Ich überlege, ob ich am Montag zu Beginn der Session aussteigen soll - oder ob ich den Mittwoch samt Quartalszahlen mitnehmen soll.

ich würde montag nicht verkaufen wollen. hohes volumen breakout wird montag fortgesetzt. 1,20 $ sind drin, zumindest 1,15 $ locker. Nachbörse schon bei 1,12 $ gewesen unter hohem Volumen Freitagabend. Shares halten und abwarten.Gruß

In May 2002, RBAK sold approximately 17.7 million shares of common stock to Nokia Finance International BV (“Nokia”) for an aggregate cash issuance price of approximately $35.8 million pursuant to a Common Stock and Warrant Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”).
RBAK also issued to Nokia a Common Stock Purchase Warrant (the “Warrant”) allowing Nokia the right to purchase an additional number of shares of Common Stock up to an aggregate of approximately 31.9 million shares of common stock.

was wollt Ihr mit diesem Schrott von MU. Die machen doch Schulden ohne Ende. Ein wenig sollte man schon auch auf fundamentale Daten sehen, oder nicht.
Seit dem ich in diesem Sektor investiert bin, interessiert mich natürlich auch die Konkurrenz und eine MU ist da klar auf dem absteigendem Ast, m. E.

Pardon - falscher Thread
Ich bin auch in eine RBAK investiert. Man sollte da auch eine Verizon nicht außer acht lassen, mit der ja eine RBAK auch einen Deal abgeschlossen hat. Und dann natürlich die Pressemitteilung über einen Multimillionen Deal in China. Ich denke mal, dass sich diese Abschlüsse äußerst Positiv in den nächsten Zahlen niederschlagen werden. Außerdem ist für heuer der Break-Even angekündigt, ich glaube in Q2.
Vor allem ist der Ausblick wichtig, alles andere ist zweitrangig.

Nachdem ich mich in den letzten wieder ausführlicher mit der Aktie beschäftigt habe, die im letzten Monat in meinem Depot nicht beachtet wurde, gefällt sie mir tatsächlich immer besser.

Ich werde den morgigen Tag folgendermaßen angehen:
Sollte die Session mit einem Gap (min. 15 Cent) beginnen, so werde ich 30% meiner Aktien verkaufen.
Anschließend einsetzende Gewinnmitnahmen werde ich wiederum zum Kauf nutzn, was auch noch am Dienstag passieren kann.
Egal was auch geschieht, bis zum CC möchte ich wieder voll investiert sein.
Ansonsten warte wir mal ab...

Fourth Quarter 2002 Financial Results
The GAAP net loss for the fourth quarter of 2002 was $0.20 per share compared to a net loss of $0.30 in the prior quarter. For fiscal year 2002 the GAAP net loss was $ 1.13 per share compared to a $28.78 net loss in fiscal year 2001. The GAAP net loss in fiscal year 2001 included a write down of goodwill aggregating $2.7 billion.
Pro-forma net loss for the fourth quarter was $0.15 per share compared to a net loss of $0.20 in the prior quarter. Pro forma results continue to exclude certain impairment charges, restructuring charges, stock and other compensation related charges, amortization of intangibles and other items detailed within the attached tables.

Nokia has discontinued an edge router it obtained from the $421 million acquisition of start-up Amber Networks two years ago.
The company will no longer develop or market its ASR 2020 edge router due to lack of demand, a Nokia spokeswoman confirmed. Instead, Nokia will offer Redback Networks` SmartEdge 800 device under an OEM arrangement.

Nokia purchased a 10% stake in Redback last year and has an option to increase that stake to 20%.
"We didn`t see it worthwhile to continue investing in (the ASR 2020) market development, demand development," the spokeswoman says. "And we have this cooperation with Redback Networks."
"The product, despite early potential, faced extremely high odds in muscling into the edge router market, currently dominated by Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks," states Current Analysis Analyst Joe McGarvey in a report issued last week on the ASR 2020`s demise.
The ASR 2020 was a four-slot, 3U chassis designed to aggregate ATM, frame relay, TDM and IP services at the edge and forward them over IP and MPLS paths. It supported more than 10,000 T-1s per telco rack.
The ASR 2020`s differentiator was its fault-tolerant operating system, AmbOS. The router could provides 99.999% reliability and fault-tolerance by immediately rolling route processing over to the standby control plane, virtually eliminating IGP and BGP reconvergence and providing recovery in less than 50 milliseconds, Nokia officials claimed a year ago.
This is in contrast to the five-to-10-minute recovery time of current edge routers, the officials claimed.
Nokia still plans to use the ASR 2020 and AmbOS technology as the basis of fault-tolerant edge routing for a 3G mobile wireless IP gateway under development called FlexiGateway, the spokeswoman says. Redback`s SmartEdge 800 will be offered for fixed network edge routing and subscriber management, she says.
Redback last year mentioned that it is involved in Nokia`s development of its next-generation Gateway General Packet Radio Services Support Node (GGSN) for mobile wireless IP networks. A GGSN provides the interface between a General Packet Radio Services network and an IP network.
The ASR 2020 was to be the first in a line of fault-tolerant routers Nokia planned to roll out for 3G wireless initiatives, a Nokia official said a year ago. The company planned to unveil a higher-density, higher-performance version of the ASR 2020, he said at that time.
"Nokia now has nothing to show (at least in the wireline edge aggregation space) for a $421 million acquisition it made less than a year and a half ago," states Current Analysis` McGarvey. "On the other hand, Nokia has a viable alternative in the SmartEdge 800 to fill the hole left by the discontinuation of the ASR 2020."
The Amber acquisition appears to have been Nokia`s second aborted attempt to offer an IP router that it owned. Nokia bought IP switching company Ipsilon in late 1997, but it`s not clear if Nokia did anything with that technology.
Nokia also relied on Cisco for core network routers in turnkey systems, but Redback says it is looking to discontinue that relationship.
Fremont, Calif.-based Amber was founded in 1998 and employed 223 people at the time of Nokia`s purchase.

Amber Networks was founded in 1998 and employed 223 people at the time it was acquired. The ASR2020 was a four slot, three rack unit high router that was said to support up to 32,000 PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol) sessions in a single chassis.
Nokia had never announced any customers for the ASR2020, and in May 2002 it forged another edge routing relationship, when it invested $36 million in Redback Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: RBAK - message board) in return for a 10 percent stake in that company and a board seat.
The wireless giant maintained that Redback`s SmartEdge 800 router and the ASR2020 were complementary. It said the ASR2020 was better for edge routing at remote central offices (COs), while Redback`s box is better suited for larger metropolitan COs (see Nokia Nabs Amber for $421M ). Now Nokia is dropping the ASR2020 and continues to support ties to Redback. Since Nokia took a stake in Redback, it has consistently been among Redback`s top customers, often representing 10 percent or more of Redback`s quarterly revenues.
Nokia won`t say how many Amber Networks employees remain from the original acquisition, but it notes that no one lost their job as a result of the ASR2020`s cancellation. (RBAK) , a leading provider of next-generation networking equipment optimized for IP service delivery, tested and validated the high-throughput and scalability of the Redback(R) SMS(TM) 10000 SL platform of subscriber management system, using Spirent`s PPPoX Emulation Test Suite.
Spirent also announced that its PPPoX test suite has been enhanced to include support for PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE), completing the test and measurement leader`s portfolio for PPPoX testing.
Spirent`s PPPoX test suite enables equipment manufacturers and service providers to simulate large-scale DSL networks in their labs and fully stress next-generation access concentrators and DSLAMs.

Also STKR ist mir ein Rätsel leider kommt hier nichts im Board unter diesem Zeichen.
Das ist halt so bei dieser Aktie, hochspekulativ, da muß man mit Totalverlust rechnen. Aber Ihr habt es vorher gewußt. Wer nicht hören wil muß fühlen

STKR hat mich auch enttäuscht. Irgendwie hab ich da aufgrund der Produktpalette und der Innovationen trotzdem mehr Hoffnung, ist aber Geschmackssache.

ein Penny Wert. Da die DAB Bank mittlerweile allergisch reagiert auf Penny-Stocks drosselt so eine Aktie meinen Gesamt Beleihungswert.
