Hallo Ville,
Spectrum war nach dem Deal sehr stark auf der Homepage von Topotarget eingebunden und aufgeführt.
Teilweise wurde dies jetzt wieder reduziert und spectrum pharmaceutical taucht nicht mehr so stark auf der Seite auf.
Bspw. stand relativ viel von Spectrum zeitweise unter Belinostat auf der topotarget Seite.

Richtig spannend wird es erst am 31.3. oder wann auch immer die Q4 Zahlen kommen. Wenn die gut werden, dann könnte uns die Vorfreude auf die Q1 Zahlen bis Mitte Mai auf USD 7 bringen.

Nicht sehr ermutigend finde ich, dass Folotyn nach 7 Wochen fast 30% Response rate hat und nach 21 Wochen nur noch 12%. Das spricht eher dafür, dass hier nur ein kurzes Strohfeuer abgefackelt wird und längerfristig betrachtet eher zittrige Überlebensdaten zu erwarten sein könnten. Man kann es aber wirklich erst beurteilen, wenn Daten vorliegen. Im Moment kenne ich kaum Daten der Trials, daher fällt mir eine Beruteilung sehr schwer bzw. macht es unmöglich.

Konkurrent FOLOTYN von Allos wurde ja auch nur wegen der hohen Response Rate zugelassen, ein Überlebensvorteil (weder PFS noch OS) konnte nicht gezeigt werden.
Dies muss Folotyn nachholen und wenn sie es nicht schaffen, dann sind sie auch so schnell wieder vom Markt wie sie (mit dem Accelerated Approval) dahin gekommen sind.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 39.077.971 von future_trader am 07.03.10 10:33:53Es ist zu vermuten, dass die fast 1Mio Aktien in Verbindung mit der Manipulation des Aktienkurses in den letzten Wochen bis Monaten steht. Meines Erachtens wurde professionell daran gearbeitet die Aktie in einer Seitwärtsrange zu halten (also uninteressant zu machen) und dabei parallel noch ca. 1Mio Aktien zu covern (siehe Rückgang Short interest). Aber vielleicht auch nur Paranoia von mir...
