Empire Global Corp. is a publicly-traded, small capitalization company which trades under the symbol (EMGL.OB). The Company has entered into an agreement to acquire Multigioco Srl a a licensed gaming operator based in Rome, Italy.
The Company's goal is committed to developing our business in the global gaming and wagering space.
We plan to aggressively pursue attractively priced, fragmented and profitable gaming operators in Italy with a goal to become a top tier gaming operator over a 5 year investment time horizon. Our build-out strategy is expansion through consolidation to acquire active cash flowing operators, human capital and licences through the issuance of new capital stock to purchase or reverse takeover of the strategic business targets. Rebrand to create a unique consistent recognizable international brand associated with integrity, ethics and open to a broad range of clientele in our targeted markets.

Our development and advisory team is structured at multiple levels and disciplines. Most importantly, we are developing our business plan through the import of key principals (“Human Capital”) with exceptional experience in the Italian gaming business, high standards of efficacy and business ethics.
Michele Ciavarella, B.Sc. - Chairman and CEO
Mr. Ciavarella, our Chairman and CEO earned a Bachelor of Science in Ontario, Canada and has been involved in business management and operations since 1990. He has over 25 years of executive, c-level and senior level management along with practical Six Sigma, S5 and Kaizen lean business process experience. Michele began his career as a teacher then moved into the investment management business from 1990 through to joining the Company in 2004. His experience ranges from personal and corporate financial planning, commodity trading advisor and portfolio manager to operating a Limited Market Dealer managing a portfolio of over $100 million.
