Plato Gold Corp. Announces Approval of Share Consolidation

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/14/12 -- Plato Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:PGC) ("Plato" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its shareholders approved a resolution authorizing an amendment to the Company's articles of amalgamation to consolidate its common shares (the "Common Shares") on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation Common Shares (the "Share Consolidation") at its Special Meeting of Shareholders held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 (the "Meeting"), previously announced on February 14, 2012. An aggregate of 63,915,149 shares were represented at the Meeting either in person or by proxy, representing approximately 44.51% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares, with approximately 98% of the votes being cast in favour of approving the Share Consolidation.
The principal resasons for the Share Consolidation include management's belief that the Company will benefit from: greater investor interest; improved trading liquidity; and an ability to raise additional capital at a higher price per share. The change in the number of issued and outstanding Common Shares that will result from the Share Consolidation will cause no change in the capital attributable to the Common Shares and will not materially affect any shareholder's percentage ownership in the Company, even though such ownership will be represented by a smaller number of Common Shares. As at the date hereof, there are an aggregate of 143,591,655 Common Shares issued and outstanding. It is expected that, upon completion of the Share Consolidation, there will be an aggregate of approximately 14,359,165 Common Shares issued and outstanding.
The completion of the Share Consolidation is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). Materials are being submitted to the Exchange requesting such approval and a further announcement will be made once such approval is obtained. Following receipt of approval from the Exchange, the Company will file articles of amendment with the Director under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) in order to give effect to the Share Consolidation. Once completed, a letter of transmittal will be sent by mail to shareholders advising them that the Share Consolidation has taken effect and instructing them to surrender the certificates evidencing their pre-consolidation Common Shares for replacement certificates representing post-consolidation Common Shares. No delivery of a new share certificate to a shareholder will be made until the shareholder has surrendered his, her or its current issued share certificate.

(TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") announced the results of Preliminary Economic Assessment (the "PEA") for its Authier Lithium Project and disclosed technical information and financial projections in relation to the sale of mica and feldspar, two by-products strongly associated with lithium. Following the issuance of the press release and in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"), the Company had to file the PEA by March 15, 2012, being a delay of 45 days from its announcement.
Considering that the PEA does not contain a NI 43-101 compliant resource calculation for mica and feldspar (two by-products strongly associated with lithium), the Company must withdraw the publication of the previously announced PEA based on the fact that it will not be in a position to disclose NI 43-101 compliant resource estimates for mica and feldspar within the 45 day deadline required by the regulation.
As this new information is being reported, investors should therefore not rely on the technical and financial information published in the Company's press release of January 31st, 2012 as the Company is not in a position at this time to support such information with a NI 43-101 compliant preliminary economic assessment. The Company expects to have its updated PEA released in the coming months.

Es scheint ein Landabtausch zu sein....warten wir mal ab, ob seitens Globex noch was kommt.....sonst steht vielleicht was im Jahresbericht.

"In addition, the Company agreed to transfer 100% of its right on the Realore property (11 claims) located 50 kilometres East of Val d 'Or. The Company will retains 2% GMR on the Realore claims and Globex shall have the right to purchase 1.0% of the GMR at any time by paying 500,000$. "
Verstehe ich das richtig, dass die Globex sozusagen diese 11 claims weitergegeben haben, dass heißt Globex bekommt neben diesen 25.000 USD für die Optionierung (unwesentlich) und die GMR von 2,5% die Adventure Gold aber z.T. für 1,5m CAD zurückkaufen kann (auch eher unwesentlich da noch viel zu lange hin um interessant zu sein) eben auch dieses Landpaket bekommen haben. Vielleicht war Jack neben der Optionierung eben an dem strategischen Landpaket interessiert, die vlt. irgendein anderes Projekt abrundet. Naja das ist vlt zu viel spekuliert aber wäre interessant denn irgendwie kommt mir dieses Val d'Or bekommt vor ... aber egal scheint wie auf dem Basar zu sein aktuell in Canada

Hier eine Newsmeldung von gestern des Optionsnehmers. Das corpus delicti dürfte Detour-East heissen und ist noch nicht lange im Portefeuille von Globex. Es scheint sich aber nicht um eine grössere Sache zu handeln.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 42.898.600 von crystalsonic am 14.03.12 10:22:30Wenn ich mal alle Infos, die ich betreffend Middle Tennessee Zinc Mines habe berücksichtige, dann würde ich mal davon ausgehen, dass innerhalb der nächsten 6-8 Jahre etwas mehr als 5 Mio an Royalties reinkommen sollten. Vorausgesetzt natürlich, dass der Preis konstant über 0.90 bleibt.
