This will greatly benefit agencies seeking to purchase items through an existing GSA contract.
Schedule 70 IT contracts combine products and services cost-effectively to meet specific needs. GSA schedules are negotiated to provide government entities with a discount not readily available to non-governmental agencies. Schedule 70 also allows cooperative and unrestricted purchasing.

As of June 30, 2004, we had cash of $290,113 and current liabilities of $750,644. We do not have sufficient cash or other current assets to meet our current liabilities. In order to meet those obligations, we will need to raise cash from the sale of securities or from borrowings. Our independent auditors have added an explanatory paragraph to their audit opinions issued in connection with the years 2003, 2002 and 2001 financial statements, which states that our ability to continue as a going concern depends upon our ability to resolve liquidity problems, principally by obtaining capital, commencing sales and generating sufficient revenues to become profitable. Our ability to obtain additional funding will determine our ability to continue as a going concern.

Continues Expansion Into International Law Enforcement Markets
New Orders for Range 3000 XP4 Digital Training Simulators from Mexico and UK Authorities
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 2004-- Arotech Corporation (NasdaqNM: ARTX) announced today that its simulation and training division has recently received new simulator contracts from multiple law enforcement agencies totaling more than $800,000. Today`s announcement makes total sales for Arotech`s simulation and training division in July nearly $2.5 million, which includes the $1.6 million in orders announced on July 12.

IES Interactive Training received purchase orders from law enforcement agencies in Mexico and the UK for multiple Range 3000 XP4 digital training simulators. In addition, the Mexican law enforcement agency order includes the A2Z Classroom Trainer option for its Range 3000 XP4 systems. All systems have been shipped to both agencies and training on the systems is scheduled to complete by end of August.

New Orders for Range 3000 XP4 Digital Training Simulators from Mexico and UK Authorities
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 2004-- Arotech Corporation (NasdaqNM: ARTX) announced today that its simulation and training division has recently received new simulator contracts from multiple law enforcement agencies totaling more than $800,000. Today`s announcement makes total sales for Arotech`s simulation and training division in July nearly $2.5 million, which includes the $1.6 million in orders announced on July 12.

IES Interactive Training received purchase orders from law enforcement agencies in Mexico and the UK for multiple Range 3000 XP4 digital training simulators. In addition, the Mexican law enforcement agency order includes the A2Z Classroom Trainer option for its Range 3000 XP4 systems. All systems have been shipped to both agencies and training on the systems is scheduled to complete by end of August.
"IES continues to strengthen international sales by expanding its network of sales representative that focus exclusively on foreign markets," said Greg Otte, president of IES. "The orders from both the Mexican and UK law enforcement agencies confirm our belief that foreign law enforcement authorities have just as strong a need for interactive simulation training as do US agencies."

As a former Purchasing Agent for a small municipality, we used GSA contracts all the time. But what it really provides is instant credibility to the company. To be able to say that you are GSA approved automatically increases your status in the gov`t purchasing community. The thinking is that if you are GSA approved, you must be ok as a vendor...even if nobody has ever heard of you. It adds to your reputation. Also, as BSIO is GSA approved it means any gov`t entity (as noted in the press release)can purchase your products WITHOUT having to go through the hassle of the competitive bid process.
Of course, none of the above translates into shareholder value in the form of revenues until an order is placed. But its another step in the right direction, another piece of the puzzle.

habe meine stücke gerade verkauft. bin plus-minus null raus. den investierten dennoch viel glück hier.
Trotz allem muß man auch mal bißchen Geduld aufbringen - es kann nicht immer klappen. Es dauert jedoch meist nur wenige Tage und es geht wieder hoch, wobei es im Moment nicht so gut aussieht, dem Chart nach.

Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH is a major international airport serving almost 8 million passengers per year and nearly 90 airlines, with 400 take-offs and landings per day. Approximately 65,000 tons of airfreight passes through the airport each year.
This initial limited order is for the company`s SECURUS2000 system, which will be used to protect a sensitive area of the airport complex. The sale was made by Helmut Eppel GmbH, the BSI2000 representative in Germany. Delivery in Stuttgart is expected in approximately six weeks.
BSI2000 President and CEO Jack Harper said, "I am pleased with this first order for our SECURUS2000 system that includes the new low-cost SENTRY2000(TM) optical card reader that we have been developing. The Stuttgart Airport is our first customer for SENTRY2000."

DENVER, Sep 22, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- BSI2000, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BSIO), a leading developer of integrated optical card- based systems and technology, said today that it has delivered a secure optical card system to the IBM eGovernment Center in Berlin.
The company announced in June that it is working with IBM Deutschland in Berlin to jointly pursue opportunities in Germany and throughout Europe. It has now installed a complete system in Berlin to be used by IBM to demonstrate BSI2000`s secure optical card technology to major government and corporate accounts. The joint effort is being coordinated by Helmut Epple GmbH of Westerheim, Germany.
