Hallo Anleger,

ich wollte mich eigentlich nicht mehr somderlich um diese Aktie kümmern. Ich habe mich auf dem Weg nach Null beteiligt an den Diskussionen hier und diejenigen, die auf Grund meiner Recherche hier verkauft hatten, haben sich fast alle bei mir bedankt.

Für den Rest hier sollte keine Hoffnung mehr aufkeimen. Was sich jetzt volumenmäßig hier vollzieht ist der Anfang des endgültigen Exodus. Das geschieht sicherlich nicht in wenigen Tagen, und hier sind durchaus Gewinne möglich für diejenigen, die den richtigen Broker in den US haben und bei 0.0001 einsteigen können. Ich kenne diese Szenarien wie meine Westentasche. Viel Glück!!

Man Siehe doch die ganzen deutschen Banken wie z.B. VEB-Commerzbank, oder VEB-HRE und und und, würde an diese Banken keiner Glauben wären diese Aktien auch im Cent bereich, was evtl. noch kommen kann.

Wer nicht an Seamless glaubt soll es lassen und keine Aktien kaufen, wer aber meint da kann oder kommt was großes kauft sich halt welche und lässt diese liegen.

kommt da auch mal was vernünftiges, laut dem was ich weiß, sind derzeit 3 mrd aktien auf dem markt! steigt sie um einen cent ist die mk dann gleich mal um 3 mio höher, derzeitge mk hahahahaha kleiner 1 mio und hier wird so ein aufstand gemacht!
also wenn ich mir das ganze so betrachte es sind 1/3 der aktien an einem tag gehandlt worden, und wir sind genau um 0,0001 gestiegen, hahahahahaha!
hier kommt meines erachtens nichts als heiße luft!
und wenn ich bedenke dass meine aktien derzeit im splitverhältnis 200/1 liegen, bravo dass man dann schon wieder 3 mrd aktien draussen hat, wären dann ja ohne split 600 mrd aktien!

nimms doch ganz einfach mal hin hier kommt nicht mehr viel, und passieren wird auch nix!
es gibt wirklich aktien, wo 1/3 der aktien an einem tag gehandelt wurden, aber diese sind richtig gestiegen, aber nicht von extrem klein auf doppelt von extrem klein!

das ist ne firma vor der man nur warnen kann, da wenn es aus den erfahrungen heraus geht, der dicke warscheinlich mal wieder aktien auf den markt gehauen hat!

der minicomputer sollte ja laut aussage von smwf seit nunmehr mnindestens zwei jahren auf dem markt sein, ehrlich wer von den altaktionären glaubt dran, dass aus dieser klitsche noch mal was wird!
gerdass ich weiß ist voll davon überzeugt!

wenn aber gerdass voll überzeugt ist, dann bin ich realsitisch und geb für diese schrottfirma keinen weiteren cent aus!

Wenn Du hier 2006 eingestiegen bist hast Du auch 80-95% deines eingesetzten Kapitals verloren, und Du sprichst von Staub!!!!!.

Ich kann Dich beruhigen. 2006 bin ich hier kaum eingestiegen. 2007 auch mit nicht nennenswerten Käufen.

Dementsprechend sieht meine nicht handelbare Dividende auch sparsam aus.

Mein Gott, ihr habt ja keinen Schimmer von der Aktie.

Die Fahrt ins Nirwana hat begonnen. Das Volumen gibt eindeutig die Richtung. In 10 Tagen bewegt sich nichts mehr. Schätze, sie bleibt dann mehr als ein Jahr auf Null.

Niemand recherchiert hier, ich bin der einzige und komme zu dem Schluss, dass ein Zockereinstieg nicht lohnt. Man kann sie tatsächlich für 0.0001 kaufen, aber dann muesste sie schon nach 0.0003 steigen, um bei 0.0002 Gewinn zu machen. Das gelingt aber nicht. Die MM machen jetzt Gewinne, weil nur sie die 5.Stelle hinter dem Komma traden dürfen.

Geht wieder schlafen, der Spuk ist bald vorbei.

Was kann es wohl sein evtl. ein verstaatlichte deutsche Bank?,

oder ist es Arcandor, brauchen ja auch Staatshilfe, sonst Pleite,

oder Premiere und ProSieben, ach ja haben auch 90% verloren,

einen Automobilhersteller wie GM, hätte fast vergessen auch Pleite,

hahahahahahaha das war dein bester in deiner gesamten zeit in diesem thread und glaub mir du hast viele witze gemacht, aber bei muss selbst ich lachen!

Schaut Euch die Versteigerungsseite doch mal an: Da wird je ein Produkt je 24 Stunden "rausgehaun". Der fette Drecksack & seine hieseigen Schrädd-Pusher nutzen das, um wieder ordentlich Stimmung zu machen.

Ich bin davon überzeugt (nur meine Meinung!!)das Al wieder kräftig C-Aktien wandelt und schmeisst. Von den Einnahmen (aus hunderten Millionen von Shares) kauft er hin und wieder wohl welche zu 0,002 ein, um die Begehrlichkeiten zu wecken. Er will aber nur "schmeissen" um wieder Lemminge abzuzocken. Hier gilt nur eins FINGER WEG - IHR WERDET NUR ABGEZOCKT!!!

Ich halte zwar selbst noch ein paar Shares rate aber jedem ab hier einzusteigen.

Dieser Wert könnte lediglich für Daytrader interessant werden.

Die erneute kriminelle Energie, die sich dahinter versteckt, läßt sich kaum verbergen.

Der Umsatz ist groß, der Kurs ist klein, dass kann nur unser Deluting Al sein.

Evtl. geschieht ja noch ein Wunder, meinen angedachten Ausstiegskurs zu erreichen. Ich rechne seit gestern wohl eher mit dem Totalverlust!

Gerdass, ich sagte dir, dass die MM´s die 5.Stelle traden dürfen. Das sind Tatsachen, kannst dich ja mal an anderen Experten orientieren, statt an mir.

Das Geld wird folgendermaßen verdient.

Aktie wird gekauft bei 0.00092 Dollar und du kannst sie dann für 0.0001 Dollar kaufen plus die Spesen. Detaillierte infos kann ich dir über boardmail geben.

Das ist auf pink level ein ganz normales Geschäft. Du selbst darfst nur bis zur 4.Stelle traden.

Ich denke jeder von uns hat das Recht hier seine Meinung zu sagen ohne dafür persönlich beleidigt zu werden. Auch Du solltest Dich hier an saubere Kommunikationsregeln halten, sofern Du dazu überhaupt in der Lage bist.

Du erwähntest, dass es unmoralisch sei diese Aktie zu Pushen. Ich sage, Pushen ist ein legitimes Mittel den Aktienkurs in eine gewünschte Richtung zu treiben. Auch Du bedienst Dich über W-O dieser Methode.

Mhhhh, was denkst Du welche Deiner Pink Aktien irgendetwas moralisches bieten?
Was hat Börse überhaupt mit Moral zu schaffen?
Gibt es überhaupt moralische Werte oder Kurse an der Börse?
Ich denke eher weniger, denn Aktienkurse werden von Erwartungen und der Gier einzelner Marktteilnehmer getrieben.
Die MK einzelner Unternehmen übersteigen bei weitem den fundamentalen Wert der betreffenden Unternehmen.
Daraus lernen wir, dass Börse doch lediglich nur etwas mit der psychologischen Konstitution der einzelnen Investoren im Zusammenhang steht.

Die meisten Langzeitinvestierten bei Seamless sind, denke ich ralistisch genug diese Aktie nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
Für die meisten, ließt man zwischen den Zeilen geht es nur noch um Schadensbegrenzung, da bei den vielen ein Verkauf die Ordergebühren kaum decken dürfte.

Besser ist, ihr haltet die Augen auf und lernt aus diesen Auftritten der amerikanischen Firmen. Man kann hier ein Vermögen machen, wenn man im richtigen Zug sitzt. Ansonsten, abhacken. Ihr seid zu klein, um die Aktie zu bewegen, aber es gibt sicher noch Unbedarfte, die auf euren Mist reinfallen und 100 Euro opfern.
Im Übrigen seid ihr nicht die einzigen. Das gleiche klientel sitz in anderen Foren von Schrottfirmen und machen das Gleiche bis keiner mehr was sagt. Ich habe mein Geld verdient hier, innerhalb von 3 Wochen, gelingt mir auch nicht immer, aber ich mach es mit Verstand.

SEC Charges Eight Participants in Penny Stock Manipulation Ring
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Washington, D.C., May 21, 2009 — The Securities and Exchange Commission has charged eight participants in a penny stock manipulation ring that allegedly pumped the market prices of at least four stocks and generated more than $6.2 million in illicit profits when they dumped shares on the market.

The SEC alleges that Pawel Dynkowski, who resided in Newark, Del., carried out the market manipulation schemes with others he met through a penny stock web site InvestorsHub.com, which is operated by Matthew Brown of Aliso Viejo, Calif. Dynkowski, Brown, and other participants in the schemes often timed the manipulative trading to coincide with false or misleading press releases issued by the companies to hype the stock. The four companies were GH3 International, Inc., Asia Global Holdings, Inc., Playstar Corp., and Xtreme Motorsports of California, Inc.

“As we allege in our complaint, Dynkowski and his accomplices around the country met through the Internet and together spun a web of deception that gave investors the false impression that there was a real demand for these stocks,” said Scott Friestad, Deputy Director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. “Dynkowski went so far as to himself write some of the misleading press releases that pumped these penny stocks so they could line their own pockets with millions of dollars.”

The SEC’s complaint, filed in federal district court in Delaware, charges six others in addition to Dynkowski and Brown:

* Jacob Canceli of Mission Viejo, Calif., who is a stock promoter.

* Gerard J. D’Amaro of Pompano Beach, Fla., who is a stock promoter.

* Joseph Mangiapane Jr. of Laguna Niguel, Calif, who was a registered representative at AIS Financial, Inc and is currently CEO of Rubicon Financial, Inc., which owned AIS Financial, Inc. during the relevant time period.

* Nathan M. Michaud of Boston, Mass., who is a web site designer.

* Marc J. Riviello of Redwood City, Calif., who was a registered representative at AIS Financial, Inc.

* Adam S. Rosengard of Voorhees, N.J., who was a student at the University of Delaware during the relevant time period.

According to the SEC’s complaint, these fraudulent schemes generally followed the same pattern. In 2006 and 2007, Dynkowski and his accomplices received large blocks of shares to sell for the penny stock companies, and they received a portion of the proceeds from those sales. The companies put these shares in nominee accounts that Dynkowski and his accomplices controlled. The defendants pumped the market price of the stocks using wash sales, matched orders and other manipulative trading. After artificially inflating the market price of the stocks, Dynkowski and his accomplices then dumped the shares obtained from the issuers and divided the illicit proceeds.

For example, in the scheme involving Asia Global stock, the SEC alleges that Dynkowski personally saw to it that the manipulative trading was coordinated with misleading press releases from the company, and in some instances he wrote the press releases for Asia Global himself. According to the SEC’s complaint, Dynkowski instructed Brown on Aug. 24, 2006, to have Asia Global issue a press release hyping the company’s second quarter 2006 financial results and to “make it sound ENORMOUS.” On September 1, Asia Global issued a press release claiming that its profits for July 2006 were 745 percent greater than its profits for July 2005. Meanwhile, during that same week, Dynkowski and Brown sold 7.75 million shares from nominee accounts, resulting in illicit profits of more than $1.3 million.

Furthermore, according to the SEC’s complaint, Asia Global issued a press release on Feb. 6, 2007, claiming that its subsidiary had just received a license to produce 104 episodes of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” in China. The volume of trading in Asia Global increased by more than 65 percent, and Dynkowski and Brown, through orders submitted to Mangiapane and Riviello, were able to sell approximately 5.5 million shares held in nominee accounts, representing approximately 25 percent of the total volume that day. From February 2 through February 8, Dynkowski and Brown, through orders submitted to Mangiapane and Riviello, sold approximately 24.5 million shares held in nominee accounts, making illegal profits of more than $1.2 million.

The SEC’s complaint alleges violations of the antifraud, registration, and other provisions of the federal securities laws. The complaint seeks to have the court permanently enjoin each defendant from future violations, require disgorgement of ill-gotten gains with prejudgment interest, and impose financial penalties. Additionally, the Commission seeks to have certain defendants barred from participating in penny stock offerings.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware also today announced felony criminal charges against Dynkowski, Brown, Canceli, D’Amaro, Mangiapane, and Riviello.

The SEC thanks the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware; the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement; the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigations; and the Delaware State Police for their assistance in this matter.

The SEC’s investigation is continuing.

Viele von uns hatten diesen Schrott schon vor ewigen Zeiten gekauft.
Es gab brutale RS so daß von unseren Shares nichts mehr übrig blieb.
Dieser Wert ist auf -0 von meinem Kaufdatum.

Sehr geistreich Dein Kommentar, dann frag dich mal warum schon über 5.787.000 Stück in Deutschland für 0,0010 Euro gehandelt und gekauft wurden.
