Meine heutige HC-Antwort an "cudeco1", der zuletzt wieder im September, nach seiner eigenen HC-Aussage, aufgestockt hatte und anderweitig ebenfalls zu den Top10 zählt.
The most informative SH Annual Report for ages, if not to this day, with remarkable and surprising statements, very revealing in many passages and, on closer inspection, with a lot of expressiveness.
I strongly assume a revaluation of the share "until all cards are on the table". The FS and Analysts do the rest, as well as a targeted MC of say $150m, before an expected capital increase takes place!
Works for SVM and meanwhile also for Mkango and surely also for GBE!
102m available shares can rotate, 30m of them in pos. 3 and 4 of the Top20, of which I belong, with an unknown number of SH.
Many of the 102m will rotate and, as is well known, far fewer shares are required for a rapid SP rise.
The crucial thing is: Rotation between the decisive parties! ;-)

@ragingboom and also @cudeco1, after his "outing" yesterday, have realized what "the flock of sheep's" doesn't (yet) see.
But other buyers stay away. Why?
Because, as hypothetical as well as simple and banal, they simply take their time when looking at the (still) missing news and the buy / sell side, instead of buying out the sellers through continuous buying, to secure stocks that are dirt cheap, IMHO only for a short time.
Which on day X, after a short-term TH, will suddenly dissolve with the news expected by everyone.
With the consequence and the result of an immediately significantly higher SP, which IMHO, as @ragingboom s avatar and his opinion in his postings here, will rise to completely different heights as soon as the fuel (news) ignites and the engines launch the rocket (GBE).
Everything, of course, only hypothetically or differently and expressed in terms of the stock market: My speculation!
With that in mind, get ready and wait for the ignition. Glückauf!

The sell side, in harmony with the buy side, cannot be filled up always and forever.
The obvious and by @ragingboom called and by me with "artificially created" supplemented "Mexican Standoff", btw borrowed from duels in western movies, can be used here quite similarly.
Before the "ignition", there should still be (a lot) of air in the SP to the top and the +200% should be seen as a joke, because the share comes from an underground level.
We all personally know countless examples of companies that make completely different higher jumps and that are either not facing a comparable starting position or are similarly but quite differently "valued".
Depending on one's own investment strategy, some people speak then of "comparison with apples and pears", while others speak of "total undervaluation", which can and must be taken as a safe assumption here, especially and alone according to the statement in the last annual report, which implies and justifies this assumption.
There are reasons for the ridiculously low SP, certainly also a more obvious one that one could come up with.
Again just all my speculation. Glückauf!

Mein heutiger HC- Beitrag:
Die Zurückhaltung hatte ich 2x erwähnt, wahrscheinlich gepaart mit Unsicherheit, Verunsicherung, Verärgerung und Bitterkeit.
Was absolut verständlich und nachvollziehbar ist, zumal wenn man einige Jahre zurück verfolgt und verschiedene Beiträge liest, was ich gerade getan habe.
Wie erwähnt, unterscheidet sich der letzte Annual Report "in einigen Nuancen", dafür IMHO umso interessantere.
Auf die meisten, zwar seit langem bekannte, wie auch die neuen, hatte ich hingewiesen.
Das auf den Annual Report bisher keine Reaktion erfolgte, weder hier im Forum noch mit steigendem SP, ist das eine.
Da beim lesen dabei zwei, aus meiner Sicht entscheidende Punkte, vielleicht untergegangen sind oder nicht (entsprechend) interpretiert wurden, möchte ich noch einmal darauf eingehen und deutlich hervorheben:
"Execution of the Kanyika Development Agreement is a pre-condition to the issue of a mining licence which we are reliably informed will immediately follow."
"Sofort" bedeutet für mich direkt und ohne zeitliche Verzögerung. Das wiederum dedeutet, das die FS (größtenteils) dem MRC (seit längerem) vorliegen muß.
Die Analyse und Bewertung der FS wird vom MRC wahrscheinlich mit externer Hilfe erfolgt sein und allen beteiligten bekannt sein.
Das führt zum 2. entscheidenden Hinweis im Annual Report und auch zu @ragingboom:
"Confidential and internal metrics on the value proposition of the project are highly encouraging and the Company is confident of progress to offtake and financing arrangements."
Damit wird eindeutig auf die vertraulichen metrics hingewiesen, die, wie zuvor erwähnt, bereits einem Kreis der Beteiligten (MRC/Berater/gov/Banken/Investoren/Kunden - mit Verschwiegenheitsverpflichtung) bekannt sein müssen.
Zum anderen auf den Status, das man hinsichtlich offtakes und finanzierung schon weit fortgeschritten ist.
"Globe noted that it was not in a position to finalise the financial model and release the key outcomes" - Zeigt daher an, das die finalisierung des Finanzmodels und die veröffentlichung der wichtigsten Ergebnisse somit unmittelbar mit und nach der Unterzeichnung/Gewährung von DA und ML erfolgt.
Ich vermute, es wird offenbar, wie zuletzt im Oktober 2016, auch in diesem Jahr Ende Oktober einen Annual Report an die Aktionäre veröffentlicht.
Ich hoffe mit meiner These richtig zu liegen und die Unterzeichnung/Gewährung von DA und ML erfolgt davor, wie auch @bene449 mit seinem/ihrem letzten posting,
Dann sollte und muß der Annual Report an die Aktionäre deutlich umfangreicher und informativer werden.
Dann sollte und muß auch der SP bereits ab sofort deutlicher steigen und nicht mehr länger auf diesen lächerlichen 3c kleben bleiben.
Zeit hier aufzustocken und rechtzeitig einzusteigen war nun wirklich genug und es muß sofort Schluß sein auf diesem spottbilligen Niveau.
Und es würde mich persönlich wirklich interessieren, wer von den "alten Kämpen", Alt- und ehemaligen Aktionären hier noch mitliest und dabei ist. Wer möchte, bitte Daumen hoch. Danke und "Glückauf"!
