In den Insidertrades sehe ich, das der neue, Daniel Bernard eine Aktienoption über 300.000 Globexaktien bekommen hat.

Die 6.30 EUR werden wir schon noch sehen, wenn auch nicht mehr diese Woche....
Trendraketen hatte sie ja seinerzeit mit KZ 6.70 EUR drin.....der Goldletter sieht es bei 11 CAD.
Habe grad noch einwenig unsere Beteiligungen angeschaut. First Metals hat sich in den vergangenen 3 Monaten auch wieder schön gemausert. Dort bekommen wir ja bei Produktionsbeginn von Fabie Bay/Mangusi River 10% der Aktien von First Metals.
In unseren Diskussionen waren wir stehts von 30.8 Mio ausstehenden Aktien gegangen. Fully diluted wären es gemäss Präsentation auf der Homepage von FMA 43.1 Mio und ich bin mir fast sicher, dass man von den 43.1 Mio ausgehen soll. Das wären dann statt 3.1 Mio deren 4.3 Mio à aktuell 1.53 CAD....
In den News auf Englisch ist nichts präzisiert, ob es von den ausgegebenen oder fully diluted gerechnet wird. In der französischen Version wird jedoch wie folgt foruliert:
First Metals Inc. versera à Globex un nombre d’actions équivalent à 10% de son capital-actions émis et en circulation à ce moment-là, en plus d’un paiement comptant de 250 000 $.
Dort wird also von 10% des zu diesem Zeitpunkt ausgestellten und zirkulierenden Aktienkapitals gesprochen.

Ach, kaum hab ichs geschrieben, hat sich der Kurs in Toronto auch wieder normalisiert.

In Toronto hat wohl heute morgen gleich zur Börseneröffnung jemand unlimitiert 10.000 Aktien haben wollen. Vermutlich der Gleiche.
Die ausführende Käuferbank war zumindest immer die Gleiche und die 10.000 wurden um 09.32 Ortszeit gestückelt erworben.
Die ersten Aktien konnte der Käufer noch für 5,80 erwerben. Für die letzten 1500 musste er schon 6,30 auf den Tisch des Hauses legen.
Das Orderbuch scheint auf der Verkäuferseite dort drüben heute morgen ziemlich leer gewesen zu sein.
Der Typ wäre erheblich besser gefahren, hätte er im liquideren Frankfurt gekauft.
