Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 29.279.571 von Hoizzo am 12.05.07 12:02:03und ich denke bei blue pearl sind auch jetzt immer noch 100% drin ...
danke casameki.

halten wir also nochmals fest:
and here it comes:

Dear XXXXX:
The right of first refusal to Silver Wheaton confers the right to match best available commercial terms to Sabina regarding its ultimate silver stream from Hackett River and other projects. There is no time frame and no terms have been negotiated. This could include a "typical" Silver Wheaton deal, or the sale as bullion from a smelter.
Clearly a project of this magnitude will normally require a combination of debt and equity financing. A banker considering a large loan facility always requires the borrower to hedge its production going forward. The question becomes, is a hedge with a large debt repayment obligation more or less expensive than a "typical" Silver Wheaton deal. Or should the company consider a dilutive share offering. All these would no doubt be considered
and Sabina will ultimately do what is best for its shareholders.
The possibility of building a debt-free world class mining operation is very intriguing nonetheless. Perhaps this would help make Hackett River a dividend payer.
We are not overly impressed with a $3.90 silver price however. What if silver prices take off and Silver Wheaton's new benchmark goes to something much higher? The possibilities are interesting.
I hope this helps.
Thanks for your interest in Sabina.
Best regards,
Abraham Drost, President

Dear Sirs,
I am a committed shareholder of Sabina Silver Corporation and I thus would like to get clarification on the following issue:
As per your press release dated December 15th, 2006 (Sabina announces $12,8 PP with Silver Wheaton) Silver Wheaton acquired a right of first refusal over any silver stream sale by Sabina from its existing projects going forward.
What does that exactly mean?
Does this refer to the standard business model of Silver Wheaton:
acquiring silver productions over pre-defined durations at a fixed price (usually this price has been fixed at §3,90 per ounce for recent deals)?
Can you disclose whether such price clause is in place with Sabina Silver as well?
I am looking forward receiving your feedback shortly,
Best regards

so long.
