Hi Conway,

an deutschen Börsenplätzen ist Eloro Resources Ltd. nicht handelbar. In Toronto wird das Unternehmen aber an der TSX-V unter dem Kürzel ELO gehandelt. Die ISIN lautet CA2899001028.

Mit diesen Angaben müsste Cortal Consors auch etwas anfangen können...

Eloro Closes Property Acquisition

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 9, 2006) - Eloro Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Eloro")(TSX VENTURE:ELO) is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange in connection with the previously announced acquisition (the "Acquisition") of the Horseshoe Property located in the La Grande Greenstone Belt of northern Quebec. The Horseshoe Property consists of 51 map staked cells totalling approximately 25.5 square kms and is located between Eloro's Lemoyne North and Taiga properties which were recently optioned by Cambior Inc. (refer to Eloro's news release dated June 8, 2006).

Eloro acquired a 100% interest in the Horseshoe Property by: i) paying C$30,000 to Mr. J.S. Lavallee (the "Vendor"), ii) issuing 300,000 common shares of Eloro (the "Shares") to the Vendor, and iii) issuing 150,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants of Eloro (the "Warrants") to the Vendor. Each Warrant will have a term of 24 months and will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of Eloro at a price of C$0.75 per share in the first year of the term and C$1.00 in the second year of the term. The Vendor retains a 1% Net Smelter Returns royalty, of which Eloro can purchase 0.5% for C$500,000. The Shares issued pursuant to the Acquisition are subject to a hold period which expires December 10, 2006.

Toronto, Canada: July 26, 2006 – NFX GOLD INC. (NFX: TSX Venture Exchange)
(“NFX” or the “Company”) and ELORO RESOURCES LTD. (ELO: TSX Venture
Exchange) (“Eloro” or the “Vendor”) are pleased to announce that they have received final
approval from the TSX Venture Exchange in connection with a previously announced transaction
(the “Acquisition”). The terms of the Acquisition were announced in a joint NFX/Eloro press
release dated February 21, 2006.
Pursuant to the Acquisition, NFX has agreed to acquire from Eloro, a related party, 13 mining
claims (collectively the “Properties”) located along the Larder Lake Break in northeastern
Ontario. The Properties consist of 10 mining claims in McVittie Township which are contiguous
to the north and west of NFX’s 100% owned Larder Lake Properties, 2 mining claims in
McGarry Township located to the north and east of NFX’s Larder Lake Properties, and 1 mining
claim located in Gauthier Township, near Kirkland Lake, Ontario. In connection with the
Acquisition, the Company issued 250,000 common shares of NFX to the Vendor (the “Shares”).
The Shares issued pursuant to the Acquisition are subject to a hold period which expires
November 27, 2006.
The Acquisition of the strategically located Properties significantly increases NFX’s land package
along the prolific Larder Lake Break. NFX will add 2,064 hectares to its current Larder Lake
holdings.

Th. Larsen und Sauve sind im Management von NFX Gold und verkaufen
etwa zeitgleich mit dem Kauf von Eloro shares ihre NFX shares!

habe nochmal drüber geschaut.

Mit Cambior hat man jetzt einen "starken Partner" für den JAMES BAY GOLD DISTRICT gewonnen, der sich zu 50 % in einige Claims eingefarmt hat.

zu Marktkapitalisierung :
Aktuell sind wohl "Shares Issued 34,891,737 "
Close 2006-06-22 C$ 0.40
das sind dann wohl rd. 14 Mio CAD an Börsenbewertung.

Aktuell plant man eine Kapitalerhöhung bei CAD 0,45 um 2,2 Mio Aktien.

Ich bin mal gespannt ob das im aktuellen Marktumfeld klappt.
