So,nun aber wieder bei 0,76CAN.Ich hoffe, es wird in den nächsten Wochen wieder in den Bereich von 0,85 CAN gehen.
Hallo zusammen,
Vielleicht kennt sich hier jemand fundiert mit Bilanzanlysen aus und kann Aufschluss geben??
Soweit ich das gesehen habe wäre Shafter NICHT durchfinanziert gewesen trotz der sicherlich guten cash flows. Warum man jedoch so "viel" Kapital zu so günstigen Konditionen beschaffen will ist mir schleierhaft...
Nun muss man ja auch sehen, dass ein PP nicht von heute auf morgen geht und somit vielleicht schon Monate vorher angebahnt wurde...
Ist natürlich nur eine Annahme...
Bei soliden cash flows sollten AUN noch über 10 Mio übrig bleiben.
Weiss jemand ob das für den Erwerb einer Lizenz einer weiteren Mine reicht oder wäre das aus de Luft gegriffen?
Freude hab ich auch nicht an dem PP - aber wer weiss vielleicht ist es ja ganz in unserem Sinne wenn Mine Nr. 3 kommt... alles andere wäre eher schade...

Die "Agents" werden die Aktien bei ihren Kunden platzieren. Die Altaktionäre gehen somit grundsätzlich leer aus
korrekt, und wer erklärt mir mal WARUM DIE DAS ÜBERHAUPT TUN????

also nun doch tatsächlich .65.

Aurcana Corporation ("Aurcana" or the "Company") (TSXVENTURE:AUN)(OTCQX:AUNFF)(PINK SHEETS:AUNFF) announces today that ithas priced its previously announced offering of approximately C$25.4million dollars of units (each, a "Unit"). Each Unit consists of onecommon share in the capital of the Company (the "Unit Shares") and onehalf of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a"Warrant"). The private placement offering (the "Offering") wasconducted through a syndicate of agents led by RBC Capital Markets andincluding, BMO Capital Markets, Dundee Securities Ltd. and StonecapSecurities Inc. (the "Agents"). In addition, the Company has granted theAgents an option, exercisable in whole or in part at any time up to 48hours prior to closing of the Offering, to offer an additional number ofUnits representing 15% of the Offering, on the same terms as theOffering.
