Puuuuhhh .....
Zitat von MarvinC: ... The PSC expired on November 1, 2014. The Company commenced negotiations... During the nine months ended November 30, 2014, the Company, has paid US$250,000 to the Ministry and US$20,000 to the Ministry of the Environment.

Hallo Captain,
The PSC expired on November 1, 2014. The Company commenced negotiations with the Ministry of Hydrocarbons
prior to the expiration of the PSC requesting an extension of the PSC, which negotiations continue to date. The
Company continues in discussions with potential joint venturers to drill on the Block.
As required by the PSC, the Company is obligated to pay annually US$250,000 to the Ministry for various fees and
US$20,000 to the Ministry of Environment. During the nine months ended November 30, 2014, the Company, has paid
US$250,000 to the Ministry and US$20,000 to the Ministry of the Environment.

Kongo:
The exploration license and rights to explore and drill the block will
expire on October 31, 2014
November 2009 – EnerGulf Congo receives the Demining General Landmine / UXO Assessment Report for the Lotshi Block, which identifies two “no go” areas, one immediately across the border into Cabinda Angola, and the other approximately 2.7 kilometers into the northwestern portion of the Lotshi Block
October 2010 - April 2011 - SOCO International PLC (“SOCO”) drills three wells on the Nganzi Block on the northern boundary of the Lotshi Block, the Nganga No. 1, the Bayingu No. 1 and the Kinganga Nyanya No. 1, all of which are dryholes. The SOCO wells prove good interbedded source development in the Bucomazi and hydrocarbon generation and migration within the Lemba Trough, but failed due to the lack of a reservoir seal, lack of structural closure, or lack of hydrocarbon presence.

Energulf Resources Inc (ENG:Venture)
John D. Elmore - C$90,153 As of Fiscal Year 2014
http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?p…
Anu Dhir B.A., J.D. - C$165,500
http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?p…
Clive Gerrard Brookes - C$78,000 As of Fiscal Year 2014
http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?p…
Jeff Greenblum - C$271,027 As of Fiscal Year 2014
http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?p…

Jedenfalls
