Soho Resources +400% in 5 Monaten und dass ist erst der Anfang! - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

Ich möchte euch hier eine Firma vorstellen, die ich als die zurzeit interessanteste und aussichtsreichste Firma in Mexiko betrachte - und glaubt mir, ich hab schon viele, viele Firmen im Mining Sektor angeschaut und weiss genau wovon ich spreche.

Gründe, weshalb Soho Resources SOH.V (in Vancouver ist der Hauptbörsenplatz der absolute Top Play ist:

1. Art Freeze - Berater bei Goldcorp (Top Ten Produzent weltweit) bezeichnet Soho als eines der interessantesten Projekt in Mexiko!
2. Haywood und Sprott Securities kaufen ALLES auf was nur auf den Markt gelangt. Sprott ist das Brokerhouse des legendären Goldfund Manager John Embry
3. CEO ist Geologe, Management versteht seine Sache sehr, sehr gut!
4. Projekt befindet sich in Mexiko - tiefe Abbaukosten, politisch stabil und gute Infrastruktur
5. Das Projekt umfasst 12 mineralisierte Zonen mit HIGH GRADES AN GOLD UND SILBER, ebenfalls hat es Kupfer und Zink
6. PP wurde vor kurzem durchgeführt bei 0.60 $ und ging praktisch komplett an Macquarie (australische Grossbank), die haben nicht nur alles gekauft, sondern einen neuen, äusserst bekannten Manager als Director zu Soho gestellt - er kommt übrigens von Goldcorp und war auch schon bei Placer Dome und hat schon einige Mergers eingefädelt!
7. Investment Coverage von Grandich, Northern Miner, Resource Opportunities, hierbei handelt es sich um high profil Investment Analysten, welche absolut bullish auf Soho sind
8. Mein Bauch- und mein Kopf sagen mir, dass Soho erst so richtig startet und zwar, weil......

das Projekt Resourcen im Bereich von mindestens 5 Millionen Unzen haben könnte: 5 Mio. zu 50 $ je Unze (Explorationsansatz, extrem konservativ geschätzt, heute werden Preise von über 100 $ bezahlt = 250 Mio. USD bei zurzeit gerade einmal 70 Mio. Shares. Das Potential bei dieser Aktie liegt also bei mindestens 3.5 CAD oder eher noch um einiges höher!...was glaubt ihr wohl, warum Haywood und Sprott alles kaufen..... es kursieren bereits Einschätzungen von sehr, sehr erfahrenen Branchenkennern von einem Kaufpreis von mind. 300 - 500 Millionen USD!

Noch ein kleiner Nachschlag zu Soho und zur Frage von BeTrade:

1. Kursziele sind sehr schwer zu bestimmen, da du die relevanten Faktoren (Resourcen, Mine Life, Verwässerung, Cash Flow, etc. bei Explorern nie bestimmen kannst) - meine Einschätzung und mein Mindestkursziel liegt bei ca. 3 CAD - hier gehe ich von nachweisbaren Resourcen von ca. 5 Mio. Unzen aus - das Projekt wird aber wahrscheinlich noch mehr haben, denn Art Freeze würde es wohl kaum als eines der interessantesten in Mexiko bezeichnen....

2. Schaut euch den Artikel von Grandich an - ist sehr interessant und gibt einen Hinweis auf das enorme Potential von Soho:

3. Sentry Select Capital Corp. - ein Assetmanager mit mehreren Milliarden Anlagegelder unter Management ist in Soho investiert - mittlerweile gibt es Hunderte von Explorern und Soho gehört zu den sehr wenigen, in welche dieser bekannte Fonds investiert....mehr muss ich wohl nicht sagen!

Zwei Sachen:

Seit dem Kursausbruch von ca. 0.70 $ auf über 0.90 $ wurden ca. 8.5 Millionen Titel gehandelt, dies entspricht ca. 14% der ausstehenden Titel......hier wird auf vermeintlich hohem Niveau massiv hinzugekauft - diese 8.5 Millionen Titel wurden seit dem 21.4. gehandelt, also vor weniger als 1 Monat......trotz des steilen Anstieges wird fleissig gekauft...

1. RSI ist jetzt wieder neutral!
2. MACD nachwievor wird fleissig eingesammelt

Der RSI ist jetzt der entscheidende Indikator, anfangs Dezember war er bei 50 und dann gings bei Soho von 0.2 auf 0.3, Ende Dezember war der RSI wieder bei 50, dann gings von 0.3 auf 0.6 rauf, Mitte April war er bei 50, dann gings von 0.5 auf 0.9 $ rauf und jetzt sind wir wieder bei 50 .....

Noch was zum gestrigen Marktgeschehen:

1. Soho hat im Plus geschlossen, meine Einschätzung von JETZT langsam wieder steigenden Preisen hat sich also (zum Glück...) bestätigt, obwohl nur ein sehr geringes Plus....dennoch bewegt sich der RSI weiter in den neutralen Bereich, was gut ist.

2. Haywood Crossing von 180'000 Shares bei 0.95 interessant daran ist die Tatsache, das jemand 180'000 Shares bei 0.95 kauft und diesen Preis anscheinend gerne bezahlt....dass jemand verkauft, ist auf diesem Niveau bei diesem rasanten Anstieg eher verständlich (die haben wohl auch einen schönen Gewinn gemacht) - schön zu sehen, dass immer noch grosse Blöcke auf diesem Niveau herumgereicht werden!

Das Potential von El Creston wird auf ca. 500 000 Unzen Gold geschätzt, Soho hat ca. 12 mineralisierte Zonen, welche alle gleich viel wie El Creston ausweisen könnten, also 12 x 500 000 Unzen = 6 Mio. Unzen Gold als Potential

und mit einem Blick auf den Chart ist unschwer zu erkennen, dass die Konsolidierung im Bereich von 0.90 bis 1.00 bald zu Ende geht.....

PP just closed! 9.2 Millionen neue Aktien wurden plaziert bei nur 15 Teilnehmer..... dass ist eine sehr gute News! Denn es waren nur grosse Käufer, die mitmachen wollten und kein Retail.

Alle kleinen (wie ich) gingen leer aus, die grossen haben das ganze Packet bekommen.

Zurzeit korrigiert SOHO auf die charttechnisch wichtige Unterstützung bei 0.80 CAD und zwar mit sehr tiefem Volumen, was absolut als Korrektur angesehen werden kann!

RSI extrem überverkauft und ich glaube, dass die 0.80 halten werden und wir bald wieder anziehen...schaut selber:

Kurskorrektur aufgrund der allg. Marktschwäche wird uns höchstens auf 0.70 $ bringen, wenn 0.80 $ wieder überschritten wird, dann kanns vielleicht schon anschiessend wieder weiter gehen!

PS: Sentry Select Asset Management, einer der grössten Fonds, die in Soho investiert sind, haben übrigens die beste Performance erreicht.....scheint so, dass die ihr Business verstehen!

Ich muss zugeben, dass ich kaum ein schlechteres Timing haben konnte für eine Kaufempfehlung.... dies betrifft aber nicht nur die Kursentwicklung von Soho, sondern trifft wohl auf die meisten Goldwerte zu.......es ging rasant bergab!

Da hast du recht! Das Potential ist überhaupt nicht abhanden gekommen, ganz im Gegenteil! Ich erwarte die nächsten Bohrergebnisse in den nächsten Wochen.

Soho ist ein erstklassig geführtes Unternehmen und verfügt über ein äusserst interessantes Projekt! Das wir so unter die Räder gekommen sind - Absturz von 1 $ auf 0.64 $ (Intradaytief) und jetzt nur bei 0.78 $ stehen, hätte ich wirklich nie erwartet....aber ein Blick auf die Charts anderer Titel sieht nicht viel besser aus - Marktkorrektur; Soho hat's halt auch erwischt....

Technische Einschätzung:

1. HUI/XAU Index haben gestern nach oben gedreht und vieles deutet darauf hin, dass die Korrektur vorbei ist!

Barron's magazin hat James Turk interviewt der Herr gilt als Altmeister im Goldbusiness und das Barron's Magazin als sehr treffsicher!

Turk geht davon aus, dass das Gold relativ schnell auf USD 2000 gehen könnte..... dies wird nicht nur auf Soho, sondern auf alle Explorer mit grossem Potential einen nachhaltigen Einfluss haben!

Research Bericht mit Fair Value zwischen 0.75 und 1.06 oder ohne Discount von 1.50 $ - hierbei handelt es sich um eine ältere Studie, welche die neusten Resultate noch gar nicht berücksichtigt!

Was ist Soho?

1. Ein HIGH GRADE GOLDPROJEKT, dass Gold zu 0 $ Produktionskosten produzieren kann und warum?

weil sie sehr hohe Basismetall-Anteile haben, welche die Produktionskosten des Goldes auf Null bringen.... nun ja, dies ist zurzeit noch nicht in einer Feasibility Study erwiesen, aber wenn ihr die geologischen Daten anschaut und mit anderen Projekten vergleicht, dann ist der Schluss naheliegend....

Meine Meinung dazu:

1. die Aktie ist seit Dezember 2005 von 0.20+ auf 0.60+ gestiegen, also eine sehr schöne Kursentwicklung, daher hat jemand vielleicht den Gewinn mitgenommen
2. Politisch bedingte Verkäufe, zurzeit sind viele Mexiko-Titel unten durch!
3. Der Verkäufer war BMO Nesbitt es hat sich um einen Auftrag gehandelt, wäre etwas anderes im 'Busch' dann wären hier mehr verschiedene Verkäufer gekommen.

Meine Einschätzung: EXZELLENTE KAUFGELEGENHEIT!

Das ist aber lustig, gestern verkauft Nesbitt in den letzten Handelsminuten 300k und heute beim Opening holt er gleich wieder 50k rein, hat sich da jemand vertan.....zurzeit Bottom Fishing +3.4% BID 0.62 auf 0.63 Gold geht nach oben, Kupfer und Silber ebenfalls, nur die Explorer-Titel hängen noch in den Seilen.....langsam wird's wohl nach oben gehen!

Nesbitt ist wohl auf Drogen....jetzt verkauft er 50k bei 0.60 wieder...und bei 0.61 hat er sie im Opening gekauft.....gestern hat er 300k am Schluss rausgeworfen......

Da hat wohl jemand den Sohnemann an den Trading-Desk geschickt, damit er die Sonne in Kanada geniessen kann.....der wird bald keinen Job mehr haben und die Sonne noch mehr geniessen können....

Selbstverständlich können mehrere Personen über Nesbitt traden, aber die Trading Pattern lässt auf die gleiche Partei schliessen:

1. Nesbitt verkauft einen sehr grossen Block über 300k kurz vor Handelschluss (Trading Time zeigt dies gut an)
2. Nesbitt kauft im Opening 50k und verkauft kurz darauf wieder 50k (wenn du 2 gleiche Orders hast, dann machst du ein Crossing, d.h. Nesbitt kauf und verkauft selber, aber hier war die Gegenpartei nicht Nesbitt...)
3. Gestern war Nesbitt erneut Netto-Verkäufer

Aussichten: Nesbitt wird wahrscheinlich noch etwas verkaufen, aber es sehr schwer haben, den Titel auf unter 0.60 $ zu bringen. Die ersten grösseren BIDs sind bereits im Markt drin und die Käufer werden bald sehr glücklich sein )

Schau dir mal Werte wie EXN oder ECU an, sind auch in Mexiko. Der Silberpreis zieht an, HUI/XAU Index gehen wieder rauf und die Titel gehen runter....ist NUR wegen den Wahlen in Mexiko, sobald die Angsthasen draussen sind, wird die Fahrt hier MASSIV nach oben gehen.

ALLE DIE NOCH KEINE SOHO HABEN, SOLLTEN SICH JETZT POSITIONIEREN als ich den Thread eröffnet hab, war der Titel auf ca. 0.90 $ also sehr hoch und für mich auch gefährlich....da die Performance bereits hier war, dennoch bin ich der Meinung, dass der Titel locker auf 2 $ gehen wird und zwar schon sehr bald! Vergiess nicht, hier haben wir 12 mineralisierte Zonen mit ca. 500 000 Unzen pro Zone....dass macht in der Grössenordnung 6 Mio. Unzen Gold .... Leute von Goldcorp wären wohl nicht bei Soho dabei, wenn das Potential nicht stimmen würde, oder?

Was die Leute auch vergessen ist die Tatsache, dass ein Director Otto J. Jelinik war früher Minister in Kanada und Mitunterzeichner des NAFTA Agreements mit den USA und Mexiko.... was glaubst du wohl, was für einen sehr guten Draht dies zu Mexiko öffnet......

... dann macht das alles noch weniger Sinn - bin aber auch nicht der ausgewiesene Daytrader.
ECU und EXN habe ich (leider) auch schon im Depot. Die Begründung mit Mexico kann ich so auch nicht nachvollziehen, da immmerhin Felipe Calderón der Wahlsieger ist und nicht Obrador. Auch wenn die Wahl angefochten werden soll, sehe ich da keine reelle Gefahr.
Darüber hinaus sind FR und GAM auch klassische Mexikominen, die sich in letzter Zeit durchaus gut gehalten bzw. sogar outperformt haben.

Soho hat nichts mit Daytrading zu tun, sondern ist eine ausgezeichnet mittelfristige Anlage (bis Ende 2007 sehe ich hier mindestens einen Kurs von 2.5 $)

Im übrigen habe ich EXN auch und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Keine Angst, diese Firma wie auch ECU werden dir noch sehr, sehr viel Freude machen! Lass dich durch die kurzfristigen Kursrückschläge nicht verunsichern! Bei Soho ist der Einstiegszeitpunkt im Bereich von 0.60 $ äusserst gut.

Hier ein Update eines Aktionärs (kommt aus einem kanadischen Bullboard), der direkt mit dem IR Verantwortlichen, Frank Port, von Soho telefoniert hat.

Mr. Port, based on the circular I recieved and the conversation of today I would think that there will be some changing roles inside the company as he is elevated to a new position within the management team and while IR will still fall under his roles of responsibilities operations may become more day to day for him.

I am very pleased that the project is moving ahead with some pretty interesting developments shortly to be announced. The impression I was left with, days not weeks and that there will be some name recognition to events going on at ground zero as he referred to it. He has just returned from the project and is just compiling his newest pictures and will be on the web site over the next two days or so. There are planned site visits with some groups over the next 60 days. However this is the rain season, so safety is priority one in both he and Ralph's mind. Travel by flight can be tricky so they plan trips in and out over a 24 hr period.

Frank is putting together a catalogue of pictures that he will be making available for the upcoming AGM next two weeks and will be available at the gold show in Toronto late September were he said they will be unveiling their brand new booth and they have a great floor spot. They will have core samples available for viewing as well. Everyone will be there, including Otto both AGM and Toronto, that tells me they are getting ready to get the show on the road...could be real good timing!

I spent 35 minutes on call today and I tell you every time i talk to him his enthusiasm gets me wishing I could buy more..... but I am happy with my position. I am in early and this is going to be a great investment for all of us. I dont think the large investor he refers to would be placing those funds into the company if they had no confidence in both management and the project....EOS(end of story).

There are a lot of things going on most of what he has suggested will unfold over the balance of the summer. Some of the things that he talked about was all the new construction going on at the project to house an expanded drilling group. Those were his words, I get it! There have still been delays at the lab and those events are out of Company's control. So at the end of the day I guess we need to be patient and if your bored call him, I have never been disappointed.

SOHO RESOURCE SUMMARIZES PROGRESS TO DATE AT TAHUEHUETO

Soho Resources Corp. has staked additional concessions covering approximately 6,832 hectares to encompass all prospective ground in the district and bring the total Tahuehueto project area in Durango state, Mexico, to about 8,894 hectares. Formal registration of the newly staked concessions is expected shortly from the Ministry of Mines.

Exploration programs to date at the 90-per-cent-held Tahuehueto polymetallic project have confirmed the presence of at least 12 mineralized zones within a structurally controlled epithermal system traced for six kilometres. The work to date on five of these zones has confirmed significant results for gold, silver and associated base metals.

The company resumed exploration in February intending to define resources at the El Creston zone, the most exposed and currently the largest and most advanced zone, while also testing other zones. Exploration success on all fronts confirmed the project's potential for multiple deposits and large-scale discoveries, which allowed the company to close a $5.52-million, institution-led private placement financing in May of this year. This important financing enabled the company to accelerate its exploration activities with the support of Major Drilling Group International Inc., and also establish new growth-oriented objectives.

The aggressive $3.6-million drilling program currently under way is focused on defining resources at five of the 12 zones, and includes at least 18,000 metres of drilling using two diamond drills. The program is expected to outline indicated and inferred resources at the El Creston zone through 5,000 metres of drilling, and also at the nearby El Rey zone through 3,500 metres of drilling.

This program will also define inferred resources at three other zones, with 2,000 metres of diamond drilling planned for the Cinco de Mayo zone, 4,000 metres for the El Creston south extension zone and 3,000 metres at the Santiago zone. Regional geological and structural mapping, airborne geophysical surveys, and upgrades of camp facilities and related infrastructure such as roads and an airport, are also planned as part of the work program under way at Tahuehueto.

Previously released drilling and channel sampling results at El Creston, El Rey and Santiago are summarized in tables attached to this release.

New assay results from other holes drilled to June 30, and also from channel sampling of priority zones are summarized below.

The El Rey zone

The El Rey structure lies 465 metres east of El Creston and was previously developed on four levels. Level 1 sampling, previously reported, returned 132.7 metres of continuously mineralized strike with an average exposed width (width of tunnel) of 1.23 metres grading 245.6 grams per tonne (g/t) silver, 7.49 per cent zinc, 4.13 per cent lead and 1.9 g/t gold.

Level 2 sampling extended the El Rey ore shoot 40 metres down dip from level 1 and confirmed continuous mineralization over 173 metres of strike and an average exposed width of 1.72 metres. Grades averaged 208 g/t silver, 5.27 per cent zinc, 3.07 per cent lead and 0.86 g/t gold.

Level 3 sampling extended the main El Rey shoot 42 metres further down dip from level 2 (92 metres below level 1), but sampling of the entire level was not possible because of a caved blockage. The ore shoot here is at least 64.5 metres long averaging 1.17 metres in width, with average grades of 76 grams silver, 1.93 per cent lead, 3.94 per cent zinc and 0.64 gram gold.

Two diamond holes, DDH06-46 and DDH06-47, tested El Rey about 100 metres below level 3 and 50 metres below level 4 (level 4 is currently inaccessible due to a caved blockage in the tunnel). Both holes have intersected the El Rey zone extending mineralization down dip. Results are shown in the table below.

In conclusion, the drilling and sampling done to date confirm that the El Rey structure is continuous and well mineralized over excellent lengths and dip extensions and is open in all directions. The next four drill holes, to be completed during the current program, will test for mineralization at depth below level 4 and along both strike directions to better define this promising target zone.

The El Creston zone

El Creston is the largest and most advanced of 12 mineralized zones hosted within a large structurally controlled epithermal system at Tahuehueto. Recent exploration has tested this strongly mineralized zone over approximately 450 metres along strike and up to 250 metres in depth. The El Creston structure is exposed over 750 metres in strike length and 600 metres of elevation, with geological evidence suggesting that the zone could be as long as 2.5 kilometres to four kilometres.

Results to date are significant and demonstrate that the El Creston zone is composed of a long linear structure mineralized with ore shoots that pinch and swell along its known strike and dip extensions. Significant results have been encountered in several ore shoots, namely levels 9, 10 and 12 ore shoots, and the El 1225 ore shoot. More drilling is required between and down dip of these ore shoots to determine if they are connected along strike and/or at depth.

The mineralization encountered at El Creston and other zones at Tahuehueto confirms that the geological model is similar to other established epithermal mineral-producing districts in the Sierra Madre belt of Mexico, such as the nearby San Dimas and Cienega mining camps, where 30 per cent to 40 per cent of the length of their mineralized structures returns ore-grade mineralization within ore shoots. The remaining 60 per cent to 70 per cent of structures at San Dimas and Cienega are mineralized with subeconomic grades.

The following table highlights select past results and the following text presents results of several recent diamond drill holes that tested the El Creston zone and its strike and depth extensions.

Unreported holes from recent drilling

DDH 38 and 39 were drilled on Section 375 South, targeting mineralization below DDH 05-29 and 30. In DDH-38 the zone was encountered at 107.5 metres to 121.5 metres with significant grades being returned at 107.5 metres to 108.5 m (one-metre width) grading 2.4 g/t gold, 106 g/t silver, 0.41 per cent copper, 0.61 per cent lead and 0.98 per cent zinc, and at 121.5 m to 123 m (1.5-metre width) grading 2.75 g/t gold, 28.2 g/t silver, 0.34 per cent copper, 0.87 per cent lead and 2.7 per cent zinc. In DDH 39 the zone was encountered at 131 metres to 165.5 metres with significant grades being returned at 163.5 m to 165.5 m (two-metre width) grading 1.58 g/t gold, 107.39 g/t silver, 1.63 per cent copper, 0.32 per cent lead and 0.68 per cent zinc. DDH 40 and 41 were drilled near Section 1100 South in the El Creston south extension area in an attempt to intersect mineralization above DDH-33, but both holes were abandoned due to poor ground conditions prior to reaching target depth. Additional holes using a larger drill rig are planned for this area in the current program. DDH06-42A on El Creston Section 100S was targeting the zone below the level 12 ore shoot, but was abandoned due to drilling difficulties and failed to reach the target depth.

DDH06-43 on Section 25 North tested the level 9 ore shoot below level 12 and returned a number of mineralized structures with quartz-carbonate veining between 123.99 m to 153.13 m. The interval 124.8 m to 126.0 m grades 1.12 g/t gold (Au), 43.4 g/t silver (Ag), 0.19 per cent copper (Cu), 0.11 per cent lead (Pb) and 1.72 per cent zinc (Zn). The interval 131.09 m to 132.77 m grades two grams per tonne Au, 30.56 g/t Ag, 0.30 per cent Cu, 2.60 per cent Pb and 8.57 per cent Zn. The interval 137.1 m to 138.2 m grades 0.76 g/t Au, 27.26 g/t Ag, 0.18 per cent Cu, 0.20 per cent Pb and 8.67 per cent Zn. The interval 145.57 m to 153.13 m grades 0.54 g/t Au, 22.73 g/t Ag, 0.07 per cent Cu, 1.40 per cent Pb and 2.98 per cent Zn. The structures have between 5 per cent to 65 per cent quartz-carbonate veining mineralized with 2 per cent to 9 per cent sulphides consisting of sphalerite galena pyrite chalcopyrite and locally some visible silver.

DDH06-44 on Section 25 North was inclined at minus-70 degrees to intercept the mineralized zones at a greater depth than DDH06-43. The structure was encountered from 163.68 m to 212.60 m with 2 per cent to 10 per cent quartz-carbonate veining and 2 per cent to 4 per cent sulphides with sphalerite galena pyrite returning marginal assay results. At 201.04 m to 206.65 m the structure has 20 per cent quartz-carbonate veining with 9 per cent sulphides (sphalerite-chalcopyrite-galena-pyrite) grading 20.6 g/t Ag, 0.25 per cent Cu, 0.44 per cent Pb and 2.21 per cent Zn.

DDH 06-45 attempted to test the El 1225 ore shoot below DDH 37 and 37A, but failed to reach the target depth due to poor ground conditions. The current drill program has successfully completed DDH06-50 at this location and samples are in the lab for analysis.

Other targets

Mapping, channel sampling and drilling will also follow up previously reported results for the Santiago zone, a promising gold-silver system in the northwestern portion of the property. Previous work has returned values of up to 11 grams gold and 480 grams silver.

Drilling will also test the El Creston south extension zone and the Cinco de Mayo zone as part of the resource definition program.

It is anticipated that the results of the drilling program under way with Major Drilling De Mexico, S.A. De C.V., will enable the company to prepare a resource estimate for the El Creston zone, the El Rey zone, the El Creston south extension zone, the Cinco de Mayo zone and the Santiago zone.

The company will continue to develop and explore the remaining seven zones on the core property, and will also commence exploration of target areas on the newly staked additional 6,832 hectares.

In summary, the newly expanded district-scale Tahuehueto project is well under way with diamond drilling on five advanced zones with near-term resource potential, continuing exploration of at least seven other zones and the addition of 6,832 hectares with numerous early-stage prospects that will be evaluated and explored in the years ahead.

Complete analytical results for all samples, plus sample location plans are available for viewing on the company's website along with sampling and shipping procedures. Es kann soooo schnell gehen!! gestern bei hohem Volume +16% auf 0.65 $ - nicht vergessen Soho war schon über 1 $ hat also noch einiges an Potential bis wir den nächsten Höchstand erreichen

Noch was zum Durchlesen, wer was von der Sache versteht, weiss, dass Soho in jedes Depot gehört!

It isn\'t rocket science to see that SOH is at the beginning of a long string of press releases over the next few months, with 2 drills going 24/7, 20,000 metre drill program ongoing, fully funded drill program and with the very, very exciting President\'s message to shareholders, it has been a long time coming but for those who are capable of connecting the dots, the potential here becomes very obvious.
And guess what, they would have never, never bought back a portion of the Net Smelter Rights if they weren\'t on to something very large here.

First, assays are pending for 8 holes and judging by the recent buying, they are likely pretty good. And given the high degree of correlation between previous holes, i.e. visible mineralization and good assays, I suspect we will see more of the same.

Secondly, and I quote, "Of the holes drilled to date, all targeted either the southernmost traced extent of the El Creston zone (four holes), or the El Creston South Extension area between the El Creston and Cinco De Mayo Zones, (four holes, plus the deepened hole). All of the holes encountered the targeted structure and returned varying degrees of mineralization."... connect this dot first, ALL HOLES encountered the target structure and had mineralization. This means that the resource will keep getting larger as they prove out a larger, and larger ore shoot.

Thirdly, and I quote, "where the El Creston and El Rey structures are believed to intersect each other."... connect this dot next, if these two stuctures are connected, in my opinion, the resource will go significantly higher.

Fourth, and I quote again, "High on top of overlying volcanic cover, crews discovered quartz-vein material in sub-crop directly on trend with both the El Creston and El Rey zones. This is significant as it indicates that both structures continue under and through the upper ignimbrite volcanic cover. The discovery validates the Company’s exploration model, which predicts these structures continuing northeast towards known mineralized structures on the northern part of the property, up to 1.5km along trend from the El Creston Zone."... this is a huge plus for the drill program.

Fifth, and I quote yet again, "The quartz-vein sub-crop materials found at Tahuehueto compare favorably with similar types of vein surface expressions that I viewed in 1998 while touring the La Cienega polymetallic mine operated by Penoles in a nearby mining district. While these quartz-vein expressions on top of the overlying ignimbrite volcanic cover at La Cienega, are not strongly mineralized, they are the surface expression of the productive structures containing the lower-elevation strongly mineralized ore-shoots being successfully mined on a large scale by Penoles. We hope this will also be the case at Tahuehueto, and our ongoing exploration is designed to determine the validity of this model."... this implying that the SOH property has significant potential to hold a resource leading to an operating mine or at the very least, SOHO being acquired by perhaps by someone like GoldCorp.

Conclusion: I have been in this play for 3 years and studyed and played mining stocks for 30 years. I can\'t express to you enough as to how well this is starting to come together. If I may add my last comment, in my opinion, this is a world-class play worth owning a few shares of, if they get it right, this stock is going to climb significantly higher in value over the coming months and years.
