Russia began invested in U.S. government agencies at the time when the agencies began to rise last week!
Mahlzeit!
P.S.Wer weiß wer noch dazu kauft ganz heimlich!?

NYSE relaxes rule that requires listed companies' shares to trade above $1
NEW YORK (AP) -- The New York Stock Exchange confirmed Thursday it is pushing ahead with a plan to relax a rule that requires shares to trade above a dollar.
The exchange said the change was warranted given the "current period of unusual market volatility and decline." The NYSE had said on Tuesday that it was considering relaxing the rule.

Ordinarily, an NYSE-listed company's shares cannot remain below $1 more than 30 consecutive days. If that happens, the company gets about six months to prove to the NYSE it can boost its stock price.
"We think everyone is better served by having more time to kind of ride this out and see how this plays out," said Glenn Tyranski, senior vice president of financial compliance at the exchange.
The NYSE has already lowered the minimum market capitalization for listed stocks. On Jan. 23, the exchange temporarily decreased the threshold to $15 million from $25 million. The minimum market cap had been raised to $25 million from $15 million in 2004.
The exchange said Thursday it would extend the lower market cap provision until June 30. It also will suspend the stock price rule until that time.
About 3 percent of the approximately 1,950 companies listed on the exchange were not compliant with listing standards.
The Nasdaq stock market already announced in October a three-month suspension of its minimum bid price and market value, and extended the suspension in December.
Generally, the market cap threshold ends up disqualifying more companies than the more flexible stock price rule. Last year, the NYSE delisted 54 companies -- 29 for a market cap that was too low, and 5 for what the exchange describes as an "abnormally low share price."
