named Troy Resources NL where the NL stands for No Liability. A No Liability company is one
that was often used to attract high risk equity funding by mining exploration companies within
Australia in the nineteen eighties. These types of Companies are poorly understood in foreign
jurisdictions and can be seen as a negative.
Essentially the difference between a No Liability Company and a Limited Liability Company is in
the liability to pay any unpaid portion on partly paid shares, with the shareholders of the former
permitted to forfeit the partly paid shares rather than pay any calls whereas with a Limited
company the shareholders have a legal obligation to pay any monies owing. Troy Resources NL
currently does not have any partly paid shares on issue and its business has developed from a
predominately exploration company in the eighties to a profitable gold producer with two
producing mines today.
The Board is therefore proposing to change Troy to a Limited Liability Company thus the name
change to Troy Resources Limited. Further reasoning for the change includes:
Capital markets have evolved and matured to the point where NL companies have become
less common.
Troy is listed on the TSX and has a significant shareholding in North America. Investors
there tend to be unfamiliar with NL companies.
This will align Troy’s company type and name with the majority of its peers.

Bekam heute Nachricht vom Depotverwalter, die Troy ist nun Limited, zuvor N.L., was soll man davon halten? Wissende vor...
Und der POG geht diese auf die 2 vorm Komma... habs so im Gefühl, gerade weil die Berichterstattung gerade das Gegenteil behauptet. Kann auch die Verblendung sein, und wo ist Tsuba überhaupt??

zunächst mal danke an alle, die hier die Stellung halten. Mir gefällt das Gesamtumfeld wieder ganz gut, Gold in Euro stark, und die Minen beginnen zu ziehen.
Man wird hoffentlich noch irgendwann merken, dass auch bei POG 1200 gutes Geld verdienst wird. Gestern hat Detour schöne Löcher gezeigt... nicht was Ihr denkt, das ist ein wirklich großes Ding.
Nevsun hab Zahlen zum Besten und hat Spendierhosen an... ich würde meine Chalice geben, die sollen den Schlitzaugen noch was drauflegen, dann würden auch wir Kleinanleger dem geschenkten Gaul nichts ins Maul schauen... die 60 cent von oben betrachtend.
Und zockt nicht, mit Geld, dass ihr nicht habt... von denen, die es trotzdem machen hört man nie wieder (man nennt das survivor bias).
Vor zwei Wochen war gute Zeit Physisches einzuladen. Wir sehen dieses Jahr das Finale grande für die Staatsschulden und die Gegenseite davon (das sind die Guthaben von allen um uns rum)... wenn ich schon seh, was hier für hoffnungslose Immobilien bezahlt wird.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 42.577.338 von Horst611 am 11.01.12 09:49:32ich schätze mal, dass das abgelaufene quartal okt-dez zahlentechnisch schlecht ausfallen wird. veranschlagt wurden ca. 11mio aud ausgaben für development etc.... einnahmen gabs ja keine bis auf ne kleine campaign 20 welche von mitte sep bis mitte okt lief und insgesamt 6433oz brachte.
die 21er hat planmässig erst anfang 2012 begonnen. also entweder man das quartal mit dem vorhandene cash finanziert (war bei ca. 12mio aud) oder man hat möglichweise ein wenig von der schatzkiste verkauft - was ich nicht glaube.
