchen, um bei 5, 6 oder noch Höher die Ernte einzufahren.
Laut Plan wird die Dividende erst in 26 für 25 Gut ausfallen.

Ich würde mich nicht wundern, wenn der Aufwärtstrend erstmal bis rund 55,-€ geht.

Griechenland wurde total ausgebomt. Aus einem 500.000,-€ Investment wurden 1,-€.

Nun hat sich Griechenland ganz klar saniert.
Die Anleger werden nur langsam, Stück für Stück zurückkommen. Aber gerade das erzeugt eben den langfristigen Aufwärtstrend.

Financial consultants UBS, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America are conducting critical consultations on the intentions of potential investors in relation to the price they are willing to pay for 27% of Piraeus Bank on behalf of bank bailout fund HFSF.

Bin immer noch gespannt, wie viele die Aktien für die neuen Aktionäre kosten sollen.
Einen Preis oberhalb von 4 Euro würde ich begrüssen.

Greece will proceed with the complete divestment of the state from Piraeus Bank with the disposition of the 27% it controls through the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF).

Das Marketing geht los. Dann bin ich mal gespannt, ob die neuen Aktionäre mehr oder weniger als 4 Euro ausgeben müssen.
Der HFSF hätte auch noch ein Jahr länger warten können, bist der Kurs bei 5 oder 6 Euro notiert.
