      wann kommen die resourcenschätzungen?

denke mman braucht hier geduld.

      - Gold assays for drill holes BR08-01 to 23 were previously released in

2008 and 2009 (refer to Orex news releases on the Company's website or on

      SEDAR at www.sedar.com)

In 2008, the Company completed 12,201 metres of diamond drilling in 44 holes divided into three campaigns. Visible gold was observed in 6 of the current 9 drill holes, and in 36 of the 44 total drill holes completed in 2008. There are 90 separate reported occurrences of visible gold in the 44 holes, with another 9 occurrences reported as questionable.

Results from the Phase 2B campaign completed from the Boston-Richardson shaft to the East Gold Brook shaft have yielded similar results to the widely spaced historic drilling in the area and indicate a series of gold mineralized zones that occur above the Boston-Richardson belt. The newly emerging mineralized zones appear similar to those identified in the Ramp Area that lie below the Boston-Richardson belt (i.e. "123" and other zones). The mineralized belts above the Boston-Richardson demonstrate apparent continuity for a strike length over 325m as they plunge shallowly eastward from near surface to depths of 150m below surface.

Mark Billings, President and CEO of Orex, comments, "With all core logging completed and assay results available for the Phase 2A and 2B drill holes, Orex has identified the potential for higher grade gold mineralization over a 950-metre strike length of the Boston-Richardson structure from the West Ramp Area to the East Gold Brook mine. The 2008 drilling results will allow Orex to estimate new resources for the project over this 950m strike length, up from the 225m strike length used for the 2006 Ramp Area Resources (Measured and Indicated Resources of 235,800 ounces of gold in 3.105 million tonnes grading 2.36 g/t Au)."

As previously announced, now that the Phase 2C drilling campaign has been completed (with assays pending), Orex has contracted InnovExplo Inc. of Val-d'Or, Quebec, to commence evaluation and modelling of the Company's 2008 drilling results, with the objective of providing an NI 43-101 Technical Report with updated results and resource estimates for the Goldboro Project. Orex intends to provide shareholders with this information in Q2 2009. Shareholders are encouraged to consult the Company's latest NI 43-101 Technical Report, dated September 18, 2006, which can be found on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).

MarketWatch Opinion: UNDERVALUED Mining MarketWatch believes the share price of Orex Exploration Inc. (TSX Venture: OX) (Frankfurt: O5D) appears undervalued and offers investors taking a long position now an exceptional risk-reward scenario. OX.V is poised for significant upside share price revaluation with a much higher revised resource estimate imminent; considering the impressive nature of its Goldboro project OX.V appears undervalued with only ~120M shares outstanding and trading under CDN$0.10. With the imminent release of the new NI 43-101 resource estimate, expected ~mid May 2009, it is our opinion that investors would do well to consider a long position in shares of OX.V. Orex is on the verge of completing a new NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate on their 100% owned Goldboro Property in Nova Scotia that is believed will reveal a sizeable increase in the resource estimate; Mining MarketWatch Journal thru its research projects a resource estimate well in excess of 2M ounces. Management of Orex contacted by Mining MarketWatch were able to confirm we were not out of line in out expectations based on the fact the previous resource estimate Orex is building on was over a 225m strike length and now the strike length is up to 1km. Additionally, Orex will have a much better definition of the grade, employing not only fire assays but also protocols and metallic screen assays which incorporate the nugget effect native to Goldboro. The NI 43-101 report is being produced at the 60% mark of their drilling campaign (12,000m have been done out of 20,000m planned) and interpreted data of the belt systems will dramatically add to the 3D model developed in 2006 that this campaign is built upon. The Goldboro project also possess blue-sky potential as the gold belt systems are wide open at depth and in breadth.

Orex Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: OX) is a Canadian-based gold mining exploration and development company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (ticker symbol OX) (Frankfurt: O5D). The Company has come to our attention due, in part, to the fact Orex is on the verge of completing a new NI 43-101 resource estimate report on their 100% owned Goldboro Property in Nova Scotia, Canada and the resulting extraordinary opportunity afforded to prospective investors. A research mining journal sourced for this Precious Metals Review is confident Orex’s new resource estimate will reveal a sizeable increase in the resource estimate, exceeding 2M ounces of gold. It appears OX.V is highly undervalued relative to the inherit nature of the Goldboro property and its potential. It appears OX.V is highly undervalued relative to the inherit nature of the Goldboro property and its potential. Equally as important, Orex has a highly experienced and talented management team dedicated to maximizing shareholder value.
The best place to find a gold mine is beneath an old mine
Historic production yielded ~55K ounces at an average grade of 4.5g/t and ceased in ~1912. Historically this mine only found the first top belt, the Boston-Richardson belt; they drilled down 40 or 50m, hit sandstone, and figured that's it. In 2005 Orex drilled down to 200m and at about 50 or 60m hit the next belt system - Orex has not yet found the depth or breadth of this. Click Here for Expanded Copy

Orex Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: OX) is on the verge of completing a new NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate on their 100% owned Goldboro Property in Nova Scotia, Canada. Due out ~mid May 09, it is believed this report will reveal a sizeable increase in the resource estimate; The research mining journal thru its research projects a resource estimate well in excess of 2M ounces. Management of Orex contacted by the research mining journal were able to confirm the journal was not out of line in its expectations based on the fact the previous resource estimate Orex is building on, was over a 225m strike length and now the strike length is up to 1km. ##

      Valuation Analysis/Commentary:
OX.V is poised for significant upside share price revaluation with a much higher revised resource estimate imminent; considering the impressive nature of its Goldboro project OX.V appears undervalued with only ~120M shares outstanding and trading under CDN$0.15. With the imminent release of the new NI 43-101 resource estimate, expected ~mid May 2009, it is our opinion that investors would do well to consider a long position in shares of OX.V.

      auf stockhouse:

I'm with OX2009. I bet that the efforts by someone to move the share price up, have messed with someone else's plans to keep it in a tightly controlled trading range.

I am all for cheerleading but lets make sure we think through arguments carefully - I want to play devil's advocate (for fun only) to thegoldenchild's points:

1)This year Orex staked additional claims around Goldboro and now have 270 sq.m.in claims, including the original 6 sq.km.

They never made a specific press release about this - tacked it on as a one sentance entry on a press release, and I had to go find the maps with the DNR and post it here (I'm sure that made me popular). The cost of aquiring this was never really highlighted. It looks speculative to me - a nice geographic rectangle. Makes the property look more valuable - but is it? What other resources are in that box, what exploration commitment do they have to expend in order to keep the Province happy and the claim current? They got an Acadian claim (probably Acadian was desparate for the cash knowing their situation), why not go after the claims to the south and east?

2)MarkBillings, President & CEO of Orex acknwoledging that reserves andresources of greatly over 2M Oz Au are highly likely.

This is "acknowledged" in an anonymous posting on a web site and has no attribution to any individual author. I want to believe Mark Billings said these things, but no one can verify them because there is no author name associated with the article - if this was published in the Chronicle Herald/National Post/Globe and Mail with a by-line then I'd believe it more because I could call up the author and speak to him and verify the conversation occurred. If he said it at a public investors conference I'd give it even more credibility. Anonymous postings on web sites with PO boxes for cover don't cut it for me.

3)Insiders buying up over 50% of last share offerings and subsequent share accumulation and price increases on the market.

At the height of the credit crisis, perhaps they couldn't get funding any other way and they put up their own money to keep going... Who were the other 50%... kept that quiet.

4)The ore body is still open in depth and strike.

      No dispute.

5)Infrastructure is in place with access to road, electricity and gas.

No dispute. Except that I'm sure the gas folks are not going to want to have a big pile of explosives being used in a pit or mine within 10-500yds of their expensive pipeline. Someone will be paying to move it somewhere - I've not researched the right of way for the pipeline but there is probably conflict depending on where they want to mine. The road needs major upgrading to service heavy equipment that will have to get in and out.

      6) Open pit mining is highly possible as the ore is within the first 100m.

There is a lake within 50-100 meters of the strike. Someone will have environmental concerns. While OX has a get out of jail card for any of the past Boston Richardson Mine environmental sins they still need to get permission for any new mining.

I love this play - don't get me wrong - but always evaluate the opportunity from every perspective. Be informed. Due diligence is more than reading a company's filings and press releases - that's what the company wants you to know. They have to be dragged to issue press releases on things they don't want you to know.

In 2008, the company completed 12,201 metres of diamond drilling in 44 holes divided into three campaigns (phases 2A, 2B and 2C). Visible gold was observed in seven of the current 12 drill holes, and in 36 of the 44 total drill holes completed in 2008. There are 90 separate reported occurrences of visible gold in the 44 holes, with another nine occurrences reported as possible.

As previously announced, Orex has contracted InnovExplo Inc., of Val d'Or, Que., to evaluate and model the company's 2008 drilling results, with the objective of providing a National Instrument 43-101 technical report on mineral resource estimates for the Goldboro project. Orex intends to provide shareholders with this information in the second quarter of 2009.

Mark Billings, president and chief executive officer of Orex, comments: "With all assay results available, Orex will be soon providing shareholders with a new mineral resource estimate from the West Ramp area to East Gold Brook, a strike length of 950 metres. I was recently at Goldboro with representatives from the Orex technical team and InnovExplo to review the 2008 program and to observe first-hand drill core and significant intersections. I also had the opportunity to meet with representatives of Guysborough County and the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources, and I am encouraged by the attention and support we are receiving for our Goldboro project."

In connection with its stock option plan, Orex recently granted one million stock options at a strike price of 15 cents per share for a period of one year to consultants of the company.

      Email Story Discuss on ZenoBank

View Additional ProfilesMONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwire - June 11, 2009) - OREX EXPLORATION INC. (TSX VENTURE:OX)(FRANKFURT:O5D) is pleased to announce that InnovExplo Inc. of Val-d'Or, Quebec, has completed the geological modeling portion of the new mineral resource estimates compliant to National Instrument 43-101 on the Goldboro Property in north eastern Nova Scotia. As scheduled by Orex, Alex Horvath, P. Eng., of A.S. Horvath Engineering Inc., of Ottawa, Goldboro's Project Manager, is presently vetting this geological model.

The Company's review of the geological model and the exploration work program will be used to establish a number of parameters of the upcoming drilling campaign. Orex management is currently reviewing the steps that we believe need to be implemented in order to integrate the "nugget effect" to a greater extent and its impact on increasing gold grades in our future resources estimates.

Mark Billings, President and CEO of Orex, commented, "We know that the Goldboro gold mineralization continues at depth and extends across our Property. With our new NI 43-101-compliant mineral resources estimate in hand, it is our intention to resume the drilling campaign quickly and aggressively. This will likely include a bulk sample, which will help us evaluate the nugget effect at Goldboro. Orex management is planning to start the Phase 2D drilling campaign this summer, as soon as possible after the release of our new mineral resources estimate."

As part of the quality assurance / quality control program, results from an additional 1,249 coarse reject and 149 Metallic Screen check assays from the 2008 drill campaign (Phases 2A to 2C) have been received and incorporated into the assay database to be used for the final resource models and resource estimates.

The 2005 and 2008 drill campaigns were designed to establish the mineral resources under NI 43-101 standards. The drilling covered 1km of the 1.5km strike length of the historic pre-NI 43-101 mineral resources along the West Gold Brook to East Gold Brook segment of the Boston-Richardson gold corridor. InnovExplo will be reporting current mineral resource estimates for the 1.5km strike length. The planned Phase 2D program would bring the entire 1.5 km strike length under NI 43-101 standards with respect to mineral resources.

The current MRE(i) are significantly higher and of better quality in terms of grade over the same 0.5 g/t gold cut-off grade and 1.5km distance covering the West Goldbrook Shaft, Ramp Area and East Goldbrook Shaft sectors. The combined Measured and Indicated resource estimates at a 0.5 g/t gold cut-off grade are 7,933,000 tonnes grading 2.13 g/t gold, an 88% grade increase from 2006, totalling 542,800 gold ounces. There are an additional 10,389,000 tonnes grading 1.78 g/t gold, a 182% grade increase from 2006, totalling 594,121 gold ounces in the Inferred category.

      542.800 + 594.121 also über 1,1 millionen Unzen...

Now the Mining Market Watch article is already out,

      http://miningmarketwatch.net/ox.htm

I want to submit my theory to you guys for your consideration.

The Current NI43-101 report is low because 97 holes assigned with 0g/t value !

this 97 holes represent 30% of the total holes used in this NI43-101 report.

Now imagine the strike length and the continuity of the belt on your mind !

and imagine that by inputting 97holes with 0g/t value, it make the entire strike
had some missing gold everwhere near this 97holes...
so by inputting this 97holes with 0g/t value,
it mean the gold belt is not continuous anymore...

let me make it with picture
below is a continuous belt look like:
      "___________________________________________"

and below is the belt look like with 97 holes with 0g/t value:

      "__ _ ___ _ __ __ ___ _ _ _ __ __ __ _ _ _ _ _ _"

so do you see that by inputting 97 holes with 0g/t value
the belt (line) had some part missing !!!

but we know that this can't be true since those 97holes do have high grade value,
it is just that the data from those 97holes is not complete since it is historical data,
so it can not be used into the current NI43-101 standard !!!

Actually if OX decide to just DISCARD the 97holes,
our resources would be HIGHER significantly.
a rough minimum estimate would give current OX resource to be at least 30% higher since
this 97holes represent 30% of the holes used.
That mean the resource is not 1.137 million ounces but actually 130% x 1.137 million ounces = 1.478 million ounces !!!

and don't forget that to increase it just by 30% is not fair,
since this holes not just make the gold ARTIFICIALLY disappear around this 97 holes but also the distance in between
the holes that have non 0g/t.

Plus if this 97 holes had value, OX would be able to incorporate the Gold Domain modeling and not Belt modeling anymore.
Remember, there is gold in GREY WACKY and SANDSTONES in OX site !
      ok let me further explain.
on other mining site with no Nugget Effect, the gold is mostly contain on the gold bearing layer/slate.
and between the slate/layer there is NO GOLD.
so the calculation of the resources is using the traditional slate method...

OX is different, cause it also contain gold (albeit lower grade) in the grey wacky and sandstones layer !!!
so basically there is gold everywhere not just in the high grade slates...
This will increase the resource count even more because there is 15 known belts in the Eastern Part of the property
      that had been driled,
and between those 15 belts there are of course minimum of 14 Grey Wacky and Sandstones too.
by assuming this minimum 14 grey wacky and sandstone had only minimum 25% of gold compare to the high grade layer,
we can increase the resource by 125% x 1.478 million ounces = 1.85 million ounces !!!

that is why the original resource estimate by Mining Market Watch and confirm by Mark on previous interview
was around the 2 million ounces mark !!!

remember that by EXTRAPOLATION above is done by using conservative number, so the current resource should
have more than 1.85 million ounces at 0.5g/t cut off !!!

      You guys would ask me,
why did OX do not discard this 97holes and get this 1.85 million ounces right now on the current report ?
well if OX discard this 97holes, then OX can not suggest there is DOMAIN modeling and
had to agree with the traditional slate modeling only...

so in order for OX to propose DOMAIN modeling for the next drilling result, OX need to input this 97holes with 0g/t value right now !

let me repeat, if OX discard this 97holes and use DOMAIN modeling, our resource number will be AT LEAST 1.85million ounces right here right now !
but the catch is, OX can not use DOMAIN modeling without those 97 holes in place...

now OX will do an infill drilling, but those infill drilling will mean OX will drill 97 holes but much less number of holes...
and you will ask me, if the whole 97holes is not twinned, how come you use that new infill data and put it into the 97holes ?

my answer, it does not take or need 97holes to prove the domain modeling in the first place,
but we still can replace those 97holes with much less drill hole
because those 97holes spacing is very close. so since the spacing is very close,
we can just drill a little infill drilling, and it will be accepted to replace those 97holes from 0g/t into
what ever grade we would get (I think at least 5g/t grade).
Why it would be good grade ? because the current average already hit 4.56 g/t anyway !

so I am confident that the EAstern part of the strike length will have around 2 million ounces of gold (0.5g/t cut off),
and the remaining 1km Western Part (WEst Goldbrook and Doliver mountain) will have around 1 million ounces of gold
more after the phase 2d and phase 2e is completed, meaning OX will have total of around 3 million ounces of gold
by the time the whole drilling campaign is done in about 3 to 4 months from today !

Now all those had not included the effect of BULK SAMPLING,
as we know BULK SAMPLING had the potential to prove the grade even higher then just 4.56g/t average,
since that is what happened most of the time in other mine with nugget effect.

so if the BULK SAMPLING can increase our grade to just 6g/t (25% higher),
it would increase our resource count even more... and I do think that with BULK SAMPLING
and modern day milling recovery process, with would have higher than 6g/t, hopefully it hit above 7g/t !!!

      so in summary,
      a. OX already had around 2 million ounces at 0.5g/t right now just for eastern part
      b. OX will had around 3 million ounces at 0.5g/t when the whole drilling campaign is over
      c. OX will had MORE than 3 million ounces at 0.5g/t when the BULK Sampling is over

Press Release Source: Orex Exploration Inc. On Thursday April 29, 2010, 3:08 pm EDT
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - 04/29/10) - OREX EXPLORATION INC. (TSX-V:OX - News)(Frankfurt:O5D - News) is pleased to provide shareholders with initial results from the Phase 2F drilling campaign at the Company's wholly-owned Goldboro Gold Property. As previously announced on January 27, 2010, Osisko Mining Corporation budgeted $2.8 million for the Phases 2D, 2E and 2F drilling campaigns and for a regional compilation and Goldboro reconnaissance program.

Osisko began with the 4,728 m / 18 holes Phase 2F drilling campaign, which is set to replace some incomplete and/or non-compliant historic drill results with compliant data primarily in the deeper portions of the Ramp Area Mineral Resources and extending westward towards West Goldbrook. Following Phase 2F, Osisko continued with the Phases 2D (5,492 m / 28 holes) and 2E (2,769 m / 13 holes) drilling campaigns, which continued westward along the remaining 1.7 km segment of the Boston Richardson Deformation Zone from the Ramp through West Goldbrook to Dolliver Mountain.

Orex is pleased to inform shareholders that all 59 holes for the Phases 2D, 2E and 2F drilling campaign, representing 12,989 metres, have been completed. All holes have been logged and sampled, and all samples have been shipped to the ALS Laboratory facilities in Sudbury, Ontario for preparation and analysis in Vancouver, British Columbia. Highlights from the first 6 holes (one of which assays are still pending) of the Phase 2F drilling campaign are presented below:

Mark Billings, President and CEO of Orex, commented, "These initial results from Phase 2F are very encouraging, as they will help us validate our theory that the mineralized zones at Goldboro can be interpreted as larger structural domains rather than just in narrow, high-grade belts. As we know, within the defined larger structural domains model, the main constraints to the distribution of grade were the un-sampled intervals assigned 0 g/t gold values in the historic drilling. Some 97 holes from the 254 drill hole historic database (pre-1996) were selectively assayed and contain un-sampled intervals. All 59 current diamond drill holes, as well as the 67 holes drilled between 2004 and 2009, were sampled continuously through the larger mineralized sections. As we expected, with this current infill drilling, we are seeing significant lower-grade gold mineralization, in areas where we previously assumed there was 0 g/t gold."

      QA/QC Sampling and Analytical Protocols

Sample preparation and assaying are being performed by the ALS Laboratories Group using conventional Fire-Assaying with an Atomic Absorption Spectrometry finish. The NQ-sized drill core is being logged, sampled, bagged, tagged and sealed at the Goldboro site by qualified personnel. Samples were inserted in numbered pails, sealed and shipped in batches to the sample preparation laboratory in Sudbury, Ontario by commercial trucking. Sample pails were opened at the laboratory; sample bags were checked, contents dried and weighed; crushed to -10 mesh (2mm), followed by pulverizing a 250 gram sample fraction to -150 mesh size (0.125mm), from which a 50 gram sample of the pulp was fire assayed. Pulp duplicate check assays are completed in each batch of samples assayed and Total Metallic Screen assays for samples containing visible gold are included in the initial assay protocols. Field blank and certified reference standards are also routinely included to monitor the laboratories' performance.

After review of initial assay results and reconciliation with the logged zones of mineralization, specific samples will be identified for re-assaying by the MS method while other samples will have a second pulp prepared from the coarse reject and re-assayed by the AAS Method. Multiple assay determinations provide a more accurate determination of gold content in the samples.

Orex drills 35.5 m of 4.07 g/t Au at Goldboro

      2010-05-11 11:16 ET - News Release

      Mr. Mark Billings reports

OREX EXPLORATION ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL DRILLING RESULTS INCLUDING 4.07 G/T AU OVER 35.5 METERS

Orex Exploration Inc. is providing shareholders with additional results from 11 holes of the 4,728-metre/18-hole phase 2F diamond drilling campaign at the company's wholly owned Goldboro gold property in Nova Scotia. The current drill holes will replace a number of incomplete and/or non-compliant historic drill results with compliant assay data primarily in the deeper portions of the Ramp Area and extending westward towards West Goldbrook.

In the last Mineral Resource Estimates (MRE) compliant with the NI-43-101 Technical Report dated August 4, 2009, the results of some historic drill holes were assumed at 0 g/t Gold; the 18 holes of the Phase 2F were drilled in order to replace some of those historic drill results by assay results which are in conformity with the QAQC Sampling and Analytical Protocols actually in application - Refer to the section "the Goldboro Gold Property" hereunder and to the NI 43-101 Technical Report posted on Sedar.

Highlights from these 11 additional drill holes(i) of the Campaign are presented in the accompanying table.

Notes: (i) Assay results from drill holes OSK-10-01, 03, 05, 07 and 08 were previously issued on April 29, 2010; (ii) Metallic Screen Assay / Visible Gold

The reported intersections in the table above represent weighted average intervals of no less than 10 meters (for bulk mining scenarios) of individual assays grading above a 0.35 g/t cut-off. In some instances weighted intervals of less than 10 meters are reported to highlight significantly higher grade intersections (i.e. 6.7 meters of 13.40 g/t - OSK-10-23).

Mark Billings, President and CEO of Orex, commented, "As anticipated, these additional results from the infill drilling continue to show significant zones of low-grade gold in areas which were previously assumed to be barren. Management of Orex believes that these results will help us to improve the gold resources at Goldboro when we update our Mineral Resource Estimates with this new information."

The drill holes were angled from each side (ie., north and south) of the approximately 100 metre wide deformation zone centred on the hinge of the Boston-Richardson Anticline Structure (the "BRAS"). Each drill hole was terminated near the BRAS hinge to prevent down-dip drilling on the opposing limb, thus each hole penetrated only 50% of the total width of the deformation zone (ie., one limb of the BRAS).

Gold in the Ramp Area is linked to shears (such as the "123", "456" and "78" Zones) combining quartz veins, veinlets and stockworks, and highly altered host rocks. These high grade zones host millimetre to centimetre sized gold nuggets in both the quartz veins and host rocks. Assays vary from higher gold grades (in excess of 10 g/t, commonly in the hundreds of g/t) when nuggets are encountered to lower grades (under 2 g/t) when host rocks are altered with silica, chlorite and sulphides. Correlation of the higher grade individual mineralized shear zones is still pending.

      QA/QC Sampling and Analytical Protocols

Please refer to the Company's news release dated April 29, 2010 detailing QA/QC sampling and analytical protocols.

After review of initial assay results and reconciliation with the logged zones of mineralization, specific samples will be identified for re-assaying by the Total Metallic Screen method while other samples will have a second pulp prepared from the coarse reject and re-assayed by the AAS Method. Multiple assay determinations provide a more accurate determination of gold content in the samples.

      The Goldboro Gold Property

The current Mineral Resource Estimates ("MRE") for Goldboro at a cut-off gold grade of 1.5 g/t are 2.711 million tonnes grading 4.56 g/t gold, totalling 397,200 gold ounces in the Measured+Indicated Resources categories, with an additional 3.438 million tonnes grading 3.67 g/t gold totalling 405,926 gold ounces in the Inferred Resource category. Assuming a lower 0.5 g/t cut-off, the Measured+Indicated Resources are 7.933 million tonnes grading 2.13 g/t gold totalling 542,000 gold ounces, with additional Inferred Resources of 10.389 million tonnes grading 1.78 g/t gold totalling 594,121 gold ounces (refer to Orex's news release dated August 4, 2009, and the NI 43-101 Technical Report posted on SEDAR at www.sedar.com).

Option on Goldboro Gold Property Granted to Osisko Mining Corporation

In order to acquire a 50% undivided interest in the Goldboro Gold Property on or before September 29, 2013 (the Initial Option), Osisko shall incur exploration and development expenditures in the amount of at least $1,500,000 on or before September 29, 2010; in the aggregate amount of at least $3,500,000 on or before September 29, 2011; and in the aggregate amount of at least $8,000,000 over the following two years, that is, on or before September 29, 2013. Osisko may, at its sole discretion, accelerate and apply exploration and development expenditures to future years' expenditures and, accordingly, the Initial Option may be exercised sooner. Osisko shall solely fund a prefeasibility study to earn an aggregate 60% interest (that is, an additional 10% interest) in the Property on or before September 29, 2015 (the Additional Option).

Orex Exploration reviews Goldboro screen results
      2010-11-01 11:27 ET - News Release

      Mr. Mark Billings reports

OREX EXPLORATION INC.: UPDATE ON THE GOLDBORO EXPLORATION PROGRAM

Orex Exploration Inc. has provided shareholders with the following update on the 2010 drilling campaign on the company's wholly owned Goldboro gold property. As previously announced, the project operator Osisko Mining Corporation has completed a total of 59 drill holes (12,995.5 metres) during the 2010 program in three campaigns (phases 2D, 2E and 2F) covering the Ramp Area, West Goldbrook and Dolliver Mountain segments of the gold mineralized Boston-Richardson anticlinal structure.

A reverse circulation drilling campaign was also conducted on the Goldboro gold property. Reverse circulation drilling is a method for obtaining chip samples of mineral occurrences at or near surface.

The management teams of Orex and Osisko and the geological consultants to Osisko recently met to review the last total metallic screen results and the results from the reverse circulation drilling campaign. Orex has not yet received all of the data and results from the geological team. As soon as the company receives all of this information, it will be communicated to shareholders by means of press release.

In order to acquire a 50-per-cent undivided interest in the Goldboro gold property on or before Sept. 29, 2013, Osisko shall incur exploration and development expenditures in the amount of at least $1.5-million on or before Sept. 29, 2010; in the total amount of at least $3.5-million on or before Sept. 29, 2011; and in the total amount of at least $8-million over the following two years, that is, on or before Sept. 29, 2013. Osisko may, at its sole discretion, accelerate and apply exploration and development expenditures to future years' expenditures and, accordingly, the initial option may be exercised sooner. Osisko shall solely finance a prefeasibility study to earn an aggregate 60-per-cent interest (that is, an additional 10-per-cent interest) in the property on or before Sept. 29, 2015.

Orex is pleased to report that Osisko has incurred exploration and development expenditures in excess of the $1.5-million minimum required by Sept. 29, 2010.

Osisko has confirmed it will continue to incur expenditures under the option and joint venture agreement. Furthermore, Osisko has requested the geological consultants to prepare a drilling plan and budget for the next phase of the drilling campaign on the Goldboro gold property. As this is presently a work in progress, once decisions have been made by Osisko, this information will be communicated to shareholders.

      We seek Safe Harbor.

Orex wird das jetzige Kursniveau verlassen

      "..............

Hold Just capturing my latest musings on the latest disclosures from OX.

I spoke with Mark on Friday and I can tell you he certainly knows of the frustration of everyone here and expressed his own. Some of which Ithink is reflected in the PR. I don' think this is the complete release Mark wanted to put out, but since he's been left swinging in the wind with little option he had to say something.

I appreciate that OX have clearly pointed the finger at the geologists, employed by OSK. Certainly this won't Mark many favours...sort of the "I really want to do this but the lawyers won't let me" ploy. If its the truth though it should sting and maybe something will happen as a result. At least we can debate and argue the timing and the contents of the next press release for our endless amusement.

Really annoyed though that these PR never get simultaneously released by both OX and OSK and put on the web page all at once. Really seems disjointed in that that OX looks like it's speaking for OSK and in this PR they commit them to drilling. Presumably their board approved the drilling campaign but yet they feel no need to tell their own shareholders? Frankly it smells like they still want to keep some distance so they can cut us loose in the future. I said earlier I think a game of corporate poker is being played. Right now my gut tells me OSK is trying to shake the tree on management and shareholders with the AGM coming up.

No one has been told where the RC drill holes are located. They had one monster truck up there, so where the heck did it go and drill these holes?

Did anyone notice that Paradox is now dropped as an IR firm from the press releases? On the last one both firms were listed.

From the MD&A here are a few things I noticed:

On the bottom of page 3 related to the drilling "In the last Mineral Resource Estimates (MRE) compliant with the NI-43-101 Technical Report dated August 4, 2009, the results of some historic drill holes wereassumed at 0 g/t Gold; the 18 holes of the Phase 2F were drilled inorder to replace some of those historic drill results by assay results which are in conformity with the QAQC Sampling and Analytical Protocols actually in application; those changes will increase the ounces of gold in this portion of the Goldboro Property in the next MRE."However its a bit confusing, because later on they mention 2D & 2E drilling to replace non compliant resources but don't actually mention whether this will increase the resource count.

I also find it interesting that for the Dolliver mounting drilling theyimposed a cut-off of 60g/ton but not on any of the other results?!? Certainly the Dolliver Mountain stuff will definitely increase the inferred resource count. They did come up empty on a few more holes than I thought.

1.4 Million Warrants have been exercised since January of this year.7.4 Million warrants expire on December 30th of this year. It will be interesting to see what happens with those.

Company reports $613,514 in Cash and Equivalents but avoids really discussing that there are $2,509,268 in term deposits (mentioned only once). So really the company at the end of June had $3,122,000 in cash to spend. The presentation of the company's balance sheet is messy -you have to dig to figure out just how much liquidity and current assets they have. Regardless with respect to the cash and term deposits - none of that is reserved for future exploration - this means all the money raised through Flow Through shares is spent... and management can spend that 3.1MM on whatever is required (mill, facilities, staff etc.) So the company is in fairly good financial shape.

Also no forward looking statements with regards to claim renewals. We have 900+ square kilometers of claims that come up for renewal on November 26th. We have not indiciation on what will be kept and what will be let expire. Presumably they've had 6 months to pick out the claims that they want to keep. They cannot possibly have done enough field work on everyone of the claims to keep them current without spending renewal money.

The net for me is we see the source of the delays, perhaps an effort to pressure the big guy in the marriage (J/V) with what little leverage wehave (calling them slow-pokes) while we hold onto their cash.

Interesting but not earth shattering. Lets see the RC and Metallic Assay results....."

      Current Resource Estimates
      In September 2009
, Orex published a Mineral Resource Estimatecompliant with National Instrument 43-101 standards. They presented theresource estimate with a variety of cut off grades, the two most notableare represented below:[6]

With a cut-off grade of 0.5 g/t Au, the Mineral Resource was as follows:

519,000 tonnes grading 3.08 g/t AU (51,400 ounces) within the Measured category
7,414,000 at 2.06 g/t Au (491,400 ounces) within the Indicated category; and
7,933,000 grading 2.13 g/t Au (542,800 ounces) within the Inferred category.
The Measured and Indicated Resource represents a total of 15,866,000 tonnes grading 2.21 g/t Au (1,085,600 ounces).

The Results of the 2009 Mineral Resource Estimate with a cut-off grade of 1.50 g/t Au are as follows:

270,000 tonnes grading 4.99 g/t Au (43,300 ounces) within the Measured category
2,441,000 tonnes at 5.99 g/t Au (353,900 ounces) within the Indicated category; and
3,438,000 tonnes grading 3.67 g/t Au (405,900 ounces) within the Inferred category.
The Measured and Indicated Resource represents a total of 2,711,000 tonnes grading 4.56 g/t Au (397,200 ounces).

A major issue with this estimate was that 96 DD samples used inprevious reserve estimates were dropped from the model due to less thancomplete historic sampling required for the new geological model beingused. This resulted in a significantly lower than expected resource.Orex is currently resampling the areas that these holes covered as wellas new areas.

Orex & Osisko: Reverse Circulation Drilling Results on Goldboro Gold Property

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 18, 2010) - OSISKO MINING CORPORATION (TSX:OSK)(FRANKFURT:EWX)and OREX EXPLORATION INC.(TSX VENTURE:OX)(FRANKFURT:O5D) would like to provide shareholders with the results from the Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling program on the Goldboro Gold Property in Nova Scotia. RC drilling is a method for obtaining chip samples of mineral occurrences at or near surface, in both overburden and bedrock. A total of 64 RC holes (holes OSK10RC-130 to OSK10RC-194), representing 505 metres, were drilled on the Goldboro Gold Property. .............................

"The RC drilling results have successfully identified bedrock gold mineralization on the East Goldbrook portion of the Goldboro Gold Property, where there has not been a lot of historic drilling, as well as at West Goldbrook" said Mark Billings, President and CEO of Orex Exploration. "We know that most of the gold-bearing structures at Goldboro come to surface. These RC drilling results particularly at East Goldbrook, which include 10.85 g/t Au and 25.65 g/t Au in two bedrock samples, provide us with some encouragement about the gold potential in these areas."

Although some of the RC drilling results could be used in a future resource estimate, this program was not intended to expand the NI 43-101 resource estimate; rather it was designed to explore new areas on the Goldboro Gold Property. RC drilling is a cost effective way of testing potential near-surface gold mineralized structures identified by the ongoing exploration on the Property. The program has been successful in the identification of future diamond drilling target areas.

The Reverse Circulation drilling was conducted by Archibald Drilling and Blasting of Truro, Nova Scotia. Sampling was done along roadside at approximately 20-metre spacing (no grid pattern). Overburden samples were collected over a 1-metre downhole length above the bedrock overburden interface. Bedrock chip samples were collected at 1-metre downhole length from the top of bedrock, generally to depths of 1-3 metres, but up to 12 metres in selected holes. All samples collected during the program were delivered by Mercator Geological Services or Armour Transport to the Minerals Engineering Centre (MEC) at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where analysis was carried out.

Each sample submitted to MEC was subjected to multiple stages of jaw crushing until grains were less than 4.0 mm. Analytical splits of 200 grams were obtained by riffle splitting and then pulverized with a ring and puck pulverizer to a grain size of less than 0.15 mm. A 30-gram split of this fraction was collected and analyzed by Fire Assay, lead collection and Atomic Adsorption Spectrometry (AAS) finish.

Option on Goldboro Gold Property Granted to Osisko Mining Corporation

In order to acquire a 50% undivided interest in the Goldboro Gold Property on or before September 29, 2013 (the Initial Option), Osisko Mining Corporation shall incur exploration and development expenditures in the amount of at least $1,500,000 on or before September 29, 2010; in the aggregate amount of at least $3,500,000 on or before September 29, 2011; and in the aggregate amount of at least $8,000,000 over the following two years, that is, on or before September 29, 2013. Osisko Mining Corporation may, at its sole discretion, accelerate and apply exploration and development expenditures to future years' expenditures and, accordingly, the Initial Option may be exercised sooner. Osisko Mining Corporation shall solely fund a prefeasibility study to earn an aggregate 60% interest (that is, an additional 10% interest) in the Property on or before September 29, 2015 (the Additional Option).

Osisko Mining Corporation and Orex Exploration are pleased to report that Osisko Mining Corporation has spent more than the $1,500,000 required in exploration and development expenditures in the first year of the Initial Option

      @rohstoffinvestor

Montreal, Canada, November 30, 2010: OREX EXPLORATION INC. (TSX-V: OX; Frankfurt:
O5D) would like to provide shareholders with some results from a field exploration program that was
recently conducted on the Company’s wholly-owned western portions of the Stillwater and Goldenville
trends located approximately 10 to 20 km west of the Goldboro Gold Property. The Stillwater and
Goldenville Anticlines both contain Goldboro-type gold targets, as identified in the regional
compilation-synthesis as previously reported (see the June 10, 2010 news release).
