      Attention Business Editors
Golden Dawn and Hi Ho Silver Jointly Plan Titan Geophysical Survey on the Royal Attwood, Greenwood, British Columbia, Canada

      TSX-V: GOM FRANKFURT EXCHANGE: 3G8
VANCOUVER, Dec. 17 /CNW/ - GOLDEN DAWN MINERALS INC. ("the Company") has
signed an agreement to option 50% of its interest in the Royal Attwood
Property to Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. ("Hi Ho") (CSNX: HHS, Frankfurt:
H9T). In order to earn the 50% interest in the Royal Attwood, Hi Ho must pay
the Company $143,750 in cash, issue 1,000,000 shares of Hi Ho, and complete
work commitments of $862,500 in a structured timetable within 3 years from the
start of the agreement. The Company maintains 50% interest and Hi Ho will act
      as operator.
The Royal Attwood property is located in the Greenwood Mining District of
southern British Columbia (BC) Canada, 8 km west of the community of Grand
Forks BC, close to electric power. It is situated in readily accessible
terrain including by road, year round. The Greenwood mining camp has a
history of gold, silver, and copper production dating from the 1880's,
including the prolific Phoenix Mine (now closed) located 5 km to the north and
which processed 27 million tonnes of ore grading 1.3 g/t gold with 0.8%
      copper.
The Royal Attwood claims consist of around 1800 ha of highly prospective
ground showing wide-ranging gold and copper geochemical anomalies in soils and
stream sediments. This coupled with known induced polarization (I.P.) targets
coincident with recently delineated airborne TEM and MAG highs provides an
      exciting area for mineral exploration.
To further delineate drill targets the company is pleased to announce the
undertaking of a Quantec Geosciences' Titian 24 geophysical survey that will
be performed in January 2011. The Titan measures the parameters of DC
(resistivity), IP (chargeability) and MT (magnetotelluric resistivity), and is
described by Quantec as the "leading deep search ground geophysical method
worldwide. In mineral exploration (grassroots exploration and brownfields
exploration), the system images conductive mineralization, disseminated
mineralization, alteration, structure and geology to 700 meters and beyond,
for reliable and cost-effective targeting of drill holes to depth. These
depths and multi-parameter data make the system the best option available for
obtaining subsurface pre-drilling information related to geologic structure
and for the direct detection of mineral deposits any where in the world".
Recent Quantec clients with similar copper-gold targets have been right here
in British Columbia at such notable sites as the Copper Mountain project at
Princeton, Northgate's Kemess Project, and Teck's Highland Valley projects.
The strong geochemical response for gold in both soil and stream
sediments covers much of the property, and is of a magnitude seldom
encountered in surface materials. A broad distribution of soil samples over
an area 2000m by 2000m yields gold values in excess of 200 ppb (0.2
grams/tonne gold). The geochemical data is historical in nature and has not
been verified in the field. This zone has never been effectively drill tested,
and the Titan 24 survey will assist in selection of drill targets for the 2011
      drilling season.
There are no mineral resources on the property, and there can be no
assurance that any mineral resource will be discovered, and if discovered
there can be no assurance that any minerals may be economically extracted.
The information in this release has been reviewed by Dr. Stewart Jackson
P.Geol, a Qualified Person, who is a consultant to the Company.

HI HO SILVER RESOURCES INC. AND GOLDEN DAWN MINERALS INC. SCHEDULE DRILLING OF MULTIPLE PRIORITY TITAN 24 GEOPHYSICAL ANOMALIES , ROYAL ATTWOOD PROPERTY, GREENWOOD B.C., CANADA

Vancouver, May 9, 2011: Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. ("Hi Ho") together with Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. ("GOM") are pleased to announce receipt of the Royal Attwood Titan 24 DCIP-MT Geophysical Survey Report from Quantec Geoscience Ltd. (Quantec). A total of 30 priority anomalies warrant exploration including drill testing. Consulting geophysicists, APEX Geoscience Ltd. has selected a number of these targets for drill testing, and has commenced the required permitting procedures

Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. and Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. are jointly optioning the property 50/50 where Hi Ho pays 57.5% to earn 50%. Golden Dawn is the operator of the Attwood project.

A total of 30 priority anomalies were identified by Quantec for follow up exploration including drill testing. APEX Geoscience Ltd. (APEX) has identified a number of targets for drill testing and has commenced land use permitting.

      http://thenewswire.ca/client_files/2011-05-09-0.pdf

Quantec has prioritized 30 anomalies: 2 high, 15 moderate-high, 9 moderate and 4 low-moderate priority anomalies. The resolution of these anomalies as potential targets is based on the precision of the DC, IP, and MT inversion results. For initial drilling , Apex Geoscience Ltd. has identified eight of the Titan 24 anomalies that are roughly coincident with either prospective surface gold-copper soil geochemical anomalies or favourable geology such as historic skarn or epithermal mineralization identified at surface. Permitting for drill testing of these eight target areas is in progress. The land use permitting process may require up to 2 months. Drill testing is expected to be conducted during this summer season.

These anomalies were obtained from the Titan 24 survey that was completed over a portion of the Royal Attwood Project, on behalf of GOM and Hi Ho. Data were acquired over 6 DC-IP-MT arrays along 6 lines with a 100 m station interval and line spacing of 200 m. A total of 14.4 line-kilometres were surveyed.

The Titan 24 survey, which measures the parameters of DC (resistivity), IP (chargeability) and MT (magnetotelluric resistivity), is described by Quantec as the "leading deep search ground geophysical method worldwide". In both grassroots and brownfields mineral exploration the system images : conductive sulphide mineralization of both conductive and disseminated types, alteration, structure, and geology to 700 meters and beyond, for reliable and cost-effective targeting of drill holes to depth.

      ROYAL ATTWOOD BACKGROUND

The Royal Attwood property, covering 1,800 hectares is located in the Greenwood Mining District of southern British Columbia (BC) Canada, lies west of the community of Grand Forks BC. The property lies close to electric power line, and is situated in terrain readily accessible by year-round road. The Greenwood Mining District has a history of gold, silver, and copper production dating from the 1880's, including the former prolific Phoenix Mine, located 8 km to the north, which yielded 27 million tonnes of ore grading 1.3 g/t gold with 0.8% copper.

The property is an early exploration stage property with a number of highly prospective gold and copper geochemical anomalies detected in historic soil and stream sediment sampling. Some of the geochemical anomalies are coincident with various geophysical anomalies, including : magnetic, IP ,EM , and the recently identified airborne Time Domain EM (TDEM) anomalies.

Historical exploration on the property dates back to the very early 1900s. Sporadic exploration continued from the late 1960s through to 1997, but only the most recent of this work was directed at gold mineralization. Analyses of 3,600 soil samples collected during 1997 yielded a total of 176 samples that assayed greater than 100 parts per billion (ppb) gold. Of these , 84 samples yielded greater than 200 ppb gold (>0.2 grams per tonne[g/t]); and a high value of 1,160 ppb (1.16 g/t) gold was reported. These anomalous historic samples occur over a broad area of 1km by 1.5km in extent within the northern third of the property.

Neither the geochemical nor the geophysical anomalies on the property have ever been effectively drill tested.

Exploration during 2003-2004 in the northern third of the property identified anomalous gold and copper in soil and rock samples associated with skarn mineralization spatially associated with a felsic intrusive. Exploration at that time also uncovered a zone of epithermal quartz veins and hydrothermal breccias. Although rock samples from this epithermal zone did not return anomalous gold values this style of mineralization regionally is an important source of gold mineralization, particularly in the Republic District of Washington State to the immediate south of the property. Both types of targets on the property require drill testing.

Hi Ho Silver Initiates Work at Fairview Gold Property, Oliver, B.C., Canada

VANCOUVER, CANADA, November 27, 2012 – Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. (“Hi Ho” or the “Company”) (CNSX: HHS), is pleased to announce that it has initiated orientation field work and confirmation sampling on its 100% owned Fairview Gold property, near Oliver, in the Okanagan Valley of southern British Columbia, Canada.

Historical production from three parallel quartz vein systems on the property totaled 512,000 tonnes grading 3.99 grams/tonne gold and 49.1grams/tonne silver (Barker and Trenaman 1987). Initial production was started in the 1890’s with the majority of production undertaken by Cominco (now Teck Resources Limited.) between 1946 and 1961. The material was utilized as flux by Cominco in the Trail smelter.

Sufficient material remained within the mines at the time of shutdown in 1961 to encourage Cominco to subsequently evaluate a plan of operations at a projected gold price of $400. That program, as summarized in a 1980 report, was based upon a historical resource and envisioned a production scenario of 255,000 tons per year or 700 tons per day for a period of 10 years. This plan was not implemented, and subsequent exploration and evaluation work was conducted by Oliver Gold, but operations were not continued and the property has remained dormant.

It is anticipated that a program of confirmation of historical results through the mining and processing of a bulk sample along with some drilling will be initiated when the appropriate land use permits are in hand, and when financing for renewed operations is obtained. Compilation of all data in a modern computerized format in order to create a 3D model is being undertaken with the ultimate objective to guide the location of the bulk sampling and drilling work. The intent is obtain a bulk sample and direct ship the material to a nearby smelter or mill for custom milling.

Hi Ho Retains Apex Geoscience Ltd. To Prepare NI 43-101 Report for Fairview Gold Property, Oliver, B.C. Canada

VANCOUVER, CANADA, December 13, 2012 – Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. (“Hi Ho” or the “Company”) (CNSX: HHS), is pleased to announce it has retained Apex Geoscience Ltd. (“APEX”) to prepare a National Instrument (“NI”) 43-101 Report on its 100-per-cent-owned Fairview Gold Property, near Oliver, in the Okanagan Valley of Southern British Columbia, Canada. Kristopher Raffle, B.Sc., P.Geo, Senior Geologist; and Michael Dufresne, M.Sc., P.Geol., President of APEX will coordinate compilation of historic exploration data, and completion of the Report.

The Report will be based on a voluminous historic exploration dataset; including work conducted by Highland Valley Resources Ltd., and Oliver Gold Corp. during the period 1985 to 1994, which included drilling of approximately 5,000 metres of core, 400 metres of underground drifting, and extensive rock geochemical sampling. That work post-dated exploration and development by Cominco Ltd. (“Cominco”, now Teck Resources Limited) that consisted of drilling of numerous core holes, many hundreds of metres of underground drifts, and extensive stoping of production materials. The majority of surface plans, geologic logs and assay results from drilling, plus underground plans and sections are available for compilation. These data will be digitized, compiled, and used to create a modern 3-D geologic and mineralization model for the Property, which will guide future exploration.

The project was shut down by Cominco in 1961. Sufficient material remained within the mines at that time for Cominco to later evaluate a plan of operations at a projected gold price of $400. That program, as summarized in a 1980 “in house” feasibility report, was based upon a historical resource and envisioned a production scenario of 700 tonnes per day, or 250,000 tonnes per year for a period of 10 years. That plan was not implemented. Subsequent exploration was conducted by Oliver Gold Corp., but production was not resumed and the property has remained dormant since that time. The resources are considered historic in nature and do not meet the criteria for a NI 43-101 compliant resource of any category as defined in “CIM Definition Standards on Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves” dated November 27th, 2010, and as such should not be relied upon.

Historical production from three parallel quartz vein systems on the property totalled 512,000 tonnes grading 3.99 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 49.1 g/t silver (Barker and Trenaman, 1987). Initial production was started in the 1890’s with the majority of production undertaken by Cominco between 1946 and 1961. The material was utilized as flux by Cominco in the Trail smelter.

It is anticipated that a program of confirmation of historical results through the collection and processing of bulk samples along with some drilling will be initiated when the appropriate land use permits are in hand, and when financing for renewed activity is obtained. The intent is to obtain several bulk samples and ship the material directly to a nearby smelter or mill for custom milling and determination of grade for the bulk samples.

The reader is cautioned that there are no known mineral resources on the Fairview Gold Property, and there can be no assurance that if any resources are established that any such resource could be economically recovered. The data in this release have been reviewed and approved by Kristopher Raffle, B.Sc., P.Geo., who is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101.

The Fairview gold property comprises 15 mineral claims covering approximately 762 hectares (1,883 acres), located 6.4 kilometres west of the town of Oliver, B.C., in the Osoyoos mining division.

Hi Ho Silver Plans Spring 2013 Diamond Drill Program at its recently-optioned English Bay Property

VANCOUVER, CANADA, January 15, 2013 – Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. (“Hi Ho” or the “Company”) (CNSX: HHS) is pleased to announce applications have been submitted for diamond drilling permits on the Company’s Saskatchewan English Bay Gold Property in the LaRonge Gold Belt. Hi Ho is currently waiting for the permit approval. Hi Ho’s planned 2013 spring exploration program is to include the completion of a minimum of four (4) diamond drill holes for a total of approximately 800 metres. Mobilization of drilling equipment is expected to be in March 2013.

Between 1997 and 2001 a private company completed ground magnetic and very low frequency electro-magnetic (VLF-EM) geophysical surveys and diamond drilling of 35 holes totaling 4,707 metres within the 4 claims comprising the 2,087 hectare (5,157 acre) English Bay Property.

Diamond drilling targeted a 600 metre north-northeast trending magnetic and VLF-EM conductive anomaly. Gold mineralization at the English Bay Property is associated with quartz-carbonate veining, and disseminated to semi-massive pyrite-pyrrhotite mineralization hosted within fine-grained metasediments.

A number of significant high-grade gold intersections were discovered during the previous diamond drill programs. At a depth of 114.6 metres, drill hole CSP-3 returned assays of 37.24 grams-per-tonne (g/t) gold (1.09 ounces-per-ton; oz/t) over 2.59 metres. Drill hole CSP-35, collared 25 m to the south of CSP-3, intersected two zones of mineralization; including 2.44 metres grading 9.38 g/t gold (0.27 oz/t) at a depth of 160.0 metres, and 1.22 metres grading 19.10 g /t gold (0.56 oz/t) at 173.7 metres. Drill hole CSP-16 collared 300 metres to the south of CSP-3 intersected a shear zone at depth of 105.5 metres that returned assays of 72.86 g/t gold (2.13 oz/t) over 1.22 metres.

The LaRonge Gold belt is home to many past and currently operating mines, including Anglo Rouyn, Contact Lake, Jolu, Roy Loyd, and Komis, with additional projects and operations currently being developed.

Hi Ho Silver Receives Permits for Diamond Drilling on its English Bay Property in the LaRonge Gold Belt, Saskatchewan, Canada

VANCOUVER, CANADA, March 8, 2013 – Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. (“Hi Ho” or the “Company”) (CNSX: HHS) is pleased to announce it has received the permits for its 2013 spring diamond drill program on the Company’s English Bay Gold Property in the LaRonge Gold Belt, Saskatchewan, Canada. The drill is currently being mobilized and is expected to commence in the middle of March and proceed into April.

Hi Ho's 800 metre spring diamond drill program was developed to consist of 4 diamond drill holes to depths of approximately 200 metres to test the quality and the distribution of gold mineralization previously intersected in this Precambrian volcanic belt. As part of this program two holes are planned for a previously explored area where drilling by a previous private company identified a substantial zone of gold mineralization.

Historical work on this property between 1997 and 2001 by a private company included ground magnetic and very low frequency electro-magnetic (VLF-EM) geophysical surveys and diamond drilling. This orientation drilling program included 35 holes totaling 4,707 metres within the 4 claims comprising the 2,087 hectare (5,157 acre) English Bay Property.

This drilling was conducted without the supervision of a Qualified Person, and as such must be confirmed by additional drilling conducted under National Instrument 43-101 standards. The previous results cannot be relied upon for investment purposes.

      Gruss.

Hi Ho adds 605 hectares to Grasset Dome property

      2015-02-10 02:12 ET - News Release

      Mr. Dennis McKnight reports

HI HO SILVER RESOURCES INC. EXPANDS GRASSET LAKE NICKEL PROSPECT LAND POSITION, QUEBEC, CANADA

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has purchased an additional 11 mineral tenures, covering 605 hectares, pursuant to a property purchase agreement dated Feb. 5, 2015, with Rusty V Resources and 0998601 B.C. Ltd. The additional claims are added to the company's Grasset Dome property, located adjacent to the recent nickel-copper-platinum group element Grasset Lake discovery of Balmoral Resources Ltd. This additional acquisition brings the total Hi Ho landholding in this area to 9,830 hectares.

Hi Ho's Grasset Dome property is located within the Detour trend of the Abitibi region of northwestern Quebec, Canada. The new acquisition and the previous property holdings are believed to be prospective for Ni-Cu-PGE deposits, gold deposits, and copper-zinc-gold-silver volcanic massive sulphide deposits. In consideration of the 100-per-cent interest in the additional claims, the company issued a total of three million common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share, which will be allocated to Rusty V Resources as to 600,000 shares, 0998601 B.C. 1.5 million shares and Laura Benson 600,000 shares.

There will be no net smelter return royalty retained by the property vendors. In connection with the purchase of the property, the company paid an additional finder's fee by the issuance of 150,000 shares to George Sookochoff and 150,000 shares to Greg Milne. The shares have a hold period until June 4, 2015.

The property lies west of Hi Ho's current holding of 6,825 hectares, and combined the total holding now covers 9,830 hectares. The new acquisition lies northwest of the Balmoral nickel discovery that is currently being further evaluated with a winter drilling program aimed at expanding the main zone of nickel mineralization. The main nickel-copper-PGM zone is now projected to extend over 400 metres in length, 50 metres in width and over 400 metres in depth for the main net-textured and disseminated nickel zone. This upper zone is part of a 100-metre-thick package that is geophysically determined to extend over 1,100 metres in length (Balmoral website, January, 2015, press release). Balmoral has delineated in excess of 50 targets from its recent airborne electromagnetic surveying of its extensive land position (Balmoral press release dated Dec. 11, 2014).

Hi Ho anticipates an airborne geophysical survey program to further define potential targets within this land package. Drilling of electromagnetic anomalies will be conducted when funds are available following completion of the survey.

The reader is cautioned that this property is in the exploration stage and that no mineral resource or mineral reserves are known on the property. There can be no assurance that additional exploration will result in the discovery of a mineral resource or that if discovered, such resource can be economically mined.

Case Lewis, PGeo, an independent qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this press release, except for the information contained in the various Balmoral news releases.

Hi Ho Silver buys 1,146 ha in B.C.

      2015-02-11 06:02 ET - News Release

      Mr. Dennis McKnight reports

HI HO SILVER RESOURCES INC. ACQUIRES MAJOR LAND POSITION, BRALORNE-PIONEER GOLD BELT, B.C. CANADA

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has purchased 77 mineral tenures covering 1,146 hectares in the Bridge River-Bralorne-Pioneer gold belt of Southern British Columbia, pursuant to a property purchase agreement dated Feb. 9, 2015, with Turnagain Resources Ltd. and 0998601 B.C. Ltd. The claims cover the six kilometres southeast extension of the mineral belt extending through the historic Pacific Eastern prospect (sometimes known as the Pioneer Extension) as far as the Dan Tucker prospect.

The majority of this land was formerly covered by Crown grants, now all reverted, all of which were issued for the purpose of advancing exploration and development of the patent lands. The area is located 241 kilometres northeast of Vancouver and 11 kilometres northwest of Gold Bridge.

Consideration for 100-per-cent interest in the claims, with no retained net smelter royalty, was $10,000 cash and three million common shares to Turnagain Resources, and two million common shares to 0998601 B.C. All shares will have a hold period until June 9, 2015.

The Bralorne and Pioneer mines, currently held by Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., have been in production since 1928, with a cumulative production from the Pioneer of 5.5 million tons grading 0.5 ounce per ton gold, and from the Pioneer 2.5 million tons of 0.54 ounce per ton gold. This production was achieved from a vein system extending about three kilometres in length and to a depth of 1,830 metres. The prospective new property covers the adjoining Pacific Eastern vein system, partly developed by a shaft and underground drifts, and extends southerly for six kilometres along the mineral trend. The Cadwallader fault, a major structural feature of the belt, runs the entire length of the claim block.

The reader is cautioned that this property is in the exploration stage, and that no mineral resource or mineral reserves are known on the property. There can be no assurance that additional exploration will result in the discovery of a mineral resource or that if discovered such resource can be economically mined.
